Abstract

This article looks at the "Fear of Missing Out," or "FOMO," issue in the turbulent digital age. As societal norms change to emphasize reliance on digital devices and social media, FOMO is becoming a more commonplace issue in day-to-day living. This study explores the psychological effects of FOMO on mental health, looks into its underlying roots, and offers practical methods for dealing with and overcoming this fear. We show using an analytical method that FOMO can result in tension, worry, and feelings of inferiority. This diary contains ideas for increasing offline social connectedness, increasing self-awareness, and managing time wisely. Consequently, this study offers a comprehensive perspective on how people might more sensibly traverse the digital age while maintaining their psychological.

Abstract

This longitudinal study thoroughly examined the enduring impacts of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based automated learning systems on enhancing English content understanding among secondary education students. Employing a quasi-experimental research design, participants were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The study spanned multiple academic terms, providing an extensive timeframe for evaluating the sustained effects of AI integration. The research incorporated diverse methodologies, including pre-test and post-test assessments, continuous monitoring of AI-based learning activities, and surveys/interviews with participants. The findings revealed substantial improvements in English content understanding among students exposed to AI-driven learning systems over an extended period. Cognitive development analyses demonstrated not only enhanced language proficiency but also improvements in broader cognitive skills. Behavioral changes, including heightened engagement, were noted, positively impacting the learning experience. The study critically compared its outcomes with previous research, contributing valuable insights to the evolving discourse on the long-term effects of AI in education. Implications for long-term AI integration in English education were discussed, considering pedagogical shifts, curriculum development, and ethical considerations. The study identified potential areas for future research, emphasizing the need for continued exploration in optimizing AI's role in education. Recommendations were provided for educators, policymakers, and developers to inform evidence-based practices. In conclusion, this research comprehensively explains the sustained benefits and challenges associated with AI-based automated learning systems in secondary education.

Abstract

Curriculum as guidance in education is useful for regulating the process of learning activities. The curriculum in higher education, especially at Undhira, is specifically designed to be able to help initiate and accompany all learning activities that are carried out. This can be seen from the seriousness of the institution to provide superior educational services, indeed it is not easy to design a curriculum. The Information System Study Program in this case develops an output-based curriculum as the way out of the MBKM curriculum and also as a form of responsibility to produce competent graduates. During the development process, the ADDIE method is carried out as one of the methods used, which it helps the study program to see in detail and structure so that the resulting curriculum can be used and goes hand in hand with the institution's plans. In addition to the methods used, the study program also looks at the design of the APTIKOM curriculum so that it is noticeable and relevant with the needs of the industrial world.

Abstract

The earth alms ceremony it self is a tradition carried out by Javanese people in the Cirebon, Indramayu and Brebes regions at the beginning of Muharram or Shura. The Earth Alms tradition is held as a form of gratitude to the Almighty Allah SWT who has provided a place to stand with all the abundant sustenance in the form of crops for human survival. Sedekah Bumi is generally held in public places that are considered sacred such as the courtyard of the mosque, village hall, or field. Values in life become the basis or reference in determining an action. Value has a positive connotation because value is something that is used as a basis and agreed upon and has a positive impact on both self and others such as the value of honesty, responsibility, helping and other values. This type of research uses a qualitative approach in the form of an analytical descriptive method or research supported by data obtained from field research.
