IMPLEMENTATİON OF SEMİ-AUTOMATİC PNEUMATİC SYSTEM SHOE PRESS MACHİNE AND MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT TO INCREASE PRODUCTİVİTY OF BANJARSARİ SMALL SHOE INDUSTRY. The purpose of this PKM is to help resolve the priority problems of Syaifullah's small Banjarsari shoe industry, namely: 1) low quality and quantity of sole and upper gluing production, and 2) weak production management and financial management. To solve these problems, it is carried out through the implementation of a semi-automatic pneumatic system shoe press machine and improvement of production management and financial management. The method of implementing PKM to solve partner problems is carried out in stages: a) establishing partnerships with small shoe industry entrepreneurs, b) determining partner priority problems, c) designing machines, d) machine manufacturing, e) assembly, f) function testing, g) training machine operation and maintenance, h) machine delivery and implementation, i) management improvement training and assistance, and j) periodic monitoring. The result of this PKM is a semi-automatic pneumatic system shoe press machine that is effective and efficient and the management of small shoe industry partners has improved. The implementation of this shoe press machine is able to increase the quality of the adhesive strength and the quantity of production of leather shoe gluing in the small industry of partner shoes 3 times greater than the manual gluing process. Information about the introduction and how to identify the macrofungi in the Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hasanah is still low, so it is necessary to introduce methods for dealing with macrofungi. Identification of macrofungi is one of the methods used to determine the macrofungi, whether they are pathogenic or not by looking at the morphological characteristics of the macrofungi. The activity of community service began with licensing by the Madrasah, providing material about macrofungi, the community service team shows some examples of wet herbariums for several previously identified macrofungi. After studying the macrofungi technique, the community service team and students developed skills in finding macrofungi from several wet herbariums that had been provided by the community service team, and formed study groups for participants to better understand the introduction and how to identify macrofungi. In this community service, it is hoped that the participants can develop skills in finding, discovering, identifying and preserving of the macrofungi and become apart of learning material for teachers and students. Macrofungi can also be used as medicine in the health sectors, as an environmental decomposer and useful in the economic field because they can be used as food ingredients.

Education is an important component of social life. Education can be taken through formal, non-formal and informal channels. Therefore, education should not be an obstacle for any society. In fact, in one of the villages in Central Bangka Regency, the province of the Bangka Belitung archipelago, there are still many people who do not finish school. In this village, as many as 30 people did not finish elementary school, 227 people did not finish junior high school, and 280 people did not finish high school. Based on initial observations, one of the reasons is because the number of schools in the village is still limited and schools in other villages have long distances. These problems were resolved through a mentoring program for the establishment of Community Learning Activity Centers (PKBM). Assistance in the formation of PKBM resulted in the organizational structure of the PKBM management, AD ART, as well as the PKBM nameplate that was formed.

Pandemic has had implications for all aspects of life in the world, including Indonesia. Under normal conditions, maternal and neonatal mortality is still a big challenge, especially during the current pandemic. Maternal and child health services are one of the services that are affected in terms of access and quality. The existence of restrictions on most routine services, including maternal and child health services, is feared to increase maternal and newborn morbidity and mortality, reduce maternal and child health, and interfere with child development. The team from FK UNSOED wants to take a role in the community to prevent an increase in infant and neonatal mortality in the midst of this pandemic situation. Through this activity, the community (especially pregnant women and mothers of toddlers) is expected to be able to strive for pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and child development so that they remain optimal. Activities are held through the lay webinar method and mentoring of posyandu cadres. The target audience for the public webinar is the general public and partners. The enthusiasm of the participants can be seen from the number of participants, who come from various circles and regions. The Zoom meeting was attended by 235 participants from various regions in Java and outside Java (Bali, Pontianak, etc.). Participants came from various backgrounds: 45.3% midwives, 15.4% housewives, 11.3% lecturers/teachers, 4.5% doctors, 2.4% posyandu cadres, private employees, students, etc. Meetings and direct mentoring activities in Karangnanas village were carried out with limited participants, namely representatives of posyandu cadres and village midwives. More intensive efforts are needed to empower cadres in the midst of this pandemic.

Borisallo village is one of the villages that has the potential for sugar palm so some of its residents work as brown sugar farmers. Besides brown sugar, one of the potentialAnother interesting thing about this area is that the village of Borisallo is an axis road a district that connects the city of Makassar with the village of Malino which is a tourist attraction so along the axis road there are several restaurants. So it has the potential to create a small business of processed brown sugar which can boost the economy of brown sugar farmers. Solutions that offered to socialize the potential for processing brown sugar/palm into products ready-to-eat preparations, Conduct training in the manufacture of processed brown sugar in the form of various Cold Drinks (Milk -Brown Sugar, Milk Boba Brown Sugar, Milk Coffee Brown Sugar), conduct training on product packaging and marketing. After this PkM activity was carried out, the local brown sugar farmers have knowledge and skills in the technique of processing brown sugar productsinto other processed products with higher economic value and interest and motivation to carry out entrepreneurial activities. The entrepreneurial motivation initiated by the entrepreneurial starter kit that we provide is in the form of a set of tools beverage sealer/packaging. This tool will be managed by the Owned Enterprises Village (BUMDES) which will facilitate residents to do entrepreneurship

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a health problem globally and in Indonesia. One of the pillars of diabetes management is health education. One of the health education materials that can be given is how to measure blood sugar levels independently, known as Self onitoring of Blood Glucose (SMBG). This training and assistance are intended primarily for health cadres, DM patients, or those at risk of developing DM. The service team's assessment results showed that health cadres, patients, and families of DM patients in Padukuhan Gondang Legi, Wedomartani Village, had never received health education about SMBG training. Therefore, the health education material provided is training and assistance in measuring blood sugar levels independently or Self Monitoring of Blood Glucose (SMBG). The purpose of this service is to improve the knowledge and skills of cadres, DM patients, and residents in measuring blood sugar levels independently so that residents can carry out early detection (screening) or monitor their blood sugar levels independently. The service is carried out in 3 stages in September – November 2021 in Padukuhan Gondang Legi, Wedomartani Village, Ngemplak, Sleman. The service is conducted in education using the focus group discussion (FGD) method and direct demonstration of blood sugar levels to cadres, DM patients, and families. The provision of education and training increases the understanding of cadres and residents about SMBG. The change in the average knowledge score from 38.3 before education to 88.7 after education with an average difference of 50.4 Assistance and education to cadres and residents need to be carried out intensively and continuously to increase knowledge, which will impact changing attitudes and behavior of residents in efforts to control and prevent DM.

Data scientist is a profession that is claimed to be excellent in the 21st century by many experts from big companies in the world. The area of competence that really needs to be mastered by job seekers other than office computers is Data Scientist skills. For the younger generation, talking about Data Scientist is related to programming or coding. Things that have never been done at PKBM Al Habib. With the service program from the STMIK Pelita Nusantara in collaboration with PKBM Al Habib, Introduction of Data Scientist was carried out for PKBM Al Habib Participants through Basic Python Coding Learning. The purpose of the activity is to introduce Data Scientists to members of the Al Habib PKBM training or course so as to produce Data Scientists through learning basic python coding. The achievement of this training is that participants are able to recognize and master the basics of Python programming.

Paya Udang is a village located in Seruway sub-district, Aceh Tamiang district, Aceh Province. Due to the lack of understanding related to community aquaculture management in managing freshwater fish farming in Paya Udang village, it is necessary to conduct aquaculture management training. The purpose of this training activity is to equip the Paya Udang village community in tilapia cultivation activities. This activity was carried out in Paya Udang village, Seruway sub-district, Aceh Tamiang district, involving 6 participants. The method used is a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and Community development approach. The result of this training activity is an increase in the knowledge of the members of the PEMUDA JAYA cultivation group in the cultivation of freshwater fish, especially tilapia.

EFFORTS TO STRENGTHEN STUDENT SKILLS THROUGH ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING, ACCOUNTING, AND BULLYING LAW. The Efforts to Strengthen Student’s Skills through Entrepreneurship Training, Accounting, and Law of Bullying. graduates of SMK Mitra Bakti Husada - Bekasi majoring in Nursing and Pharmacy with the business world, because they are intended as ready-to-use personnel who are struggling to provide nursing and pharmacy services that are needed by hospitals and pharmacies for medical services to the community or can also be used as ready-made workers in drug and pharmaceutical companies that serve the community. Nursing assistants and pharmacist assistants really need to be equipped with knowledge of entrepreneurship, accounting and law. Entering the business world, like it or not, in order to be successful, it must be done professionally, which is equipped with the skills to manage finances and taxes, so that in managing finances, students need to be equipped with this knowledge. The training programs that will be provided are entrepreneurship, accounting and law. The program was chosen because it is considered important and is expected to provide education to these students. This material is an important material as a provision for them to improve their ability to be entrepreneurs, be able to manage finances and maintain social ethics, and respect each other.

PREVENTION OF THE THIRD WAVE THROUGH HEALTH EDUCATION STRENGTHENING DISCIPLINE OF COVID-19 HEALTH PROTOCOLS. The mortality rate due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the world has increased to 3,893,114 people and as many as 179,657,832 were confirmed positive on June 24, 2021. In West Java Indonesia, the mortality rate has reached 4,826. In The, North Sumedang recorded 14 people died out of 662 confirmed positive cases until June 23, 2021. Meanwhile, in October 2021 the number of confirmed COVID-19 began to decrease, but the people began to lack discipline in implementing health protocols, fearing a third wave of COVID-19 would occur in Indonesia. The purpose of this community service was to increase public knowledge, awareness and obedience to the importance of implementing health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. The methods of lectures, discussions, evaluations and the practiced of implementing health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 were used. The results after this activity showed that the majority of participants have Very Good knowledge and skills to implemented COVID-19 health protocols. We hope that people who have received these activities can disseminate, remind their families and surrounding people to implement and actively participate in health promotion regarding the discipline of implementing the COVID-19 health protocol.
