Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to determine the most important aspects of character education in order to improve student morale at MAS Nurul Fadhilah. This research is motivated by the moral crisis occurring among students today, which is exacerbated by the current situation and can have a significant impact on the development of character and morality among students. Looking at world developments, currently many students use technology for entertainment and have poor morals and social skills in society. Therefore, character education is very important to develop a high-quality generation and foster a sense of responsibility. Character education consists of God Almighty, obeying legal rules, implementing interactions between communities, implementing spiritual, moral and ethical values in Indonesian society. This research uses qualitative methodology. The data collection techniques used were library and field studies. Literature review was carried out by looking for credible journals. Next, case studies are carried out through interviews and observations. The informants in the research were one of the teaching staff and two students at MAS Nurul Fadhilah

Abstract

This research looks at the difficulties and solutions faced by teaching staff in developing interesting and relevant lesson plans for students at MTs Hifzil Qur'an Yayasan Islami Center North Sumatra. In addition, it also analyzes the ability of teacher performance in the process of making Lesson Plans (RPP). Through interviews with teachers and principals, it is known that the creation of lesson plans must be based on the syllabus, which serves as the main framework for identifying basic abilities. Teachers face many obstacles, including time constraints, poor resources and requirements for adaptability. Nonetheless, educators show originality and creativity by modifying lesson plans according to students' needs and the classroom environment, and by applying techniques such as ice-breaking games to increase students' interest. Madrasah leaders play an important role in guiding and assisting educators and ensuring that classroom plans adhere to established criteria. The findings of this study suggest that to improve the quality of lesson planning and implementation and provide more engaging and effective teaching, adequate facility assistance and strong academic supervision are essential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepercayaan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan Bus Sempati, mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan Bus Sempati serta mengetahui pengaruh Kepercayaan dan Kepuasan pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan Bus Sempati. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan instrumen kuisioner. Penarikan sampel penelitian menggunakan sampel insidental sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 78 orang. teknik analisis data berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial dan uji simultan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh Nilai koefisien thitung Kepercayaan adalah 2,342 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,991 maka nilai thitung > ttabel (2,342 > 1,991) dengan nilai sig < 0,05 (0,022 < 0,05), Nilai koefisien thitung Kepuasan pelanggan adalah 2,880 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,991 maka nilai thitung > ttabel (2,880 > 1,991) dengan nilai sig < 0,05 (0,014 < 0,05). Selanjutnya nilai Fhitung variabel Kepercayaan dan Kepuasan pelanggan adalah 12,530 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000. Sedangkan, nilai Ftabel pada tingkat signifikan α = 0,05 adalah 2,723 dimana Fhitung > Ftabel sehingga 12,530 > 2,723 dan nilai sig < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Nilai RSquare yaitu 0,562 atau R2 x 100% sebesar 56,20%, artinya variabel Kepercayaan dan Kepuasan pelanggan memberikan sumbangsih besar dalam menjelaskan tentang Loyalitas pelanggan Bus Sempati sebesar 56,20% sedangkan sisanya 43,80% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah Kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan Bus Sempati, Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan Bus Sempati serta secara simultan Kepercayaan dan Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan Bus Sempati.

Abstract

A pause or signal used to make our sentences more clear is called punctuation.They serve as cuesto the reader to halt, emphasize a point, switch up the flow of the text, or show connections betweendifferent parts of the text. When writing, punctuation is a crucial tool that authors employ to make theirpoints concise and easy to understand. The most common punctuation marks used in writing have beencovered in this study along with examples. This research aims to give a concise summary of variousfindings that the author has looked up from multiple sources, as well as to pinpoint the most challengingpunctuation patterns in English writing and provide a number of punctuation marks that are frequentlyused in books, articles, and other written works.

Abstract

This article tries to discuss the relationship between science, philosophy of science, and philosophy of science. The method used in this research is the Hermeneutics method with elements; interpretation and description. Philosophy, science and knowledge are basically human activities. Human activity is defined as a process as well as a result. Judging from the results, all three are the result of conscious human thinking. When viewed from the process, this third shows an activity that seeks to solve problems in human life (to obtain truth and knowledge), by using certain methods or procedures systematically and critically.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi dan gambaran yang jelas tentangpembelajaran baca tulis Al Qur’an dengan menggunakan tahsin Al-Qur’an melalui kegiatanekstrakurikuler Pendidikan Agama Islam di MTS MISBAHUL ZDIKRI. Penelitian inimenggunakan Penelitian kualitatif Dangan berjenis kualitatif deskriptif. Metode yang digunakandalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah wakil kepala sekolah bidangkesiswaan dan guru bidang PAI sebagai tujuan primer data penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian iniadalah masih banyak anak murid di sekolah tersebut yang tidak dapat membaca Al-Qur’an denganbaik dan benar, maka dari kegiatan Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an (BTQ)diharapkan dapat membantu siswadalam belajar membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan dapat mengembangkan potensi minat dan bakatsiswa, baik itu dari segi aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik, sesuai dengan tujuan yangdikemukakan oleh Direktorat Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kementerian Agama Islam. Disampingitu kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PAI ini diharapkan mampu menanamkan nilai nilai pendidikan karaktersehingga terbentnya karakter siswa yang diinginkan seperti karakter religius, disiplin, cinta damai,kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian yang tinggi.

Abstract

Education is the main pillar in the development of a nation. The principal as an educational leader at the school level has an important role in creating a conducive and innovative learning environment. Analysis of school principal performance can provide a clear picture of the principal's ability to lead and manage educational innovation. Through this analysis, factors that support and hinder efforts to increase educational innovation can be identified. Apart from that, this analysis can also provide recommendations that can help school principals improve their performance and implement effective and sustainable educational innovations. Thus, research on analyzing the performance of school principals in improving educational innovation is very important. Abstract

This study aims to investigate students’ understanding of nominal and verbal sentences. A good understanding of this sentence types is important for strong english language skill, especially in writing and speaking. This study uses a qualitative approach to analyze students’ ability to distinguish and use nominal and verbal sentences. The research findings are expected to provide an overview of the students’ level of understanding. The results show that students still have difficulties in distinguishing between the two types of sentences. The most common error is the writing of the sentence. This study also aims to identify areas that require improvement in the teaching of grammar. With a better understanding of nominal and verbal sentences, students can improve their proficiency in english.

Abstract

This research aims to determine three aspects: (1) the level of self-efficacy among students of class E, English Education Program, Stambuk 21, (2) the level of anxiety faced by these students during exams, and (3) the correlation between self-efficacy and test anxiety. This study use correlational quantitative design. The research subjects include 7 students from class E, English Education Program, Stambuk 21, selected using proportional random sampling techniques. The research was conducted in May 2024. The instruments used are self-efficacy and exam anxiety scales. The validity of the instruments was tested using the Pearson correlation coefficient formula. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics, analysis requirement tests, and the Pearson correlation coefficient with the help of Excel software on a computer. Based on the data analysis conducted, it was found that most students fall into the "Confident" category for Self-Efficacy (42.9%) and the "Calm" category for Self-Anxiety (42.9%). No students were in the "Very Confident" category for Self-Efficacy or the "Very Calm" category for Self-Anxiety. The Pearson correlation calculation showed a correlation coefficient of 0.38, indicating a weak and positive relationship between self-efficacy and self-anxiety. This weak positive relationship means that although there is a slight tendency for an increase in self-efficacy to be associated with an increase in self-anxiety, this relationship is not significant and not strong.

Abstract

Artikel ini mencoba membahas tentang hubungan ilmu, pengetahuan filsafat, dan filsafat ilmu. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Hermeneutika dengan unsur-unsur; interpretasi dan deskripsi. Filsafat, ilmu dan pengetahuan pada dasarnya merupakan dari kegiatan manusia. Kegiatan manusia diartikan sebagai prosesnya dan juga dalam hasilnya. Dilihat dari hasilnya, ketiganya merupakan hasil daripada berpikir manusia secara sadar. Apabila dilihat dari prosesnya, ketiga ini menunjukan suatu kegiatan yang berusaha untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah dalam kehidupan manusia (untuk memperoleh kebenaran dan pengetahuan), dengan menggunakan metode-metode atau prosedur-prosedur tertentu secara sistematis dan kritis.
