Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems faced by fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Narimbang Mulia in understanding the material on forms and changes of energy in everyday life. One of the main obstacles identified is the lack of teaching aids and the unappealing nature of student worksheets, which hampers the learning process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of elementary students' understanding of the forms and changes of energy, as well as to identify the obstacles they face in learning the material. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including student observations, teacher interviews, and the administration of a post-test at the end of the learning session. The research subjects are fifth-grade students of SDN 1 Narimbang Mulia. The results of the study show that most students have a fairly good understanding of the concepts of energy forms and changes. However, there are still obstacles in the learning process, including limited teaching aids and uninteresting student worksheets. This study is expected to serve as a basis for developing more effective learning strategies to improve students' understanding of the material on energy forms and changes in everyday life.

Abstract

This research is based on the demands of the Independent Curriculum which emphasizes the importance of utilizing technology, such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS), digital mapping applications, and interactive learning platforms, to improve the quality of learning. However, the results of observations show that the use of technology by teachers is still not optimal, even though schools already have basic facilities such as projectors and computer laboratories. In this study, the data collection technique uses primary data. The primary data design carried out for this study in data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. Interviews were conducted with geography teachers at SMA PAB 8 Saentis to obtain data on readiness in using learning technology. This study identified several factors that influence teacher readiness, including limited facilities, lack of experience and mastery of technology, and student readiness in accessing technology. In addition, the main obstacles faced include limited facilities, uneven student access, and lack of training for teachers. This study emphasizes the importance of supporting facilities, ongoing training, and increasing digital literacy for teachers and students so that the integration of technology in geography learning can run effectively and optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Social Studies (IPS) teachers in implementing Pancasila values in Social Studies learning for eighth-grade students at MTs Negeri 2 Jombang. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of Social Studies teachers and eighth-grade students. The results showed that the implementation of Pancasila values was carried out by integrating values such as tolerance, mutual cooperation, and social justice into Social Studies learning and students' daily interactions. Strategies included regular religious activities, moral messaging, and exemplary behavior by teachers. This implementation positively impacted character development, reduced bullying behavior, and increased awareness of diversity and unity. Challenges included students' diverse backgrounds and limited instructional time. These findings indicate that Social Studies teachers play a central role in instilling Pancasila values to shape students into individuals with strong character and a sense of national identity.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation and impact of the Ceria application, a digital integrated service platform developed by the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in East Java, Indonesia. The core objective of this digital innovation is to streamline bureaucratic processes, enhance the quality and efficiency of religious administrative services, and promote transparency and public participation. In the era of Industry 4.0, the transformation of public services through information and communication technology (ICT) has become imperative to meet increasingly complex societal demands for faster, more transparent, and accountable governance.Employing a qualitative research approach, the study collected data through interviews, observations, document analysis, and service usage statistics. The analysis revealed significant improvements in service delivery, notably a reduction in processing time from three to five days to merely one or two days, attributable to features such as real-time service status tracking and responsive complaint channels. These technological enhancements have contributed to strengthening public trust and satisfaction, reinforcing perceptions of professionalism and transparency within the ministry’s services. The application fosters a participatory culture by facilitating easier access for users, providing transparent information, and enabling active feedback, thus transforming bureaucratic practices into more adaptive, responsive, and user-centered processes.Despite these positive outcomes, the study identified critical challenges, primarily limited digital infrastructure in remote regions and disparities in digital literacy levels among users. Such barriers hinder equitable access to services and threaten the sustainability of digital initiatives. To address these issues, the study recommends ongoing infrastructural development, comprehensive digital literacy training, and community engagement to ensure that benefits are distributed inclusively across different societal groups.The findings underscore that such digital innovations are not merely technological upgrades but catalysts for cultural and institutional transformation. They promote ethical, moderate, and participative values that align with Indonesia’s national development agendas. Overall, the Ceria application exemplifies how strategic digital transformation can revolutionize public service delivery, fostering efficiency, transparency, inclusiveness, and trust. Future research may benefit from mixed-method approaches to examine broader impacts on user satisfaction, infrastructure readiness, and long-term sustainability. This case study offers valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners seeking to implement similar innovations to promote modern, accountable, and inclusive governance within religious and administrative services.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects on data collection material with the cooperative learning model type number head together (NHT) at SD Islam Terpadu Permata Hati Batang class 1 in the 2024/2025 academic year. The background of this study is the low student learning outcomes are caused by teachers who do not provide enough motivation and the lack of variation in learning models that teachers use in classroom learning. This study was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were 26 students in grade 1. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, tests, and presentations. This study applies the Number Head Together (NHT) model. In cycle 1, the percentage of student learning completeness reached 76.9% or 20 students then increased to 96.1% in cycle 2 or 25 children who experienced completeness. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model Type Number Head Together (NHT) can improve student learning outcomes on Data Collection material in grade 1 of SD Islam Terpadu Permata Hati Batang Regency

Abstract

the development of technology requires the world of education to face the optimal use of digital media. This article is quoted to describe the process of making and utilizing WordPress -based digital bulletin board in SMAN 1 2 × 11 six environment as a medium of expression, information, and memorization of digital literacy of students. The method of implementing activities includes training in the use of WordPress, the formation of an editorial team, technical assistance in making digital bulletin board, content of content publications. The results show that students are able to create a wordpress account, choose the appropriate theme, lock the content of the article, and distribute digital bulletin links online. In addition, this activity increases the ability of student digital literacy and encourages collaboration between students in managing school information. Digital Mading is proven to be an innovative and effective learning medium in fostering the 21st century skills. This article is expected to be a reference for other educators in integrating digital technology in school literacy activities.

Abstract

Classroom management skills are one of the fundamental competencies in teaching aimed at creating and maintaining an optimal learning environment. In other words, this skill is closely related to the professional abilities of teachers to produce favorable conditions, provide enjoyment for learners, and foster a healthy learning discipline. This study aims to understand how classroom management is implemented at Private High School Utama Medan located in Medan Tembung District, Medan City. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. Several issues that arise in classroom management at Private High School Utama Medan include: students seeking attention, emotional students, students facing learning difficulties, students who struggle to cooperate with their group mates, groups that violate regulations, a lack of adequate learning media, and a classroom atmosphere that is not supportive.

Abstract

This study investigates how teaching methods affect students' willingness to learn. Students' interest and engagement in the learning process can be enhanced by effective teaching methods. Different teaching philosophies, including collaborative, inventive, interactive, and authoritative, have varying effects on students' willingness to learn. To achieve the best learning outcomes, it is necessary to choose a teaching style that suits the needs and characteristics of students. In this study, a qualitative approach was used to analyze students' perceptions of various teaching styles in the classroom environment. The results showed that interactive and collaborative methods tend to increase learning motivation more than the one-way authoritative style. In addition, teacher emotional involvement, the use of interesting learning media, and a conducive classroom atmosphere also contribute greatly to shaping students' learning interests. These findings are expected to be a reference in designing more adaptive and effective teaching strategies.

Abstract

Family counseling is a form of psychological intervention designed to help family members resolve interpersonal conflicts, improve communication, and build healthier relationships. This study aims to examine the impact of family counseling on the emotional well-being of family members. Through a qualitative approach and literature review, it was found that family counseling contributes greatly to reducing stress levels, increasing empathy, improving communication patterns, and strengthening emotional bonds between family members. These findings confirm the importance of family counseling as a strategic means in improving the quality of individual emotional life in the family system.

Abstract

This study investigates impoliteness strategies used in the YouTube comment section of Gibran Rakabuming's video entitled "Generasi Muda, Bonus Demografi, dan Masa Depan Indonesia." Using a qualitative approach and Culpeper's (2005) impoliteness framework, the researchers analyzed 50 purposively selected comments. The study identifies various strategies such as bald-on-record impoliteness, sarcasm/mock politeness, positive impoliteness, and negative impoliteness. The findings reveal that bald-on-record and sarcasm are the most frequent strategies used, often driven by political dissatisfaction and emotional expression. This study aims to determine the most dominant impoliteness strategy employed by netizens and contributes to understanding digital discourse in Indonesian political contexts, highlighting the role of anonymity and group identity in shaping online communication.
