Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze an integrative holistic program in early childhood education. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, multi-site design, with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation . The research results obtained regarding the implementation of an integrative holistic program in Early childhood education at Pembina Central Banjarmasin State Kindergarten and Pembina East Banjarmasin State Kindergarten 2 concluded that: 1) integrative holistic program planning in early childhood education is contained in the annual work program and standard operational procedures which are also contained in the operational curriculum of the educational unit. 2) Implementation of an integrative holistic program including education, health and nutrition, care, protection and welfare services involving collaboration with related parties across sectors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of wages, work discipline on work productivity, mediated by job satisfaction in the CV ikat industry. Silvi Mn Paradila. This research method uses descriptive quantitative methods. The data used in this research is primary data and secondary data. The sample used was 88 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this research show that wages have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, wages have a positive and significant effect on work productivity mediated by job satisfaction, and work discipline positive and significant effect on work productivity is mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Along with the development of the retail business, currently the retail business is no longer managed in a traditional way, but in a modern way. The rapid development in the business world can be seen from the rapid growth of modern shopping centers. All of this cannot be separated from the advantages offered by each shopping center. This research aims to determine the influence of start-up entrepreneurship, store atmosphere and service quality on green marketing mediated by consumer satisfaction. This type of research is a quantitative approach with a sample size of 132 consumers using purposive sampling techniques and the SEM-PLS analysis method with the SmartPLS Version 3.0 tool. Based on the research results, it is concluded that start-up entrepreneurship, store atmosphere and service quality have a positive and significant effect on green marketing and consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Examine how work ethics affect employee performance; 2) Examine how organizational culture affects employee performance; and 3) Examine how work ethics and organizational culture interact to affect employee performance. Explanatory research using a quantitative research methodology is being conducted. Multiple regression analysis was the method of analysis employed in this investigation. Abstract

This research aims to determine whether brand performance predictions have a direct influence on brand loyalty, brand satisfaction and brand trust have a direct influence on brand loyalty, brand satisfaction and brand trust have a direct influence on brand performance and rational market have a direct influence on brand loyalty and market rationally in moderating brand satisfaction and brand trust directly on brand loyalty and brand performance predictions in mediating brand satisfaction and brand trust indirectly on brand loyalty at CV. Wijaya Kembar. The population and sample of 150 customers who bought brand products Wijaya Kembar in March 2024 are used in this quantitative study. This study employed a questionnaire for data collection, and SmartPLS3 was used for analysis. The results showed that market rationality cannot moderate the influence of brand satisfaction and brand trust directly on brand loyalty; market rationality has no direct and negative influence on brand loyalty; brand performance cannot mediate the influence of brand satisfaction and brand trust indirectly and negatively on brand loyalty; brand trust does not have a direct or positive effect on brand loyalty and brand performance; and brand trust does not have a direct or positive effect on brand loyalty but has a direct and positive effect on brand performance variable. at CV. Abstract

The focus of this research is on PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Medan Branch Office, using three independent variables, namely competence, work motivation and organizational culture. The sample consists of all 100 employees of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Medan Branch Office, selected by census. The data analyzed came from questionnaires distributed to all employees sampled in this research. The analysis method in this research uses SEM analysis with SmartPLS software. Based on the research results, it shows that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Apart from that, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Every employee who works definitely needs appropriate compensation or remuneration from the company. Compensation is one of the reasons why employees work. The purpose of this research is to determine the wage system and employee loyalty at UD. Al Amien and to find out the role of the wage system on employee loyalty in that place. The location of this research is on Jl. Ahmad Yani No. 200, Gabru, Banyuanyar, Kec. Gurah, Kediri Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely a method used to examine objects in natural conditions. The researcher acts as a key instrument in the data collection process which is carried out by observation, interviews, and recording or documentation and the research results emphasize meaning rather than generality. The results of this research show that the wage system implemented by UD. Al Amien is very flexible and is given every week according to the number of employee attendance. Employee loyalty is also quite high, this is reflected in good performance and compliance with applicable regulations. Even though the company provides wages below the minimum wage standards set by the government, employees still feel satisfied and consider these wages to be sufficient for their daily needs.

Abstract

From the results of previous research, it is very relevant that employee performance is influenced by HR planning, HR development and compensation. These findings indicate that HR planning, HR development and compensation have a positive impact on employee performance. HR planning that is integrated with a culture of learning and talent retention can improve employee performance. Apart from that, providing fair compensation also plays an important role in improving employee performance. The importance of effective HR management in improving employee performance is demonstrated by this research. The practical implication of this research is that, in order for employee performance to increase overall, companies must focus on HR planning, HR development and compensation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyse the Definition and Basic Concepts, Threat Assessment, Dynamics of Bioterrorism Threats, Motivating Factors Driving the Use of Bioterrorism in Asymmetric Conflicts, Legal Perspectives, Impacts and Threats of Bioterrorism in Asymmetric Warfare, and Strategies and Efforts to Counter Bioterrorism. The methodology used in this research is qualitative descriptive with data collection through journals and other publications related to bioterrorism. The research findings indicate that Bioterrorism is the use of biological agents or toxins to cause disease or death in humans, animals, or plants, with the aim of instilling fear, disrupting daily life, or achieving political or ideological goals. These attacks exploit the biological properties of agents such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, or natural toxins, requiring a deep understanding of agents, spread, health impacts, public policies, and national security strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to make bagasse compost an alternative organic material to improve soil properties, making it ideal for the growth of tomato plants. The nutrient content in bagasse compost is N 1.18%, P 1.23%, K 1.90%, C 30.92%, and the C/N ratio is 26.2. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that after four weeks of watering and fertilizing with bagasse compost, the average height of the tomato plants was 45.5 cm, the length of the longest leaf was 5.7 cm, the width of the widest leaf was 3.3 cm, and the number of leaves was 80 pieces. on the plant, the root length was 23 cm, and the wet and dry weight of the plant was 38.35 and 22.81 grams respectively. Based on statistical data analysis, it can be seen that the growth of tomato plants is not affected by the use of bagasse compost. It can be seen that of the seven variables observed, only one variable, namely the widest leaf width, has an influence.
