Abstract

This study aims to optimize centralized financial management for MSMEs in the Mbulak Wilkel tourism area of Bantul through a local wisdom-based approach, specifically the concepts of "Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi," along with the "Tri Pantangan" teachings of Ki Hadjar Dewantara. This community service program, involving students and faculty from Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa, emphasizes a one-door cashier system to enhance financial efficiency and transparency. The methods employed include socialization, training, and the implementation of simple digital technologies such as MokaPOS to facilitate transaction recording. The results indicate that local-based approaches and community cooperation significantly encourage resident participation in more professional and effective centralized management.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important contributors to the Indonesian economy, but MSME players themselves often have difficulty understanding the problems they face, what they feel, and the solutions. Focusing on the problems of managing fluctuating demand and limitations in technology adoption, this community service program aims to address these issues through the implementation of Tri Nga-a concept developed by Ki Hadjar Dewantara, which emphasizes the processes of Ngerti (understanding), Ngrasa (appreciating), and Nglakoni (doing). The partner chosen in this program is Dapoerangell, a culinary MSME in Yogyakarta that faces constraints in workforce management and lack of technology utilization. Through observation, analysis, and direct engagement with the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method, the Tri Nga concept was applied to help partners identify core problems, understand their impact, and implement appropriate solutions. This approach enabled Dapoerangell to develop flexible work systems and plan for the adoption of production technologies to improve operational efficiency. The results of this program show that the application of Tri Nga can encourage sustainable problem solving and empower MSMEs to independently manage future challenges. The outputs of this activity have been published online as a medium to share practical insights to other MSMEs facing similar challenges

Abstract

The main objective of this program is to provide training and guidance in the social and environmental fields that focus primarily on the development of MSMEs. Community service activities carried out by students and lecturers of the Management Study Program, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University on October 11, 2024 at Bakpia Zahrae 215 have the theme "Enjoy Bakpia by Exploring the Spirit of Tut Wuri Handayani". Bakpia Zahrae 215, which was established in 2017, faces challenges in human resource management due to the absence of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). This study proposes the application of the "Tut Wuri Handayani" principle to build a good work culture and improve employee discipline. With this approach, it is hoped that employees can be directed and motivated, and can implement simple SOPs to increase productivity and product quality. The process of preparing SOPs takes time and patience, and it is important for owners to involve consultants or training institutions to create an optimal work environment. The results of this study are expected to support the sustainability of the Bakpia Zahrae 215 business and increase employees' sense of responsibility for their work.

The program is a recognition of diverse challenges that migrant youth go through, such as economic and social vulnerabilities, hence, it is designed in such a way to resolve these problems. The results are encouraging — the participants show increased capability in making financial decisions as well as to develop a feasible business plan. Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of Law No. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (KDRT) in Karang Suraga Village, Cinangka, Serang, Banten. The main focus of the study is to identify the effectiveness of the implementation of the law in the context of a village community that still strongly adheres to a patrilineal system. Using a qualitative approach with a normative-empirical legal research method, this study combines analysis of legal aspects and social realities in the field. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with community leaders, law enforcement officers, victims of domestic violence, and village officials, and supported by non-participant observation and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Domestic Violence Law in Karang Suraga Village still faces significant challenges rooted in patriarchal cultural factors, socio-economic conditions, and the level of community education. Although the village government has established a complaint and family counseling post, its effectiveness is hampered by the view of the community that still considers domestic violence as a family disgrace. The identified impacts of domestic violence include prolonged trauma for victims and negative effects on child development. This study recommends the importance of a comprehensive approach that combines legal aspects with socio-cultural transformation to create sustainable change in efforts to eliminate domestic violence at the village level.

Positive transformations were seen from the increasing use of family mediation from 5 to 15 cases per quarter, and the decrease in cases ending in court from 12 to 3 cases. This program succeeded in saving dispute resolution costs by up to 75% compared to litigation and contributed to strengthening social harmony. The main challenges faced include the need to develop materials for digital assets and the digital divide in certain age groups. This study recommends the development of structured modules, strengthening the monitoring and evaluation system, and integration with existing community programs for the sustainability of the program in the future.
