Abstract

Education is one of the most important things for the quality of human life. To carry out education correctly, it is necessary to prepare various things such as learning models, methods, and techniques to help the learning process. This time we are trying to present information about one of the cooperative learning models and three examples of its application in the classroom, namely group investigation and round robin. The research of this journal aims to present information related to the cooperative learning model. The method used in writing this journal is the literature method. The results of this study are in the form of material presentations regarding the meaning of the cooperative learning model, the syntax of the cooperative learning model, and examples.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem of students' interest in continuing school after graduating from junior high school at SMPN 2 Kalidawir which is based on observation and question-and-answer time with the teaching teacher. The busy work of parents and without monitoring the child's learning process makes the child less focused and less concerned about his future and tends to choose work rather than continue school. This is due to the lack of motivation from the closest family and the surrounding environment. The formulation of the problem obtained by the author is how the influence of the parental profession on the motivation of students to continue school to a higher level. From the formulation of the problem, the author's goal is to determine the influence of the parental profession on the motivation of students to continue school to a higher level. This research includes quantitative research, and the type of research used is associative. The object of this study is all students of SMPN 2 Kalidawir for the 2023/2024 school year with a population of 249 students and a sample of 25 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques through instrument data tests, prerequisite tests, and hypothesis tests using simple regression analysis. The results showed: there was a significant positive and significant relationship between the parents' professions on students' learning motivation, and there was a significant influence between parents' professions on students' learning motivation. This is evidenced by the results of a simple regression analysis from the ANOVA table obtained a value of 0.000. Based on the decision-making guidelines, if the significance value < 0.05, it means that variable X affects variable Y. The conclusion is 0.000 < 0.05, which means that variable X has a significant effect on variable Y. Based on the hypothesis, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected

Abstract

The constitution in a country, including Indonesia, is the source and basis making rules that have main principles, such as the rights and obligations of citizens. Human rigidity is the basis inherent in men as a gift from God, while the rights and obligations of citizens are a gift from the state. These are both concepts included in the second amendment to the 1945 Constitution, and cannot even be separated from each other because the two have a close relationship. The rights and obligations of citizens are an essential requirement of state legal democracy and must be implemented by people or citizens. Therefore, conceptual and strategic steps are needed so that the life of the nation and state becomes correct and fair under the auspices of the laws of a democratic country.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the value of learning outcomes of seventh grade students at MTsN 7 Tulungagung in social studies subjects that are still below KKM. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence and influence of the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) learning model aided by Powtoon-based animated videos on the results of social studies learning outcomes of VII grade students MTsN 7 Tulungagung, The method used in the study is a quantitative method of experimental type. Data collection techniques in this study using tests and documentation. The population is all VII grade students of MTsN Tulungagung totaling 302 students with a sample of 75 students selected by purposive sampling technique. Data were collected with 18 pretest questions and 19 posttest questions. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect on the application of the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) learning model on the social studies learning outcomes of seventh grade students at MTsN 7 Tulungagung with t count ≥ t table or 5.773 ≥ 1.666 and Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 ≤ 0.05 at the 5% significance level, so it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In addition, based on the effect size test, it is obtained that the influence of the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) learning model assisted by powtoon animation video on the learning outcomes of seventh grade social studies students at MTsN 7 Tulungagung is in the high category, namely 1.35 with a percentage of 90%.

Abstract

National Identity is a national identity which is the characteristics or characteristics, feelings or beliefs, culture or habits of a nation that distinguishes one nation from another. Indonesia's national identity is pluralistic which consists of a fundamental identity, namely Pancasila, instrumental identity, namely the 1945 Constitution. The digital era has brought many positive changes that we can now utilize as much as possible. But at the same time, the digital era also brings many negative impacts, causing new challenges in human life in this digital era. Thus, these efforts can ensure the maintenance of the nation's identity and integrity. By fostering the spirit of nationalism and patriotism, a natural sense of love for the country will grow, which is one form of effort to maintain the identity and integrity of the nation.

Abstract

The role of the environment is a forum in the process of developing children's language and speech skills, because the environment is part of the child's interactions in the development process. The aim of this research is to describe the role of the environment in children's language development. The method in this research uses a qualitative method with a literature approach or literature study. Sources taken from various kinds of literature, including journals, articles and previous research as well as other internet sources. The results of this study show that the role of the environment is very important in language development, because language in early childhood can develop or not depending on the stimulus provided by the environment around the child, whether in the family environment, school environment, or living environment or community.

Abstract

Educational administration is an important field in the organization of effective and efficient education. This journal aims to discuss the basic concepts of educational administration, ranging from its definition, goals, functions, principles, to its scope. This journal discusses that educational administration is the process of managing educational resources to achieve educational goals. The main goal of educational administration is to improve the quality of education and produce quality graduates. The functions of educational administration include planning, organizing, directing, and supervising. The principles of educational administration that must be considered in its implementation are democratic, efficient, effective, and sustainable. The scope of educational administration includes personnel administration, curriculum administration, financial administration, facilities and infrastructure administration, student administration, and teaching and learning administration.

Abstract

In order to achieve educational goals optimally, effectively and efficiently, the educational process cannot be separated from education management. Education management is divided into several fields, one of which is the field of educational personnel. Personnel are all members of the organization who work for the benefit of the organization, namely to achieve the goals that have been determined. The field of personnel development is also called the entire structuring process that is related to the problem of obtaining and using labor to achieve the goals of the school that have been predetermined. The purpose of the field of educational personnel is to utilize labor effectively and efficiently to achieve maximum results, which is in the form of a result, product or production. Personnel administration consists of two types, namely educational personnel and non-educational personnel. The importance of personnel management in improving the quality of education is the main key to the success of achieving educational goals. Personnel are required to know the potential that exists around them and utilize them effectively and efficiently to improve the quality of education in schools.

Abstract

Planning in educational administration is a key element in achieving educational goals effectively and efficiently. This article discusses various aspects of planning in the context of educational administration, as educational planning has several characteristics such as continuous intellectual development, problems, needs, situations, formulating policies and outlining educational strategies and so on. Meanwhile, the principles include interdisciplinary, objective, flexible, comprehensive and others. Educational planning has several types, including macro, meso and micro planning. Apart from that, there are also short-term and long-term planning. Educational planning is very important and useful as a guide, direction, concept in achieving a goal. Through literature reviews and case studies, this article explores planning strategies and methods used by educational institutions to improve the quality of education. The research results show that systematic and structured planning can improve school performance, increase staff involvement, and improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Adolescent moral development is an important process in the formation of individual character and personality. This research aims to understand various factors that influence moral development in adolescents, including the influence of the family environment, education, and social interactions. Apart from that, this research also explores the role of technology and social media in shaping the moral values ​​of teenagers in the digital era. The research methods used include surveys, in-depth interviews and participant observation. The research results show that family support, the quality of moral education in schools, and a positive social environment contribute significantly to good moral development in adolescents. However, it was also found that exposure to negative content on social media can hinder moral development. This research suggests the need for collaboration between families, schools and communities in creating an environment that supports the healthy and positive moral development of adolescents.
