Abstract

The implementation of personalized learning often faces obstacles, especially related to the workload of teachers who have to manage the learning needs of many students simultaneously. In this situation, AI comes as an innovative solution. This study uses a literature review approach to explore the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in personalizing learning experiences in schools. Literature review was chosen as the main method because it allows researchers to analyze and synthesize various previous studies, both theoretical and empirical, in order to build a comprehensive understanding. Data in this study were collected through a systematic review of secondary sources, including journal articles, books, research reports, and policy documents related to the use of AI in education. Literature searches were conducted using academic databases such as Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Springer, and ProQuest, with relevant keywords such as “Artificial Intelligence in Education”, “Personalized Learning with AI”, and “Educational Technology Implementation”. This study found that AI has great potential to improve the personalization of learning experiences in schools. With its ability to analyze student data in real-time, AI can provide learning experiences that are tailored to individual needs, learning styles, and levels of understanding. This allows teachers to identify areas that require special attention and provide relevant materials, accelerate the learning process, and improve academic outcomes. To support the implementation of AI in education, clear policies are needed and training support for teachers is needed so that they can make optimal use of this technology. In addition, investment in adequate technological infrastructure is also very important so that AI can be effectively integrated into the learning process. Collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and technology parties is key to achieving this goal.

Abstract

Bullying is a complex phenomenon that requires a holistic approach to addressing it. Preventive efforts are a critical first step. Anti-bullying education in schools, teacher and staff training, and awareness campaigns involving students can encourage cultural and behavioral change. Activities that promote empathy and collaboration also play a role in building an environment that supports positive interpersonal relationships. An intervention approach is needed to address bullying cases that have already occurred. Safe and confidential reporting mechanisms give victims or witnesses the courage to speak up. In addition, counseling for victims and perpetrators helps deal with the emotional impact while addressing the root of the problem. Parent and community involvement strengthens these efforts, making bullying a shared responsibility. Technology also plays a strategic role in bullying prevention, especially in addressing new challenges such as cyberbullying. Digital applications and platforms for reporting bullying cases facilitate quick and confidential reporting. In addition, monitoring online activity through collaboration with parents and internet service providers is key to protecting students from online threats. However, a number of challenges still hinder the effectiveness of this strategy. Lack of awareness and support makes anti-bullying programs difficult to implement, especially in environments that have a culture that is permissive of such behavior. Limited resources, such as budget, expertise, and facilities, also limit the ability of schools and communities to address bullying comprehensively. Meanwhile, the rise of cyberbullying adds complexity, given its anonymous nature and wide reach in the digital world. To meet this challenge, collaboration between schools, families, communities, and governments is essential. With a comprehensive and sustainable approach, bullying can be prevented and addressed more effectively, creating a safer, healthier, and more inclusive environment for all.

This study uses a literature review approach as the main method to collect, analysed, and synthesize information relevant to the topic of the influence of teachers’ emotional intelligence on conflict management in the classroom. It was found that teachers with high EI can recognize and manage emotional dynamics in the classroom. They are more effective in detecting potential conflicts, understanding students’ emotional needs, and designing strategies to manage behaviour. This supports the creation of an inclusive, productive, and low-stress learning environment. Teachers who can regulate their emotions tend to make wise decisions, reduce tension, and encourage harmonious conflict resolution. EI training has been shown to improve conflict management skills. Programs such as the RULER Approach are effective in creating a healthier educational ecosystem by reducing conflict in the classroom and improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the school zoning system has achieved the goal of equalizing education and how this system has impacted the education gap in Indonesia. This article uses a library method that focuses on collecting and analyzing data from various written sources, both in print and digital form. This approach allows researchers to access relevant information and ideas without having to go directly to the field. Zoning can provide equal access to education by increasing student access to the nearest school, as well as increasing school participation, especially at the elementary and secondary levels. However, in its implementation, zoning has not been able to equalize the quality of facilities between schools. The zoning system also has implications for the effectiveness of learning, some schools in densely populated areas accept students beyond capacity, while schools in other areas lack students. Although the goal of zoning is to eliminate the stigma of favorite schools, the community still views schools in certain zones as better, reinforcing the gap in perception. Zoning has not fully realized social justice in education, because students from families with more resources still have advantages. Therefore, this study recommends policies to support the zoning system. The government needs to accelerate infrastructure improvements in disadvantaged schools so that the quality of education is evenly distributed. Then accelerate the improvement of teacher redistribution and training programs to ensure that all schools have quality educators. Finally, conduct periodic evaluations of the zoning system to identify and correct deficiencies in its implementation.
