Jurnal Riset Pendidikan dan Pengajaran (JRPP) is an interdisciplinary journal that publishes original work on education-related research and writing for audiences of educational researchers around the world. Jurnal Riset Pendidikan dan Pengajaran focuses on offering a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education, plays a significant part in fostering the process by which accumulated knowledge, values, and skills are transmitted from one generation to the next, and makes techniques and materials for educational evaluation and research accessible to educators, administrators, and researchers. The journal covers a wide range of subjects, such as curriculum, reading comprehension, educational techniques, and child development. The following three things are covered in published papers: (1) evaluation and research findings; (2) conceptual and methodological issues; and/or (3) action implications of the aforementioned. also, (4) a substantial part dedicated to book evaluations, as well as occasional reports on instructional supplies and technology.

Abstract

The state is defined as the highest organization among a group of people who have the aspiration to unite, live in the region, and have a sovereign government. The goals of the state, among others, are to expand power, maintain law and order, and achieve general welfare. Of course, in a country there are citizens who take shelter in it. According to the 2006 UUKI, what is meant by a citizen is a citizen of a country that is determined based on statutory regulations. The state is a place for the growth of religion. In the relationship between the state and citizens is very closely related. Citizens play an important role in maintaining the integrity of a country. Muslims in Indonesia must be smart to be a pillar of inter-religious harmony. The plurality of Indonesian citizens in terms of religion, race, ethnicity, and between groups, conflicts often occur which can have an impact on the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, abbreviated as NKRI. However, the spirit of maintaining inter-community and ethnic harmony and maintaining the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is starting to be forgotten by the successors of this nation. The problem starts with religion or ethnicity.

Abstract

The current study of democracy has been discussed in various book and journal studies. Not only that, democracy is also a topic of ideas that are always interesting to explore. The study of the picture, influence, and position of Indonesian democracy in the modern era from the public's point of view is no less important to be discussed. The study of looking for a figure of Indonesian democracy has never been completed. Democracy is not new but has gone through a long process, even considered as a form of government. Because of the large role of democracy in the structure of the state, education about Indonesian democracy is made. Democracy can also be seen as a phenomenon of power in a state institution in the political field where the greatest power is in the hands of the people. So, from the people's point of view, the position and influence of Indonesian democracy is one thing we know that democracy has a very important position and influence in the life of the nation and state.

Abstract

The enforcement of legal justice, particularly related to human rights in Indonesia, is still not optimal, mainly because until now the State of Indonesia is still in a transition zone which is still marked by human rights violations. This study aims to determine how the application of legal justice to human rights violations. So that it will be known how the settlement taken in cases of human rights violations in Indonesia, as well as how the principles of Islamic law regarding Human Rights. The conclusion of the problems discussed is the application of legal injustice to human rights violations in Indonesia based on Law no. 26 of 2000 concerning Human Rights Courts. where in this issue the aim is to achieve justice in the law, it is called the ad hoc court which is used to try violators of human rights in Indonesia. To resolve cases of human rights violations that occurred in the territory of Indonesia, it was carried out through an Ad Hoc court. if the time of the occurrence of human rights violations before Law no. 26 of 2000 concerning Human Rights Courts. and if the violation of Human Rights occurs after this Law, it will be resolved through the Human Rights Court. and, if the violation of Human Rights occurs before this Law can also be resolved, namely through the Truth and Reconciliation Commission established by law.

Abstract

The character of children or students in religious literacy is described in this study. This research attempts to shape students' characters in order to help them become more religious and to develop their linguistic abilities. The Qualitative Method was used to acquire the data for this study. The findings of this study indicate a positive effects on the character development of students. To ensure that students' learning processes are supported, literacy implementation must be done in a supportive environment. It is well known that students' character can comprehend what has been done and what would be done after using reading literacy. The quantity of kids who are uninterested in reading is the study's main barrier.

Abstract

Education is a major milestone in supporting a person's success and success, which is obtained from early childhood until the person enters adolescence or adulthood. Inclusion education is an educational service that arranges for students who have disabilities, special needs or disabilities to be served at school together with their peers, without having to be assigned classes, where the student can carry out teaching and learning activities with other children normally with adequate accessibility. The application of inclusive education in Islamic elementary schools has a positive influence on children who have disabilities or special needs, so that they get the opportunity to be able to enjoy learning activities in schools as well as other children, where they are also a priority that must be considered without being discriminated against. This study discusses the role or importance of inclusion education applied in Islamic elementary schools. The results showed that inclusive education can be said to be effective and beneficial for children who have a special need or disability for the implementation of their rights in obtaining a fair and decent education so that they can become successful individuals in the future.

Abstract

One of the things that must be developed in the current era is teamwork. The success of the school is determined by each component in the school. Principals and teachers and staff must work in teams that are appropriate for their roles. This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork in teacher performance. The technique adopted is a literature review, in which the findings of several research publications conducted in the United States, the Netherlands, and Slovenia will be compared. Several articles, one of which discusses the respective roles between principals and teachers from several journal studies that they researched using literature studies. The findings of this article are that teamwork can be carried out by transformational leaders who have advantages in speaking and are able to stimulate teachers and others. Urgency in carrying out roles in a clear and coordinated manner with the framework of developing and working team functions (teamwork).

Abstract

According to Government Regulation No. 87 of 2017 Article 3 regarding strengthening character education (PPK), namely PPK is carried out by applying the values of Pancasila in character education, especially including religious values, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, independent creativity, democracy, curiosity, enthusiasm nationality, love for the homeland, appreciate achievements, communicative, love peace, love to read, care for the environment, care about social, and be responsible. This study aims to find out how the implementation of character education management in coaching students. This research is a literature study. In literature studies, researchers determine the research topic and determine the formulation of the problem, before they go into the field to collect the necessary data. In the National Long-Term Development Plan 2005-2025 (Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2007) states the realization of a strong, competitive, noble character and moral nation based on Pancasila which is characterized by the diverse character and behavior of humans and the Indonesian people, have faith and fear of God Almighty, tolerant virtuous, mutual cooperation, patriotic spirit, dynamic development, and science and technology oriented.

Abstract

Human rights are a combination of natural rights that are universal, belong to every human being, and have been affixed to a person from birth as a direct gift or gift from God Almighty. Human rights must be upheld by every person, state, government, and law, especially in the context of the rule of law, which has become a characteristic of the rule of law in order to ensure the protection of human rights that have been enshrined in the constitutions and national laws of all legal states. Because, in a state of law, it highlights the existence of equality and equality before the law, without exception. As a result, the writing of this article is intended to see and deepen the phenomenon of human rights protection in the notion that leads to a rule of law, particularly in Indonesia, which is one of the world's rules of law countries. In order to obtain results and conclusions from the formulation of the problem, this article was created utilizing descriptive methods and data collecting through literature study.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. PolicyThe government regarding Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) has an impact on various sectors in Indonesia, be it the economic, entertainment, religious and education sectors. The need for understanding the use of digital media in the community will determine the mindset of the community in dealing with this pandemic. Educational activities that were stopped during the pandemic have been transformed into online learning by utilizing digital media. Ease of accessing all information through several applications in gadgets in people's lives, but not all people take advantage of these opportunities positively. The purpose of this study was to determine people's behavior in using digital media during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a literature review method based on literature exploration from the results of previous studies. These literatures are in the form of books, survey results, online media, and national research articles. The results of the study revealed that there were major changes in people's behavior in several aspects. The changes come from their own initiative as well as an appeal or order from the competent authority. In addition, the pandemic period affects people's mental and psychological health. Media has always been a social institution, during this pandemic, learning can be carried out using various platforms, both in the form of a learning management system and in the form of video conferencing so that parents and teachers are required to have digital literacy skills. The conclusion of the study is that the use of digital media greatly influences people's behavior, besides the ability to use digital media is needed by the community as a digital literacy effort during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Geopolitics of Indonesia have been formed since the time of the kingdom of Indonesia that began Sriwijaya and Majapahit. It discusses strategies to Indonesia in maintaining his good- Indonesiaan in social, cultural, geographic, demographic, and Security in accordance with the purpose of the state or the nation's ideals. Therefore, various prerequisites must be met for the achievement of the ideals of the trip was guaranteed, such a precondition is called geo-political, which are briefly formulated in the form of the Wawasan Nusantara. Thus, the role of conception, is in managing natural resources which can be used politically conscious citizenship plus state and nation. State of Indonesia is not just a scientific description but rather a long stake that limit the corridor between the dynamics of our society which is expected in between. When viewed in terms of ideology Pancasila principles are described sila-over descriptions of national ideals and supported by a summary of the core ideas of philosophy and science. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the integration of diversity that exist in Indonesia, let alone be seen from the geographical aspect of Indonesia lies between the two continents of Asia and Australia and two oceans namely the Indian and Pacific oceans are very prone to disintegration. Readings re-geohistoris Globalization and geopolitics have a very important role in regulating the policies put forward in the achievement of National Security of such ideals.
