Furthermore, there is a limited supply of teaching media and aids necessary for diverse teaching methods that adapt to classroom needs. This study aims to examine: 1) The influence of the work environment on employee performance, 2) The influence of infrastructure on employee performance, and 3) The combined influence of the work environment and infrastructure on employee performance at Tunas Wiyata Vocational High School. The research uses a quantitative descriptive method, analyzing numerical data to understand relationships between variables within a population. Simple and multiple regression analyses were used, with 49 respondents participating in the study. Based on the research results, it was found that the work environment and infrastructure variables influenced the performance of SMK Tunas Wiyata teachers, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the values of moral education in the Tarbawi hadiths, describe the process of internalizing moral values in everyday life, and analyze the relevance of the values of the Tarbawi hadiths to the formation of social morals in society. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The main data source in this research is the Tarbawi hadith contained in authentic hadith books such as Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and al-Arba'in al-Nawawiyah. Apart from that, secondary sources were obtained from literature, books, journal articles, and previous research that discussed moral education in Islam and its implementation in education. The collected data will be analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis. The research results state that the process of internalizing these moral values can be done through habituation, role models, giving advice, and a supportive environment. The internality of these moral values is very important for creating individuals with integrity and social responsibility. In addition, the values contained in the hadiths of Tarbawi also have great relevance to forming social morals by fostering concern, solidarity, justice, tolerance, and reducing conflict in society. The instillation and practice of these values will produce a better, more harmonious, and more compassionate society.

Abstract

Education is fundamentally a process of shaping character and developing students' abilities. However, the expected educational outcomes have not been fully achieved, as evidenced by the low academic performance of many students. This study aims to examine aspects of curriculum implementation and the learning process. A qualitative research method was employed using a case study approach. The findings reveal that curriculum implementation, particularly in the learning process, involves student interaction with teachers and engagement with real-world problems both inside and outside the classroom. The stages of curriculum implementation consist of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Several factors hinder effective curriculum implementation, including a lack of teacher innovation, limited teacher skills and knowledge of new methodologies, inadequate facilities, misaligned policies, and low motivation to adopt innovations. Curriculum implementation is influenced by three main factors: curriculum characteristics, implementation strategies, and the characteristics of curriculum users.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Islamic education in addressing pressing national and global social issues through disciplinary and interdisciplinary research approaches. Amid rising social inequality, radicalization, moral decline, and intercultural tensions, Islamic education offers transformative potential grounded in core values such as justice (‘adl), compassion (rahmah), and public benefit (maslahah). The urgency of these challenges in today’s interconnected and pluralistic society necessitates renewed efforts to integrate Islamic educational values with contemporary solutions. Using a qualitative library research method and content analysis of primary and secondary sources, the study reveals that a disciplinary approach rooted in Islamic sciences like tafsir, hadith, fiqh, and ‘aqidah preserves identity and offers normative responses to social issues. In contrast, an interdisciplinary approach enables the blending of Islamic thought with modern fields such as sociology, psychology, and economics, facilitating the creation of curricula responsive to current realities. Integrating these perspectives within a multidisciplinary framework enhances the practical relevance and holistic nature of Islamic education. The study concludes that combining both approaches strengthens Islamic education’s role as a proactive force for social transformation. It recommends that policymakers and educational institutions implement integrative curricula that connect Islamic values with interdisciplinary insights to meet the complex demands of contemporary society.

Abstract

Religious character education was a fundamental aspect in shaping a generation that was not only intellectually intelligent but also morally upright. Amid increasingly complex moral challenges, instilling religious values from the elementary school level had become a critical need. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of religious character values in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education subjects at elementary schools in Menggala District, Tulang Bawang Regency. It also sought to identify the forms of religious character developed in students and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the value formation process. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation at three purposively selected elementary schools. The results showed that teachers played a central role through strategies such as the habituation of 6S, religious role modeling, and integration of Islamic values in lessons. The dominant religious values instilled included faith in Allah, discipline, responsibility, tolerance, honesty, and compassion. The main supporting factors were school support, parental involvement, and a religious social environment. In contrast, the main inhibiting factors included limited instructional time, inadequate facilities, and inconsistency in religious practices at home. These findings highlighted the importance of synergy between schools, families, and communities in sustainably fostering students' religious character.
