Abstract

This research aims to improve the narrative writing ability of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Seren through the Mind Mapping method. This method was chosen because it can help students organize ideas visually, thus making the writing process easier, especially in narrative essay writing material. This research uses a classroom action research (PTK) approach with two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Data was collected through observation, narrative writing tests, and interviews. The research results show that the Mind Mapping method significantly increases students' ability to write narrative essays. Students find it easier to design story lines, enrich vocabulary, and compose sentences. Thus, this method is effective to be applied as a learning strategy for narrative writing at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study examines the characteristics of reflection in the novel Negeri 5 Menara by Ahmad Fuadi in relation to the characteristics of today's generation of students. The novel, which carries the theme of difficulties and ideals, describes the lives of students in Pondok Madani, which are filled with various obstacles in achieving their dreams. This study aims to analyze how the ideals conveyed in this novel reflect the characteristics of today's generation who face technological developments, social problems, and pressure in achieving life goals. The methodology used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of the analysis show that the protagonist, Alif Fikri, represents the characteristics of today's generation, such as resilience, ingenuity, and enthusiasm to face various challenges. The findings of this study reveal that the novel Negeri 5 Menara not only functions as an inspirational narrative, but also has significant relevance in the character building of students. The novel is able to instill the values of independence, critical thinking, and high motivation in realizing dreams, despite facing various limitations that are also experienced by the characters in the story. The characters in this novel come from different backgrounds, but they are able to work together and respect each other's differences, in accordance with the challenges of today's generation living in a multicultural society. In addition, the novel emphasizes the importance of spiritual awareness as the main foundation in building a balanced life, so that it can help students deal with the pressures of life in the modern era that often make them lose their direction and purpose. Values such as the importance of education, friendship, courage in the face of failure, and the spirit of sharing knowledge displayed in this novel are very relevant for the character building of today's students. The novel also has the potential to be an effective learning material in integrating moral values and character education in schools. This research highlights that Negeri 5 Menara can be a source of motivation for students to face contemporary issues with optimism, perseverance, and collaborative spirit. Values such as knowledge, tolerance and courage raised in the story are crucial in shaping students who not only excel academically but also have strong moral character. Thus, Negeri 5 Menara offers great potential as a learning medium capable of effectively integrating character education in the school environment.

Abstract

Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) in the oil palm plantation sector are rooted in the need to improve the welfare of smallholders through efficient and sustainable collective management. The Petapahan Makmur Sejahtera Autonomous Business Unit (UUO), part of the Sawit Jaya Village Unit Cooperative (KUD), has a strategic role in supporting the empowerment of oil palm farmers in Petapahan Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of UUO Petapahan Makmur Sejahtera in the 2020-2023 period using a financial ratio analysis approach, which includes liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity ratios. The results of the study indicate that UUO's liquidity is in very good condition, but idle funds indicate suboptimal management. The solvency ratio shows a high level of dependence on long-term debt, especially from replanting funds, which results in an inadequate solvency condition. Profitability shows inadequate results, with ROI and ROE ratios below ideal standards. The activity ratio also indicates the efficiency of resource use that needs to be improved. Based on the analysis results, it is recommended that UUO optimize fund management for productive investment, improve operational efficiency, and diversify businesses to reduce dependence on one sector. In addition, increasing transparency and professionalism in cooperative management is expected to increase member trust and support the sustainability of cooperative operations.

Abstract

This study analyzes the lighting system of XYZ Building based on the lighting standard SNI 6197:2020. Based on the measurement results, the majority of rooms have light intensity below the established standard. The primary contributing factors include the use of inappropriate lamp types, an insufficient number of lighting points, dark-colored walls that absorb light, and a lack of proper lamp maintenance. The analysis indicates that although the lighting power per square meter is relatively efficient, visual comfort is not achieved. Recommended improvements include replacing old lamps with high-intensity LED lights, adjusting the lamp layout, and changing wall colors to enhance light reflectivity. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to improve lighting quality, ensuring compliance with the established standards. This study provides a crucial foundation for improving lighting systems in similar buildings to enhance energy efficiency and user comfort.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengendalian persediaan komponen panel lower in board menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) dengan penerapan teknik Lot Sizing Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ). Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen persediaan guna memastikan ketersediaan material yang tepat waktu dan mengurangi biaya persediaan. Metode MRP digunakan untuk menghitung kebutuhan material berdasarkan permintaan produksi yang ada, sementara teknik FOQ diterapkan untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan yang optimal pada setiap siklus produksi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik FOQ dalam MRP dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dengan mengurangi frekuensi pemesanan dan biaya penyimpanan. Penelitian ini juga membahas implikasi praktis dari penggunaan metode tersebut dalam konteks industri manufaktur, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan sistem pengendalian persediaan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pengelolaan persediaan material pada industri manufaktur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strengthening of discipline character values ​​based on school culture in grade V students of SD Negeri 1 Katobengke. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, (4) drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study indicate that strengthening the character values ​​of discipline through school culture at SD Negeri 1 Katobengke is carried out through four activities, namely through routine activities, spontaneous actions, role models and environmental conditioning. Strengthening the character values ​​of discipline through routine morning assembly activities, spontaneous actions carried out, namely reprimanding students who violate school rules, role models that are exemplified by arriving on time, collecting assignments according to the agreed time and appearing neat and environmental conditioning that is applied, namely the existence of school regulations and displays about discipline slogans.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media promosi produk Dewi Skincaree. Metode penelitian yang dipakai penulis adalah jenis deskriftif kualitatif, Dengan Teknik Analisis Data melalui, Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian teori yang digunakan adalah Dengan menggunakan model penelitian dari Regina Lutterll dalam bukunya Social Media (2015) mengenai The Circular Model of SoMe yang mempunyai empat tahap yaitu Share, Optimize, Manage, Engage. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis Moedel The Circular Model Of SOME, Dewi Skincare memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai alat promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan dengan mengacu pada teori New Media, khususnya konsep The Circular Model of SOME dari Regina Lutterll. Konten yang mereka sajikan di media sosial pun dirancang agar menarik dan “Instagramable”. Tujuan dari promosi melalui Instagram ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merek, memberikan informasi tentang perawatan kulit, membangun hubungan dengan konsumen, menonjolkan keunggulan produk, serta mendorong penjualan dan memperluas jangkauan pasar.

Abstract

Pompa sebagai salah satu mesin aliran zat cair, yang pada dasarnya digunakan untuk memindahkan zat cair dari suatu tempat ke tempat yang lain dengan cara menaikkan tekanan zat cair yang dipindahkan tersebut. Cara kerja pompa dengan memberikan energi mekanis pada zat cair, dan energi yang diterima zat cair digunakan untuk menaikkan tekanan. Pompa sentrifugal diartikan sebagai pesawat bantu yang mempunyai impeller yang berputar bergerak melingkar untuk mengangkat zat cair dari tempat berdasarkan prinsip gaya sentrifugal. Benda bergerak secara melengkung akan mengalami gaya yang arahnya keluar dari titik pusat lintasan yang melengkung tersebut. Masalah yang terjadi pada pompa yaitu sering mengalami penurunan tekanan, biasanya terjadi akibat kebocoran instalasi pompa, rumah atau casing kemasukan udara, dan kebocoran mechanical seal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik analisis FTA (Fault Tree Analysis). Objek penelitian ini dilakukan di Kapal HT. Kresna 3116. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa menurunnya tekanan pompa air tawar pada kapal HT. Kresna 3116 disebabkan oleh faktor yang saling berhubungan. Fungsi metode FTA ini adalah untuk mengetahui akar permasalahan teknis yang dihadapi secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Program Insentif Tabungan Balapan Deposito dan Customer Relationship Management terhadap minat Menabung Nasabah Pada PT. Bank Sumut KCP Asia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa kuesioner yang disebar melalui google form dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistic. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Program Insentif (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Menabung (Y) Nasabah Pada PT.Bank Sumut KCP Asia. Customer Relationship Management (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Menabung Nasabah pada PT.Bank Sumut KCP Asia (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji F menunjukkan Program Insentif dan Customer Relationship Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Menabung Nasabah Pada PT.Bank Sumut KCP Asia. Kata Kunci: Program Insentif, Customer Relationship Management, dan Mnat Menabung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Read Answer Discuss Explain Create Learning model assisted by puzzle media on the ability to critically reason pancasila education. The research method useed in this study is a quantitative method in pre experimental with the type of research one group pretest-posttest design. The sample used was 11 fourth grade students of SDN Pulo. Data collections techniques in the form of test techniques, using critical reasoning ability test questions. From the results of the paired sample t test hypothesis test, the sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05, because the sig value. (2-tailed) < α then H_o is rejected. So there is a significant difference in critical reasoning ability between before and after using the RADEC learning model assisted by puzzle media. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of the application of the Read Answer Discuss Explain Create learning model on the Critical Reasoning Ability of Grade IV Students of SDN Pulo.
