Abstract

Anxiety is one of the most common mental disorders experienced by individuals across various populations. The availability of anxiety measurement instruments with strong content validity in the context of the general population in Indonesia remains limited. This study aims to examine the content validity of an anxiety scale using the Aiken’s V approach. The scale consists of 30 items covering four main dimensions: cognitive, affective, physiological, and behavioral. Content validity assessment was conducted by four expert panelists. The analytical technique used was Aiken’s V content validity coefficient, with a score range of 0 to 1. The results indicate that all 30 items have V values ranging from 0.813 to 1.00. All items (100%) obtained V values greater than 0.80, indicating very high validity. The average V value across all items is 0.94. Therefore, the anxiety scale is considered to have excellent content validity based on expert judgment. The implication of this study is that the instrument can be used for the early identification of anxiety in the general population in Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology, globalization, and the increasing intensity of business competition in recent years have made internal environment analysis an increasingly crucial aspect in determining an organization’s competitive advantage. This article aims to comprehensively synthesize the concepts and applications of internal environment analysis, including resources and capabilities, value chain analysis, core competencies, and SWOT analysis in the context of modern business. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining 30 scientific articles obtained from Google Scholar, SINTA, and accredited journals within the 2021–2026 period. The selection process was carried out through stages of screening titles, abstracts, and full texts based on predetermined inclusion criteria. The synthesis results indicate a shift from partial internal analysis approaches toward more integrative approaches, where organizational success is determined by the ability to manage resources, optimize the value chain, and develop core competencies that are adaptive to external environmental changes. In addition, SWOT analysis remains a dominant tool; however, it tends to be static and requires data-driven development. This article concludes that the integration of traditional approaches with the utilization of digital technology is key to enhancing the effectiveness of internal environment analysis in the modern business era.

Abstract

Education financing is a strategic component in ensuring the sustainability of school programs, improving learning quality, and supporting the provision of facilities and infrastructure. At the elementary school level, financing plays a crucial role as it forms the foundation for students’ academic, character, and social development. This study aims to analyze the implementation of education financing policy from the perspective of School-Based Management (SBM), focusing on budget planning, fund utilization, financial transparency, supervision, and stakeholder involvement. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to principals, school treasurers, teachers, and school committee members who are directly involved in financial management. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics in percentage form. The findings indicate that the implementation of education financing policy in elementary schools has generally been carried out well. This is reflected in participatory budget planning, appropriate fund utilization based on priority needs, regular financial reporting, and the involvement of school committees in supervision. However, several challenges remain, including limited financial administrative competence, uneven technical understanding of budget management, and a shortage of administrative personnel. Therefore, strengthening the managerial and financial competencies of school stakeholders is essential to improve the effectiveness, transparency, and accountability of education financing policy implementation in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to describe teachers’ strategies in improving students’ self-confidence in performing the forward roll in Class X Nursing Assistant 2 at a Health Vocational High School in Samarinda. The background of this study is based on the low level of self-confidence among some students in performing the forward roll, as indicated by fear, hesitation, and a lack of courage to attempt the movement independently. This condition affects the effectiveness of the learning process and outcomes in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PE), particularly in floor exercise materials. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research subjects included PE teachers and students of Class X Nursing Assistant 2. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results indicate that teachers’ strategies in enhancing students’ self-confidence include providing motivation and positive reinforcement, demonstrating movements clearly and progressively, applying cooperative learning methods, using individualized approaches, and offering affective feedback that emphasizes students’ effort and courage. The challenges faced by teachers include differences in students’ physical abilities, fear of injury, and limited self-confidence in attempting movements. To address these challenges, teachers create a safe and supportive learning environment, modify the level of movement difficulty, and provide gradual guidance. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of appropriate, psychologically oriented teaching strategies can improve students’ self-confidence in performing the forward roll. Increased self-confidence leads students to become more courageous, active, and motivated in participating in PE learning.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Bengkulu City Government’s obligation regarding the provision of Temporary Waste Collection Sites (TPS) in accordance with Law No. 18 of 2008 on Waste Management and other relevant regulations, focusing on the Bengkulu City area. This study is a normative-empirical legal study that analyzes the gap between legal norms (das sollen) and actual practices in the field (das sein). The main issue examined is the lack of TPS provision in Bengkulu City, which encourages the public to frequently dispose of waste indiscriminately and to designate certain locations as illegal TPS that do not meet technical requirements. This study employs a statutory approach and a conceptual approach, utilizing data collection techniques through literature review and field research. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of waste collection points in several areas of Bengkulu City has not been optimal and has not fulfilled legal obligations as mandated by Law No. 18 of 2008 on Waste Management, as well as the provisions in Bengkulu City Regional Spatial Planning Regulation (RTRW) No. 4 of 2021, specifically regarding the ideal ratio of waste collection points per sub-district.

Abstract

This study analyzes the integration of spiritual and emotional intelligence (SQ–EQ) in M. Quraish Shihab’s Tafsîr Al-Misbâh and its relevance to modern education. Modern education faces serious challenges due to the dominance of intellectual intelligence, which often neglects spiritual and emotional dimensions, resulting in academically capable learners who are fragile in character and mental resilience. The integration of SQ–EQ provides a holistic foundation for balanced modern education. Quraish Shihab’s concept of ulûl albâb a synthesis of dzikr (SQ), tafakkur (SQ), and tazkiyatun nafs (SQ-EQ) offers solutions to issues of globalization, moral crises, and the dichotomy of knowledge, leading to learners who are spiritually mature, emotionally stable, and endowed with strong moral integrity and social responsibility. The study formulates a three-stage integrative framework: (1) the axial stage (SQ) spiritual intelligence rooted in tawhîd, sincerity of intention, dhikr, and murâqabah as divine consciousness; (2) the driving stage (EQ) emotional intelligence developed through muhâsabah, mujâhadah, patience, gratitude, and istiqâmah in managing emotions; (3) the manifestation stage social ethics based on empathy, courteous communication, ishlâh, and ta‘âwun. The conceptualization of martabat al-nafs (nafs ammârah, mulhamah, muṭmainnah, râḍhiyah–marḍhiyyah) is identified as stages of emotional development aligned with increasing spiritual awareness. The findings include: (1) an SQ–EQ framework grounded in Tafsîr Al-Misbâh that integrates Qur’anic values with modern psychological theories of Goleman and Zohar–Marshall; (2) the formulation of love-based education and a purpose-driven curriculum rooted in tawhîd; and (3) concrete applications for the Kurikulum Merdeka and the Profil Pelajar Pancasila. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research and thematic exegesis. The primary source is Tafsîr Al-Misbâh, complemented by theories from Gardner, Zohar-Marshall, Goleman, Salovey-Mayer, and Abdullah Nashih Ulwan. Descriptive-analytic analysis is used to explore Qur’anic verses related to SQ-EQ and contextualize them with modern psychology to produce an applicable synthesis.

Abstract

The readiness of Vocational High School (SMK) teachers to implement the deep learning approach in the Merdeka Curriculum is analyzed through a systematic literature review. A total of 20 accredited national journal articles (2022–2026) sourced from Garuda, Google Scholar, and DOAJ were examined. The synthesis results reveal three main themes. First, teachers’ readiness is influenced by internal factors (self-efficacy, pedagogical competence, digital literacy, and emotional regulation) and external factors (learning environment, institutional support, industry partnerships, and professional learning communities). Second, strategies for implementing deep learning in vocational schools include project-based learning, teaching factory models, authentic assessment, integration of AI and coding, and social-emotional learning. Third, major challenges include limited teacher understanding, diverse student readiness, time constraints, inadequate digital infrastructure, and suboptimal process-based evaluation systems. Based on a comparison of strategies, hands-on training methods (75% practical activities) conducted over three days and combined with love-based education were found to be the most effective in improving teacher competence (+53.2 points). Strengthening continuous AI-based training, improving digital infrastructure, and developing teacher learning communities are recommended.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the position and limits of the attribution authority of the Environment and Forestry Service (DLHK) of Bengkulu Province in protecting Rafflesia arnoldii as an endemic flora, and to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of legal protection instruments in addressing the threat of habitat destruction and illegal exploitation. The research method used is normative juridical with a legislative and conceptual approach, supported by limited empirical data through literature study. The results show that DLHK has strong and independent attribution authority based on the Law on Conservation of Biological Natural Resources and the Law on Regional Government, with the scope of regulatory, supervisory, law enforcement, and coordination functions. However, the implementation of legal protection for Rafflesia arnoldii has not been optimal. This is due to the high level of habitat destruction due to human activities, the persistence of illegal exploitation, limited institutional resources, and weak supervision and law enforcement. In addition, low public awareness also exacerbates this condition. Therefore, more comprehensive efforts are needed through strengthening institutional capacity, improving law enforcement, sustainable habitat protection, and community involvement in conservation activities. Thus, it is hoped that protection of Rafflesia arnoldii can be more effective and sustainable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze inclusive education strategies in primary schools through the integration of songs and Hexa-Pedia within a multisensory Individualized Education Program (IEP), focusing on enhancing student engagement, conceptual understanding, and the internalization of inclusive values such as tolerance, empathy, and cooperation. The study employed a qualitative approach with a field research design, applying an emic perspective to obtain authentic insights from students and teachers at an Islamic primary school (MI) in Madiun City. The sample was selected purposively, consisting of classroom teachers, IEP instructors, and students participating in inclusive learning. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation, and analyzed using coding, thematic categorization, and thematic analysis to capture patterns, relationships, and the socio-cultural context of learning. The findings indicate that the integration of songs as an auditory medium and Hexa-Pedia as a visual-kinesthetic medium significantly enhances student engagement, motivation, and active participation, allowing each student to learn according to individual abilities without reducing group interaction. These multisensory media also strengthen conceptual understanding, as students can observe, practice, and repeat learning materials progressively, while fostering the internalization of inclusive values through cooperation, empathy, and respect for diversity. Thus, this integrative strategy creates an immersive, enjoyable, adaptive, and collaborative learning experience, while fostering students’ social character and inclusive behavior. It also provides a significant contribution to inclusive education practices in primary schools and serves as a reference for developing innovative individualized learning strategies.
