Abstract

The development of the times with increasingly advanced technology requires today’s people to be able to be literate in numeracy and master it. The low numeracy literacy activity in adults indicates a lack of stimulation given early on. This study aims to determine the effect of numeracy literacy on the cognitive development of children aged 5-6 years in Kindergartens throughout Jambi City. The subjects of this study were 31 teachers in kindergarten. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. This research uses quantitative methods and data acquisition is analyzed using simple linear regression. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 29. The research findings showed that there was an effect of numeracy literacy on the cognitive development of children aged 5-6 years with a calculated F value of 29.713 with a significance level of 0.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a literature review related to the trend of English for midwifery teaching material in the digital era. The research method used in this study is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. Data collection is done by documenting articles that have similar research. The articles used were 12 national journals indexed by Google Scholar published period 2011-2023. Based on this research, it was found that midwifery English teaching materials are in the form of printed and digital teaching materials. 58% printed midwifery English teaching materials are in the form of booklets, modules, pocket books and textbooks. 42% Digital midwifery English teaching materials in the form of web, android, duolingo applications and google classroom application. Based on the SWOT analysis that has been carried out, there are weaknesses in the existing midwifery English teaching materials, namely that they are less supportive when used independently by students without being accompanied by a teacher and require other technology to access them. Therefore, improvements should be made in the development of midwifery English teaching materials so that they can help students understand the material optimally. This research is expected to provide additional knowledge for ESP English lecturers, especially in the field of midwifery, so as to increase the creativity and quality of lecturers in making midwifery English teaching materials. This research qualifies, elaborates and describes previous research regarding the trend of English for midwifery teaching material in the digital era, based on the searches that have been done no one has conducted this research.

Abstract

Referring to Regulation of Minister of Education 12 of 2007 and Minister of Religion Regulation 2 of 2012 regulating technical managerial supervision in schools and madrasah. This study aims to introduce types of managerial supervision and look at the efforts of school and madrasa principals in carrying out good and correct performance. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of literature study that relies on bibliographic sources such as books and scientific articles that are relevant to the subject matter. The results of this study show that managerial supervision has a basic concept, namely a definitive description, basic goals, principles and techniques in improving quality referring to Regulation of Minister of Education 12 of 2007 and Minister of Religion Regulation 2 of 2012. Meanwhile, the performance of school/madrasah principals is seen from the basic objectives. the assessment must be carried out through the methods and procedures for carrying out the main functional assessment, the main functional elements and the performance index of the principal of the school/madrasah.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of differentiated Learning and Adversity Intelligence on the improvement of student learning outcomes. This investigation employs a quantitative approach and a 2x2 factorial design. The research sample comprised of 100 class X students out of SMKN 1 Keramat Watu’s total population of 200 students. The quantity of research samples was determined using the random sampling technique. Assessments of learning outcomes and adversity intelligence questionnaires are data collection instruments. Students are administered two types of assessments to acquire data. Fo = 7.911 and Sig = 0.005 0.05 indicated significant differences in the effect of differentiated learning on student learning outcomes with adversity intelligence. In addition, differentiated learning is more influential than CTL, as demonstrated by the scores, which ranged from 64.00 for a group of 30 students to 59.47 for a group of 20 students using differentiated learning and/or having low adversity intelligence. Differentiated learning allows students to investigate their unique abilities.

Abstract

Differentiated learning has become known in Indonesia since the existence of a “Guru Penggerak” program which was first held in 2020. Differentiated learning is a teaching and learning process that allows students to study subject matter based on their talents, preferences, and individual requirements. Differentiated learning can support the development of learning competencies, one of which is learning mathematics. A literature review is the research approach used in this study. The publications utilized in this study were published during the previous ten years, from 2013 to 2023. Based on the search results using Google Scholar, 34 articles were found that were appropriate and related to this research. The results of the study found that the application of differentiated learning was able to improve learning outcomes, and understanding of the concept of creativity, achievement, interest, and motivation to learn.

Abstract

The research was conducted to describe perspectives on the challenges of implementing the Indonesian Language Proficiency Test (UKBI) among students, especially at Universitas Merangin. The method used is a systematic literature review consisting of identification, screening, feasibility, quality assessment, and qualitative synthesis. The results of the research show that: 1) Complete and comprehensive information about UKBI has not reached the Universitas Merangin academic community properly, 2) There is no policy for higher education institutions to implement UKBI for students; 3) the Relevance of UKBI results to student needs; 4) The current UKBI is paid, so it doesn’t motivate students to take UKBI.

Abstract

Technological developments have an important role in increasing the progress of the use of learning media in teaching practice, this is inseparable from its problems. The researcher aims to analyze the use of learning media, especially YouTube technology. Researchers discuss the use of YouTube video learning media, but no one has explained explicitly about the use of YouTube-based technology in learning Mathematics in Elementary Schools. This study used the literature review method by collecting articles from several EBSCO and Scopus databases with a time span of 2019-2023, as many as 6 articles were analyzed according to the keyword YouTube-based technology in learning mathematics. The results of the study were then analyzed and in accordance with the research as many as 6 articles. The results of the research show that the use of YouTube-based technology as a medium for learning is found at various levels of education that the researchers reviewed.

Abstract

This study is part of a dissertation on the history of Islamic education’s institutionalization and its contribution. This is due to the conclusion that Islamic education in a region ought to be able to alter the mentality and behavior of animist culture in a society. In actuality, however, people’s behavior is still cloaked in theatrics. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the theme’s conception. This study employs qualitative research methods and a literature review approach, with the phases of reading, reviewing, and analyzing findings from online and offline libraries. This study provides the definition of Islamic educational institutions, which are educational systems that endeavor to modify behavior and thought in accordance with Islamic principles. Community Culture consists of the collective ideas and behaviors of the community that are rooted in the individual identities of its members.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the system, principles of improvement, and model of developing an integrated quality assurance system improve the quality of learning. Judging from the type, this research is library research including the type of library research. Library research is research, whose data collection is done by collecting data from various literatures. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, which emphasizes its analysis of the process of drawing comparative conclusions and on analyzing the dynamics of the relationship between observed phenomena using scientific logic. The data were analyzed by data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that there are management procedures and tools for creating qualitative changes in learning quality. Starting from the input in the form of policies, systemized application processes, and outputs in the form of achieving the profile and quality of graduates.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between pedagogic competence and social competence of teachers in using the Disability Friendly School Model on the Learning Quality of the Inclusion Early Childhood SKB Kota Pekanbaru. The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire were then analyzed using correlation nonparametric analysis to determine the positive and significant relationship between variables. The main finding of this study (1) Pedagogic Competence does not have a positive and significant relationship to the Quality of Learning, (2) Social Competence has a positive and significant relationship to the Learning Quality, (3) Pedagogic Competence and Social Competence have a positive and significant relationship to the Learning Quality of The Inclusive Early Childhood of SKB Kota Pekanbaru. Novelty of this study This is the first study used to test the DFS Model teachers at SKB Pekanbaru City. DFS is an alternative model of child-friendly schools for children with disabilities that have been developed since 2022.
