Abstract

The objectives of this study are to: (1) Describe the development of human resource management in the Rankar Menghazi class. (2) Describe the impact of the digital era on the development of human resource management. This research is a qualitative study using data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The results of this study include the planning, implementation and evaluation processes of human resource development management in the Lunker Menghazi class. Training and development under the guidance of Tarshin Training Development. The following steps are taken to carry out personnel training for the Lancar Mengaji class. Identifying needs, setting goals, establishing programs. Management concepts were successfully implemented according to teachers' knowledge. Digitalization has a great impact on educational institutions that manage the personnel development of the Lancar Mengaji Classroom Institute. The teachers can interact and expand their knowledge through the platform

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation, observation, and triangulation methods. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was concluded that Hadrah art has existed in Wonosari Tengah village since 2020. Initially, this art was used to spread religion. Along with the changing times, this art has become a spectacle for the entertainment of the local community. In this case, it includes several values such as beauty, morality, and religion. Because the values implied in this Hadrah art are to form people who believe in and fear Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, who have noble morals according to the example of the Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, and become good citizens

Abstract

Kompang art is art that refers to Islamic values ​​which basically express praise to Allah SWT as well as blessings and greetings to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In this paper, the author is interested in discussing the educational values ​​contained in the Kompang art in Rimba Sekampung Village. The method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews with one of the informants, namely Juliono as the leader of the Kompang arts, Rimba Sekampung village. Then do an analysis that this Kompang art has educational values ​​in it which are contained in the chanting of blessings from the book al Barzanji. The educational values ​​contained in the Kompang arts prayer include faith values, worship values, and moral values

Abstract

This classroom action research purpose is to improve the students’ ability to calculate multiplication at second grade of SDN 005 Sungai Bungo, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency in the 2022/2023 academic year through Realistic Mathematical Approach. The form research is classroom action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were 26 second grade students of SDN 005 Sungai Bungo. Data collection techniques were observation and tests. The data analysis technique used an interactive model analysis technique which consists of three components of analysis; data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study were (1) there is an increase in the average score obtained by students from the previous initial test of 58.46; then in the first cycle test from 74.03 to 83.46 in the second cycle, (2) there is an increase in the percentage of student learning completeness which was only 38.46% in the initial test; and in the first cycle test 84.61%; then in the second cycle to 100%. The results of the research show that using a realistic mathematical approach improve the ability to calculate multiplication in second grade students of SDN 005 Sungai Bungo, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency in the 2022/2023 academic year

Abstract

Songs are an excellent way to teach English to young children so that they can actually support their capacity to recite and recall basic English vocabulary and expressions, which is the basis of this post. This study also attempts to determine the viability and usefulness of using the English song to teach English to kindergarten students at Yari International School. The ability of children to understand concepts of speaking, reading, and writing is one of the English recognition skills that will be tested. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology. Additionally, this study employs methods for gathering data such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Abstract

The research purpose is to describe the application of Numbered Head Together (NHT) to improve students’ science achievement at the third grade students of MI Al-Kifayah Pekanbaru. The subjects of this study were 20 students at fifth grade of MI Al-Kifayah Pekanbaru consist of 5 boys and 15 girls in heterogeneous student abilities. Meanwhile, the object of this research is to improve students’ science achievement through the application of the Numbered Head Together, one of type of cooperative learning model. The research procedure used Classroom Action Research. In order to ensure this classroom action research run well, the researcher used the steps; 1) Planning/preparing for action, 2) Action implementation, 3) Observation, and 4 ) Reflection. The results of the study proved that the application of the numbered head together type of cooperative learning model in fifth grade of MI Al-Kifayah Pekanbaru. The result of the research showed that there is an increase in students’ science achievement before the action to cycle I and cycle II. Before the action, before the action to cycle I and cycle II, only 40%. students who reached criteria level minimum (KKM). In the first cycle the student who reached criteria level minimum (KKM ) became 75% and in the second cycle students who reached criteria level minimum (KKM) increased to 90%. It proved that improvement of students’ science achievement of fifth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Kifayah Pekanbaru by applying the numbered head together type of cooperative learning model is considered well done as the individual and class reached 90% of criteria level minimum (KKM).

Abstract

Education is a necessity for human life because No one was born by knowledge. The schools as institutions are trusted by the community and responsible to conduct education. The school responsibility would not succeed without teachers ‘roles. The form teacher is the has the first opportunity to improve the students' interest through their role in teaching, guiding and preparing students psychologically, participate in and carry out learning activities. So the quality of the process and learning outcomes could be achieved. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the homeroom teacher in increasing the learning interest at students of SDN (State Elementary School) 17 Pekanbaru. The research was descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were 4 form teachers, principals, 19 students, and the parents. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data was analysed through the data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicated that the role of the form teacher in improving students' interest in learning well according to the abilities of the form teacher and needs to be improved more. To ensure the achievement the achieve the goals. The role of the form teacher to improve students’ interest in learning is also evaluated by the school principal, the principal always provides supervision of improvements further improvement in the learning process. Held the meetings or meetings with the form teacher twice in one semester to evaluate the duties and responsibilities as a teacher

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to explore information about the Siak Kingdom as a symbol of Islamic civilization in eastern Riau. This research uses the library research method or also called the library method where researchers use various literature to obtain information, and use a qualitative approach because the data produced is in the form of words or descriptions. Based on the results of research, Siak Kingdom has high historical and cultural value. This kingdom has unique architectural characteristics and is a place of social and cultural activities for the surrounding community. The Kingdom of Siak is also the center of cultural activities, and many great scholars and famous Islamic figures in Indonesia have visited the Kingdom of Siak. The Kingdom of Siak is also the center of cultural activities, and many great scholars and famous Islamic figures in Indonesia have visited the Kingdom of Siak. Every year, this mosque becomes a religious tourism destination for Indonesians who want to take part in traditional celebrations. With the existence of various buildings as historical relics and civilization of the Siak Kingdom, it can be said that the Siak Kingdom is a symbol of Islamic civilization in eastern Riau. These relics include Siak Palace, Syahabuddin Mosque, High Density Hall. Balairung Sri, royal crown, stump cannon, Koto Tinggi sultan tomb complex, Heroes Monument. In the end, this study recommends that the government and society should maintain and preserve various cultural heritage buildings as valuable cultural heritage for the Indonesian nation

Abstract

This research is a regression research consisting of variable X (Work Environment) and variable Y (Performance of Educators). This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment on the performance of teaching staff in State Madrasah Aliyah throughout Pekanbaru City. The subjects in this research are State Madrasah Aliyah Educators, the research object is the Influence of the Work Environment on Performance. The population used in this research was 213 teaching staff. The sample was taken randomly as many as 69 teachers. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire, then the data is analyzed using descriptive percentages and simple linear regression. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a significant influence of the work environment on the performance of teaching staff with a t value of 3.897, greater than t table of 1.997. So the better the work environment, the better the performance of the State Madrasah Aliyah teaching staff throughout Pekanbaru City. Therefore, the work environment must be managed well, so that good management will create the expected performance.
