Abstract

Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale model and then tested for validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Binary Logistic method. The results of this study are a). Physical evidence, There is a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Satisfaction of Clean Water at the Regional Public Drinking Water Company Tirta Jam Gadang, Bukittinggi City. b). Empathy, There is a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Satisfaction of Clean Water at the Regional Public Drinking Water Company Tirta Jam Gadang, Bukittinggi City. c). Responsiveness, There is a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Satisfaction of Clean Water at the Regional Public Drinking Water Company Tirta Jam Gadang, Bukittinggi City. d). Reliability, There is a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Satisfaction of Clean Water at the Regional Public Drinking Water Company Tirta Jam Gadang, Bukittinggi City. e). Assurance, There is a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Satisfaction of Clean Water at the Regional Public Drinking Water Company Tirta Jam Gadang, Bukittinggi City. The most dominant variable influencing Clean Water Customer Satisfaction at the Tirta Jam Gadang Regional Drinking Water Company in Bukittinggi City is Empathy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of digital marketing on customer satisfaction through service quality. In this study, the population is the population in this study is not known for certain with a sample of 155 people using heir theory. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using google forms. The data analysis tool in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS 32.9 for data processing. The results of this study are that digital marketing affects customer satisfaction. Digital marketing affects service quality. Service quality affects customer satisfaction. Digital marketing affects customer satisfaction through service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 25 of 2005 concerning the Control of Livestock in Moutong District, Parigi Moutong Regency. The research employs a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, with both primary and secondary data sources. The findings reveal that the policy implementation has not been optimal due to a lack of seriousness from the government and enforcement team, as well as limited socialization efforts toward the community. Other inhibiting factors include low public awareness, budget constraints, and limited understanding of the policy among implementers. The conclusion of this study is that greater commitment is needed from the government and enforcement team in enforcing the regulation, along with more effective community outreach. Additionally, adjustments must be made to address obstructing factors such as funding and implementers’ comprehension, in order for the policy to be successfully executed in accordance with its original goals.

Abstract

Dalam dinamika keilmuan kontemporer, terdapat tantangan besar dalam menyelaraskan epistemologi (cara memperoleh pengetahuan) dan ontologi (hakikat realitas) menuju aksiologi (nilai guna dan etika pengetahuan). Ilmu pengetahuan modern sering kali terjebak pada orientasi teknokratis yang menjauh dari nilai-nilai luhur. Jurnal ini berusaha mengeksplorasi keterkaitan ketiganya dalam kerangka pembangunan ilmu pengetahuan yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai kebaikan, keindahan, dan kasih sayang. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif-filosofis, artikel ini mengusulkan paradigma keilmuan yang lebih humanistik dan transformatif.

Abstract

Child marriage remains a critical problem that negatively impacts children's social, educational, and health development. This study explores how traditional institutions and law enforcement authorities contribute to preventing early marriage in Kampung Empus Talu, Bebesen District, Takengon, Central Aceh, with reference to Law No. 23 of 2002 on Child Protection and Law No. 16 of 2019 on Marriage. Employing a qualitative method, the research gathers data through interviews, observations, and documentation involving customary leaders, village authorities, local communities, and law enforcement personnel. The study reveals that customary institutions hold a pivotal role in promoting traditional values and acting as mediators in discouraging early marriages. At the same time, law enforcement officers contribute by offering legal education, enforcing relevant laws, and guiding families through the marriage dispensation process. Nonetheless, challenges persist, including low public awareness of legal standards and entrenched cultural norms that perpetuate child marriage. Thus, enhancing collaboration between customary institutions and legal authorities—particularly through culturally grounded legal education—is essential to improving prevention efforts.

Abstract

Power transformers are high-voltage equipment that function to distribute electrical power, either from high voltage to low voltage or vice versa. However, if the insulation condition of the transformer experiences a decrease in quality, this can cause operational failure, even more serious damage that disrupts the electrical system as a whole. To prevent this, testing of the insulation resistance is required. One of the methods used to test this insulation condition is the polarization index method. This method is considered the most accurate and effective way to assess the feasibility of insulation resistance in transformers, especially those located in substations and distribution substations in Indonesia. This study was conducted by taking data from the location of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekanbaru. Through insulation resistance testing, the results of the measurement of the polarization index value were obtained. The data collected were then calculated and analyzed to obtain more optimal evaluation results. The results show that the polarization index value on the primary ground is at 1.25 and the secondary ground is 1.5. Both values ​​are still in the good category, referring to the standard polarization index value which ranges from 1.25 to 2.0

Abstract

Data paling terkini dari Kementerian Agama RI (Kemenag) mencatat bahwa hingga awal tahun 2024 terdapat sekitar 2.000–2.500 Penyelenggara Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah (PPIU) resmi yang memiliki izin salah satu nya PT.Al Makkah Insani di Kota Jambi adapun permasalahan utama dalam pengelolaan travel haji dan umroh masih banyaknya proses administrasi yang dilakukan secara manual, seperti pendaftaran, pengelolaan data jamaah, dan pemesanan paket perjalanan. Hal ini menyebabkan keterlambatan layanan, risiko kesalahan data, serta kurangnya transparansi dan efisiensi dalam operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun HajjConnect, sebuah sistem manajemen travel haji dan umroh berbasis web yang dilengkapi fitur pemesanan dan pengelolaan data jamaah secara terintegrasi. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kecepatan, akurasi, dan kualitas layanan kepada jamaah serta memudahkan pihak travel dalam mengelola data dan transaksi. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall, yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, serta pemeliharaan. Setiap tahap dilakukan secara berurutan untuk memastikan sistem yang dibangun sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan mudah diimplementasikan. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa HajjConnect mampu mengatasi keterbatasan sistem manual, mempercepat proses pendaftaran, meningkatkan akurasi pengelolaan data, serta memudahkan monitoring transaksi dan jadwal keberangkatan jamaah. Kesimpulannya, penerapan sistem berbasis web ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah travel haji dan umroh dapat mengadopsi sistem serupa untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan kualitas layanan di era digital

Abstract

Conflicts between local communities and wildlife in Indragiri Hilir Regency have become increasingly frequent, primarily due to habitat encroachment and the expansion of human activities into forested and swamp areas. Unfortunately, there is currently no regional legal product that specifically regulates the mechanisms for handling such conflicts. As a result, local agencies—such as the Fire and Rescue Department—face operational limitations due to a lack of authority and legal basis. This study aims to analyze the authority of regional governments in addressing human-wildlife conflicts based on the principles of regional autonomy and to examine the urgency of establishing a Regional Regulation (Perda) as a legitimate and operational legal framework. Using a normative juridical method with a statutory and conceptual approach, the research reveals a normative gap that weakens legal protection for the community and hinders the effectiveness of local institutions. Therefore, the formulation of a Regional Regulation that outlines prevention, mitigation, and coordination mechanisms for managing wildlife conflicts is urgently needed to ensure public safety and strengthen the role of local governments in environmental protection.

Abstract

Hadirnya Lembaga Pengelola Sampah (LPS) di Kota Pekanbaru menjadi harapan dalam pengelolaan sampah berdasarkan UU No 18 Tahun 2008 tentang pengelolaan sampah sehingga tidak lagi sekedar angkut dan buang. Selama ini sampah diangkut oleh satu perusahaan melalui tender dan ini menimbulkan banyak masalah seperti sampah tidak diangkut, terjadi penumpukan sampah. Inisiatif dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru dengan membentuk LPS disetiap kelurahan yaitu 83 kelurahan. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa semua LPS belum memiliki kemampuan mengelola sampah, masih sekedar pengangkutan sampah dari rumah ke transdipo. LPS belum memahami bagaimana proses pengelolaan yang sebenarnya, karena tidak mendapatkan pembekalan dari DLH Kota Pekanbaru

Abstract

Banuhampu is a small sub-district within Agam Regency. Based on observational data, before the establishment of the State Islamic Institute (UIN SMDD) Bukittinggi, the socio-cultural life of the community was still underdeveloped and unwilling to accept change, furthermore, their income was still low due to their livelihood as farmers, and the level of education at the tertiary level was still low. Many of their children who had graduated from high school/vocational school preferred to continue their education outside the area, such as Padang, and also preferred to work rather than continue their education. However, after the establishment of the UIN SMDD College, the level of education at the tertiary level has increased. This article aims to explain the impact of the presence of the UIN SMDD Bukittinggi campus on socio-cultural changes and income in Kubang Putiah. The method used is observational methods with qualitative research, as well as library studies in the form of literature studies. In addition to the increased level of education and changing the socio-cultural structure, the presence of the UIN SMDD campus also affects economic activities, namely local residents who live near the campus have new jobs as traders and build boarding houses and other economic activities so that they can increase their income. This research is limited to the community in Nagari Kubang Putih. It also uses the theoretical approach of William Fielding Ogburn (W.F. Ogburn).
