Abstract

Pariwisata dan perhotelan adalah sektor yang menjanjikan dalam pemenuhan ekonomi masyarakat dan saling melengkapi. Hotel yang merupakan faktor utama dalam memberikan pengaruh terhadap pengalaman wisatawan selama perjalanan wisatanya. Pelayanan Prima atau yang diberikan oleh hotel dalam meningkatkan reputasi layanan akomodasi dapat memberikan peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan terutama ke Pulau Bali. Upaya memberikan citra positif suatu hotel, pihak pengelola, karyawan dan seluruh trainee memiliki peranan penting dalam menciptakan tujuan tersebut. Sanctoo Villas and Suite yang terletak di Desa Singapadu, Gianyar berupaka untuk meningkatkan layanan prima guna meningkatkan guest satisfaction. Namun SOP yang telah dibuat yang digunakan sebagai standar pelayanan belum dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik. Melalui sinergisitas dari bentuk kerjasama yang telah terjalin dengan Program Studi D4 Manajemen Perhotelan, diperlukan pendampingan dari akademisi untuk meningkatkan pengetahun mengenai Excellent Service yang mencakup customer service, grooming, hygiene dan sanitasi serta memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya disaster preparedness untuk mengantisipasi layanan ketika terjadinya hal emergency di kemudian hari. Kegiatan pengabdian ini akan melibatkan manajer, karyawan, dan trainee dari Sanctoo Villas & Suites dan dosen tetap serta mahasiswa Program Studi D4 Manajemen Perhotelan.

Abstract

The urbanization phenomenon often occurs in big cities, namely in the city of Surabaya. With efficient public transportation, community productivity increases. More affordable costs, facilities that support and adapt to people's tastes will be an attraction. In 2023, the Surabaya City government will inaugurate the Wira-Wiri feeder service as part of efforts to improve connectivity and efficiency of the public transportation system. The aim of this research is to determine public demand for using Wira Wiri public transportation in the City of Surabaya. The type of research is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression. The research results show that tariff variables, public facilities and consumer tastes have a positive influence on demand. Keywords: Tariffs, public facilities, consumer tastes, demand, public transportation Fenomena urbanisasi sering terjadi di kota besar salah satunya di Surabaya. Dengan adanya transportasi umum yang efisien, meningkatkan produktivitas masyarakat. Biaya yang lebih terjangkau, fasilitas yang mendukung dan menyesuaikan dengan selera masyarakat akan menjadi daya tarik. Tahun 2023 pemerintah Kota Surabaya meresmikan layanan feeder Wira-Wiri sebagai bagian dari upaya untuk meningkatkan konektivitas dan efisiensi sistem transportasi publik, Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui permintaan masyarakat dalam menggunakan transportasi umum Wira Wiri di Kota Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan vaiabel tarif, fasilitas publik dan selera konsumen berpengaruh positif terhadap permintaan. Kata kunci: Tarif, fasilitas publik, selera konsumen, permintaan, transportasi umum

Abstract

This research analyzes deviant behavior among adolescents, which is often triggered by the search for self-identity during the transition period between childhood and adulthood. Physical, psychological and social changes make teenagers vulnerable to the influence of peers, social media and the environment, which can lead to behavior such as alcohol abuse, drugs, brawls, online gambling and promiscuity. The method used is library research, namely literature review (library research). The purpose of this research is to provide readers with an understanding of deviant behavior that is usually carried out by teenagers, which reveals that deviant behavior not only affects individuals, but also families and society. This research is a literature study that raises the problem.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas instrumen evaluasi merupakan aspek kritis dalam sistem pendidikan modern, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan kejuruan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini fokus pada optimasi butir soal pilihan ganda pada elemen akuntansi keuangan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dengan menggunakan software Anates V4, sebuah instrumen analisis tes canggih yang memungkinkan evaluasi mendalam terhadap kualitas instrumen penilaian. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, penelitian melibatkan 20 siswa kelas XI jurusan akuntansi dan menganalisis 10 butir soal pilihan ganda melalui serangkaian parameter kualitas, mencakup reliabilitas, validitas, daya pembeda, dan tingkat kesukaran. Analisis dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan kemampuan komprehensif Anates V4 untuk memberikan penilaian menyeluruh terhadap instrumen evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien reliabilitas tes sebesar 0,77, termasuk kategori reliabilitas tinggi. Dari segi validitas, 6 dari 10 soal memiliki korelasi signifikan, sementara 4 soal memerlukan revisi atau penghapusan. Analisis daya pembeda mengungkapkan 8 soal berkategori baik hingga sangat baik, sedangkan 2 soal membutuhkan perbaikan. Tingkat kesukaran soal bervariasi, dengan 1 soal mudah, 8 soal berkategori sedang, dan 1 soal sangat sukar. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan Anates V4 memberikan analisis komprehensif terhadap kualitas instrumen tes, membantu pendidik dalam mengidentifikasi dan memperbaiki butir soal guna meningkatkan efektivitas penilaian dalam pembelajaran akuntansi keuangan.

Abstract

This research contributes to the development of assessment tools for accounting subjects. By analyzing question items related to service, trading and manufacturing company material, this research succeeded in finding the advantages and disadvantages of the questions, differentiating power, reliability, group division between superior and poor, level of difficulty and quality of questions from the questions that had been prepared. The hope is that this research can provide useful guidance for educators in preparing better quality exam questions. In addition, this research can provide a solid basis for further research on developing assessment instruments that focus on competencies. The impact of the results of this research is the importance of improving the quality of exam questions so that they are more reliable and accurate in assessing student abilities. Moreover, the findings from this research can be used as a reference for improving the quality of future exam questions.

Abstract

Surabaya City is one of the cities with high population growth. This population increase certainly has consequences for the provision of adequate public facilities and employment opportunities that ensure the survival and welfare of the population. One way to assess performance based on the principles of Good Government is through the financial health of the Local Government organization. The purpose of this study based on the formulation of the problems described above is to determine the results of the Financial Ratio Analysis of the Surabaya City Local Government as a Good Government Benchmark. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method, with secondary data coming from the official website of the Information and Data Management Officer. The results of this study indicate that in the 2019-2023 fiscal year the Surabaya City Government in managing its Regional Finances is classified as Inefficient. However, the Surabaya City Government in using resources to obtain PAD is classified as Highly Effective. In terms of regional autonomy, Surabaya City is classified in the Delegative category. However, in terms of allocating resources, the Surabaya City Government still allocates too much to the process of governance compared to the acquisition of long-term assets / fixed assets. In this fiscal year, Surabaya City did not always experience good financial growth, but there were still fiscal years where Surabaya City experienced a decrease in the Realization of Regional Original Revenue and Realization of Regional Expenditure.

Abstract

Abstract. In Arabic language education, the digital era is undoubtedly very influential, particularly in Arabic language learning applications or media. With the advancement of digital technology, digitalized learning has emerged, utilizing technology or the internet to create teaching materials that can be seen, heard, and even felt through the presented material. This research uses a qualitative method with a Library research approach by examining materials or articles related to the study in more depth. The media of Arabic language learning technology are various means, tools, or technology-based platforms designed to support and facilitate the teaching and learning process of the Arabic language. The existence of these platforms enables students to learn independently and hone their Arabic language skills. It is also important to note that these applications or platforms are well-designed and contain accurate and relevant content. Abstrak. Dalam pendidikan bahasa Arab tentunya era digital sangat berpengaruh, salah satunya pada aplikasi atau media pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Dengan berkembangnya kemajuan teknologi digital menimbulkan pembelajaran secara digitalisasi yang memanfaatkan media teknologi atau internet untuk menciptakan materi bahan ajar secara yang dapat dilihat, didengar hingga dapat dirasakan sebuah materi yang dipaparkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Library research (kepustakaan) dengan mengkaji bahan bahan lebih mendalam atau artikel artikel yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Media teknologi pembelajaran bahasa Arab adalah berbagai sarana, alat, atau platform berbasis teknologi yang dirancang untuk mendukung dan memperlancar proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Keberadaan platform ini membuat siswa mampu untuk belajar sendiri dan mengasah kemampuan berbahasa Arab mereka sendiri, dan penting juga untuk memperhatikan bahwa aplikasi atau platform ini dirancang baik dan memiliki konten yang akurat dan relevan.

Abstract

This study aims to test the feasibility of items using the Anates V4 application which helps teachers to find out the quality of questions that have been made whether they meet the criteria for good questions to be tested with more effective and efficient time or need to be revised to become good questions. By utilizing the Anates application, it can help teachers to find out how good the questions that have been made, as well as measure the knowledge of students in mastering the material. The method used in this research is quantitative to determine the effect of using the Anates V4 application on the analysis of multiple choice questions of HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills). The data source used comes from primary data through filling out tests containing multiple choice questions of HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills) on Professional Ethics Elements in Accounting and Financial Institutions. According to the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that some of the questions used are feasible enough to be tested on students, of course by paying attention to some questions that are not good or the quality of the checker is not functioning, so revisions or improvements must be made. Suggestions for further research are to expand the sample by involving more schools through various backgrounds both social, economic, and geographical to increase the generalization of research results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar practice set akuntansi perusahaan dagang berbasis flipbook, mengevaluasi kelayakannya, serta menganalisis respons peserta didik terhadap penggunaan bahan ajar tersebut. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengadopsi metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi lima tahapan utama: analisis (analysis), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga di beberapa SMK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahan ajar elektronik berbasis flipbook pada mata pelajaran ekonomi memberikan dampak positif, baik terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik maupun aktivitas mereka selama proses pembelajaran. Aktivitas peserta didik yang mengalami peningkatan mencakup aspek visual, verbal, mendengarkan, menulis, serta keterlibatan emosional. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis flipbook dapat menjadi media pembelajaran yang efektif dan mendukung pembelajaran interaktif serta menyenangkan. Abstract

Evaluation of test devices must be conducted to analyze test items and develop effective learning strategies in schools. Teachers must be able to provide facilities for learning to evaluate student work results, use learning media, and master information technology as a whole. This study is oriented to analyze the advantages of Accounting Computer subject questions Phase F Class XI SMK using the Anates Application. This research method applies a qualitative description method to examine the data generated from the test questions given to SMK students in Surabaya as respondents which are then processed using the Anates application version 4.0 for Windows. The Anates program is used to measure the level of reliability, discriminating power, grouping, and distractor quality in each question item used. The results of the analysis indicate that this test has a high reliability value, good discriminating power, a very easy level of difficulty, a significant correlation, and a distractor quality that is classified as poor so that it needs improvement. The results of this analysis are expected to help teachers to create quality questions and in accordance with the expected competency standards. Thus, the use of the Anates application has proven effective in evaluating and improving the quality of Accounting Computer Element subject questions in Schools. This study also provides important insights for the development of learning evaluation quality in the field of Computer Accounting.
