Abstract

This study aims to examine the methodology of Abū Dāwūd in evaluating mursal traditions in Kitāb al-Marāsīl, particularly in Bāb al-Nikāḥ. The research focuses on sanad criticism, the technical expressions employed by Abū Dāwūd in assessing narrations, and the criteria for accepting and rejecting mursal traditions. This research employs a qualitative method based on library research with a descriptive-analytical approach. The primary sources are Kitāb al-Marāsīl and Sunan Abī Dāwūd, while secondary sources include works on ʿulūm al-ḥadīth, rijāl al-ḥadīth, commentaries, and other relevant academic literature. The findings reveal that Abū Dāwūd adopted a moderate position regarding mursal traditions. He neither rejected them absolutely, as some hadith scholars did, nor accepted them unconditionally. Mursal traditions were accepted when narrated by trustworthy senior tābiʿīn, supported by shawāhid or mutābiʿāt, and in accordance with established legal principles. Conversely, mursal traditions narrated by junior tābiʿīn, weak narrators, mudallis transmitters, or narrations lacking corroboration were generally rejected. In his sanad criticism, Abū Dāwūd employed technical expressions such as hādhā mursal, hādhā yuʿrafu mursalan, wa al-ṣaḥīḥ annahu mursal, and al-wahm min fulān to explain the status of narrations and identify defects in the chain of transmission. This study also finds corroborative narrations (mutābiʿ) for several mursal traditions in Bāb al-Nikāḥ, especially the tradition “idhā jā’akum man tarḍawna dīnahu wa khuluqahu fa ankiḥūhu,” thereby strengthening their validity according to Abū Dāwūd’s methodological standards.

Abstract

The transition from SAK ETAP to SAK-EP (Financial Accounting Standards for Private Entities) in Indonesia, effective January 1, 2025, represents a fundamental shift toward convergence with IFRS for SMEs. This study aims to systematically examine the impact of SAK-EP adoption on the quality of financial statements of non-public entities in Indonesia during the transition period (2021-2026), and to map the progress, obstacles, and future directions of private financial governance. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA 2020 protocol was conducted. A comprehensive evaluation was performed on 28 peer-reviewed articles systematically collected from Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, and DOAJ, published between 2021 and 2026. The analysis identifies dynamic research trends shifting from conceptual-normative studies (2021-2022) to readiness studies (2023-2024), and early empirical evidence post-effective implementation (2025-2026). Regarding quality dimensions, 71.4% of studies confirm increased value relevance, and 90.5% note improved comparability due to convergence with IFRS for SMEs. However, reliability and timeliness show ambiguous results with temporary declines in low-capacity entities. The study concludes that five key contextual factors HR competence, business scale, external support, sector type, and geographic location significantly moderate adoption success. This study provides a roadmap for IAI, regulators, and professional associations to design asymmetric mentoring programs focusing on regions outside Java.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the anomaly problem of the speed gap of students in mastering the Daqu Rules method, even though they study in the ecosystem and use the same curriculum. This duration inequality is strongly indicated to be disrupted by a psychological determinant variable, namely learning motivation. Therefore, this study aims to investigate and analyze the dynamics of students' learning motivation in mastering the Daqu Rules at the Tahfizh Daarul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Tegineneng Pesawaran. The research applied a qualitative method of case study design using purposive sampling on fast, medium, and slow student groups, and collected holistic data through observation, interview, and documentation study techniques. The findings of the research prove that students who are dominated by intrinsic motivations such as theological awareness and independent goals show very rigid discipline, proactive participation, and much faster learning acceleration. On the other hand, students who are extrinsically motivated because of the demands of their parents or simply the rules of the pesantren are prone to experiencing sporadic demotivation, boredom, and stagnation in completing material up to more than one semester. As a concrete recommendation, educators (asatidz) are required to carry out systemic reorientation by not only acting as mechanical pedagogical instructors, but are obliged to transform into emotional architects who proactively engineer a supportive environment to maintain the intrinsic motivation of students.

Abstract

This article discusses the protection of humanitarian volunteers from the Qur’anic perspective amid the increasing risks faced by humanitarian workers in conflict and disaster areas. The issue is significant because volunteers, medical personnel, journalists, and humanitarian workers often stand at the frontline of saving human lives while being exposed to physical, psychological, legal, and social threats. This study employs a qualitative library research method using thematic Qur’anic interpretation and the maqâshid al-syarî‘ah approach. The data are analyzed by examining Qur’anic verses related to the protection of life, mutual assistance, the prohibition of self-harm, and the respect for human dignity. The study finds that the protection of volunteers is an extension of the principle of ḥifẓ al-nafs, namely the obligation to safeguard human life from harm and destruction. Such protection should not remain merely normative but must be implemented through occupational safety systems, institutional strengthening, legal protection, psychosocial support, and spiritual assistance. This article proposes a Qur’anic-based model of volunteer protection covering physical, mental, spiritual, legal, social, and dignity-based dimensions.

Abstract

Teacher Working Groups (KKG) serve as vital forums for professional collaboration, yet their specific impact requires empirical validation. This study aimed to analyze the influence of KKG activities on the professional competence of elementary school teachers in East Metro District, Lampung Province, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative survey method, data were collected from 72 teachers selected via the Slovin formula and purposive sampling from a population of 251, using a validated Likert-scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression, t-tests, and coefficient of determination. Results revealed that KKG activities significantly and positively affect professional competence (t = 5.692, p < 0.001), with the regression equation Y = 29.940 + 0.825X indicating each unit increase in KKG activity raises competence by 0.825 points. KKG activities contributed 31.6% (R² = 0.316) to professional competence, while other factors accounted for 68.4%. In conclusion, KKG plays a crucial role in enhancing teachers' professional competence, highlighting the importance of fostering collaborative forums to support continuous educator development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model on the economics learning outcomes of 11th-grade social studies students at Wiyata Dharma Senior High School. The background of this study is based on low student learning outcomes, which have not yet met the minimum passing grade (KKM), and a lack of innovation in developing learning models. Therefore, the Think Pair Share model is believed to be able to increase student participation and interactivity, both in terms of independent thinking, discussions with partners, and sharing in groups. This study used a quantitative experimental approach. The subjects were 11th-grade social studies 1 as the control class and 11th-grade social studies 2 as the experimental class, with a total of fifty-seven students. Data collection techniques included learning outcome tests (pre-tests and post-tests), observation, and documentation. Data analysis used t-tests and simple regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students using the Think Pair Share model and those using the conventional model. The average post-test score of students in the experimental class was higher than that of the control class. Based on the F-test results, the calculated F-value was 15.68 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that the regression model is significant, indicating that variable X influences variable Y. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This indicates that the regression model used is significant. The calculated F-value of 15.68 indicates that variable X has an overall influence on variable Y. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Think Pair Share learning model has a positive and significant effect on students' economics learning outcomes.
