Abstract

Currently there are many cases of law violations committed by a student. This is considered as low legal knowledge possessed by students. Legal education in Citizenship Education basically plays a role in teaching law to students so they have legal awareness. Through this legal education, students have legal will, so they are able to control and filter out acts that violate the law, and have the ability to obtain legal protection. This also has implications for fulfilling the role of students in carrying out their rights and obligations as part of society in carrying out social control. Substantially, elements of legal education and citizenship education are correlated with development literacy and citizens' legal awareness. These elements include subject matter, instructional practice and context, skills and attitudes, beliefs, and values. These elements are the main aspects that are in line with the three main elements of citizenship education which include affective, cognitive, and psychomotor development. The concept of legal education in Citizenship Education is comprehensively integrated into the learning component of Citizenship Education. These components are integrated in the development of legal education which is based on the context of a reconstructive educational philosophy which places Pancasila as the central value

Abstract

This text discusses the editing of Indonesian language manuscripts using various linguistic techniques, encompassing on-screen and manual editing. Academic and developer-created editing applications for Android-based apps and web pages facilitate on-screen editing. Notable programs include jasa.id, lektur.id, typoonline.com, typograp.com, and SIPEBI (Indonesian Spelling Editing). These applications provide features to enhance the editing process for Indonesian language users, each having distinct strengths and weaknesses. They detect elements like standardized and non-standardized words, spelling variations, including capitalization, prepositions, numbers, and typing errors. Generalizing these aspects across sections is challenging, necessitating varied handling and corrections for each text or document. While these programs streamline editing, manual editing remains crucial due to unknown factors. Despite its time-consuming nature, manual editing excels in accuracy and coverage. In summary, these applications play a valuable role, but manual editing is indispensable for comprehensive and precise language refinement.

Abstract

The Indonesian language faces both challenges and opportunities in the future. On the one hand, the increasing globalization and the dominance of English as a global language pose a threat to the position and function of Indonesian. The main challenge to the position and function of Indonesian is the increasing dominance of English. English is the lingua franca of the world, and it is used in many international contexts. This can make it difficult for Indonesians to compete with native English speakers in the global market. Additionally, the use of English in Indonesia is increasing, especially among the younger generation. This can lead to a decline in the use of Indonesian, and a loss of the language's unique identity. The growing national consciousness in Indonesia is leading to a renewed appreciation for the language. This is reflected in the increasing use of Indonesian in government, education, and media. The future of the Indonesian language is uncertain. However, the language has the potential to thrive if Indonesians can embrace the challenges and seize the opportunities that lie ahead.

Abstract

Education is a conscious effort to create a cultural heritage from one generation to the next. Education is one of the human efforts to foster and develop potential - potential with values - values that exist in society. Education creates an atmosphere and learning process so that students are able to recognize their potential, self-control, character, intelligence, morality, and actively develop the knowledge needed for themselves and society according to the law. Education is also referred to as teaching and learning activities carried out by teachers and students in classroom interactions, because in general teachers must teach and everyone has an obligation to teach. In the teaching and learning process at school, teachers play an important role in teaching and guiding students, especially in learning mathematics. As a result of covid-19, the learning process becomes inefficient and face-to-face interaction between teachers and students can no longer be done. Therefore, students are required to learn from home by using online learning.
