The function of BAMUS is to receive people’s aspiration and to be Wali Nagari’s companion in administering Nagari. BAMUS and Wali Nagari are Nagari’s officials who are able to guide and prosper Nagari’s people. Institute of Nagari’s government is stated on Peraturan Daerah Kabuten Agam number 12, 2007 which is about Nagari’s government. PERDA must regulate the organizing of Nagari, in contrary it produces some overlapping interests between BAMUS and Wali Nagari. This problem directs the researcher to conduct a research about the authority of BAMUS in administering Nagari at Kabupaten Agam. The finding of this research prove that it is rarely for BAMUS to corporate with Wali Nagari in organizing the governmence. It is happen because a conflict which is shown that both BAMUS and Wali Nagari fell that they have same opportunity in deciding systems and programs for Nagari.

Reflective abstraction really helps students in the learning process of mathematics. Students who have good Reflective Abstraction will understand mathematical concepts and can relate mathematical concepts easily. This research question is how is each level of the reflective abstraction of high school students? This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with grounded theory methods. The research subjects involved in this study were allegedly 36 people who came from senior high schools in Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Of the 36 subjects, 8 people were selected consisting of two representatives from each level of Reflective Abstraction for further interviews. This study found that the attribute Level 4 which is Building the Right Clear Concept is to build a new concept without experiencing errors in the concept being built, the concept that is built clearly and easily fits, and Explanatory Arguments which provide arguments or explanations for each step of the concept being built. Level 3 which is Building a Concept that contains a Complete Concept Clear or there is a Concept Mistake is building a new complete and clear concept or building a concept but there is an error in the concept being built, and Level 2 which does not build a concept is unable to build a new concept but remembering Returning a relevant concept, which means being able to remember related concepts but unable to link relevant concepts or being unable to recall relevant concepts so being unable to construct new concepts

The problem at hand is that many people say that math is difficult learning and there are still many lessons that do not use learning media using concrete objects, resulting in monotonous learning and students are not interested or enthusiastic about learning. Therefore, there is a need for concrete object media in the learning process to increase students' interest in learning. The purpose of this study was to find out by using concrete objects media in learning mathematics can increase students' interest in learning. This research uses descriptive method. The subject of this research is the 2nd grade teacher of SDN Sumampir and data collection was carried out by interview. The result of this research is that by using concrete objects media in the mathematics learning process can make colorful learning not monotonous and can increase students' interest in learning.

Environmental education in elementary schools is crucial in forming children's environmentally caring character. This study draws inspiration from Kampung Naga, a traditional village in West Java, which shows natural sustainability and a relevant learning philosophy. Through an ethnographic approach, this research highlights the sustainable practices of the Kampung Naga community and applies them to learning at school. The results show that environmental care character education can be integrated through routine, spontaneous, exemplary and conditioning activities. This effort aims to form a generation that is not only academically intelligent, but also has awareness and commitment to environmental conservation. By combining local values, the principles of mutual cooperation, and community involvement, it is hoped that students can become active agents of change in preserving nature. Through the implementation of environmental care character education, it is hoped that it can create a society that is environmentally aware and contributes positively to ecosystem preservation.

This research is driven by the low of student’s critical thinking ability in learning Mathematics as well as teachers that still use conventional models during teaching and learning activities. This research aims to determine the effect of the Means Ends Analysis (MEA) learning model on students' critical thinking ability. The quasi-experimental method is used in this research along with a quantitative approach. The research design uses a non-equivalent control group pre-test post-test design. This research applied the MEA learning model to the experimental class and the conventional model to the control class. The population in this study was the fifth-grade students at one of the Pangkalpinang State Elementary Schools. Purposive sampling is used as the sampling technique. The samples in this research were Class V-A as the experimental and Class V-B as the control class. The data collection technique uses a critical thinking ability test in the form of essay questions consisting of a pre-test and a post-test. The data analysis technique in this research uses the normality test (Kolmogorov Smirnov test), homogeneity test (Fisher test), and hypothesis test which uses the dependent sample t-test (pooled variance). Based on the results of the hypothesis test using the dependent sample t-test (pooled variance), the value of tcount = 5,185 > ttable = 1,995. So, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted; it means that there is an influence of the MEA learning model on students' critical thinking ability in class V on fraction topic.

This research was motivated by knowing the effectiveness of the Discovery Learning model on the ability to identify life values in Phase F XI high school students' short stories. Research purposes . First, describe the ability to identify life values in Phase F XI students' short stories before using the Discovery Learning learning model. Second, to describe the ability to identify life values in Phase F XI high school students' short stories after using the Discovery Learning learning model. Third, describe the effectiveness of using the Discovery Learning learning model on the ability to identify life values in Phase F XI high school students' short stories. Type of experimental quantitative research. The research population was students of Phase F This research data is in the form of test scores for the ability to identify life values in short stories before and after using the Discovery Learning learning model through objective tests. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that there was effectiveness in using the Discovery Learning model on the ability to identify life values in the short stories of Stage F XI students at SMA Negeri 7 Padang before and after using the Discovery Learning model.

Education in elementary schools has a central role in forming students' character and independence. The Merdeka Curriculum as an innovation in the field of education in Indonesia emphasizes student independence and the development of their potential. However, its implementation requires a deep understanding of the legal aspects of education. The juridical basis is key in ensuring the conformity of the Merdeka Curriculum with the applicable legal framework. The aim of this study is to explores the role of juridical foundations in implementing the Merdeka curriculum in elementary schools. This research was designed using qualitative methods using a library research approach (literature review). The research results show that the Pancasila educational philosophy has to become the main foundation in the national education system. Pancasila recognizes the truth of knowledge that comes from revelation, reason and experience. As a regulatory norm that must be upheld, Pancasila is a guideline in the legal order in Indonesia. A deep understanding of Pancasila values is very important in realizing education that reflects its basic principles. It is hoped that the consistent application of the Pancasila educational philosophy can encourage the realization of Indonesian human development in accordance with the values reflected in Pancasila as the state philosophy and ideology.

This research aims to analyze at teachers' self-regulation as a factor that determines their cognitive abilities in technology-based mathematics learning media. Self-regulation is a process where individuals consistently organize and manage their thoughts, emotions, behavior and environment to achieve academic goals. This study used a explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach. The instrument used in this research was a observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaire. The research subjects used were 10 STKIP MBB elementary school teachers consisting of grade 1 to 6 teachers and major teachers. The data analysis technique in this research uses simple linear regression. The results of the research reveal that Teacher Self-Regulation is a Determinant of Cognitive Ability in Technology-Based Mathematics Learning Media. The simple linear regression equation for the hypothesized self-regulation variable as a determinant of teacher cognitive abilities is: Ŷ = -27.664 + 0.938(85). The positive sign (+) indicates that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable goes in one direction, which means that every increase or decrease in one variable will be followed by an increase or decrease in another variable, so that the higher the self-regulation, the higher the determinant teacher's cognitive abilities in learning media and vice versa
