Abstract

Adolescent girls in social rehabilitation institutions face complex psychological pressures due to traumatic life backgrounds, adaptation demands to new environments, and future anxiety. The psychosocial guidance program based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) was designed to improve stress management skills among students of UPTD PSRWTS Batch 1 of 2026. This activity employed a qualitative approach using DASS-21 assessment, semi-structured interviews, behavioral observation, and six-session CBT interventions including psychoeducation, identification of negative automatic thoughts, cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and relaxation techniques. As a strategic output, the “3J” model (Pause-Honest-Action) was formulated as a practical stress management guide. Results showed reduction in somatic complaints such as headaches and muscle tension, increased interpersonal openness, and a shift in thinking patterns from catastrophizing to more rational and optimistic perspectives. These findings confirm that CBT-based psychosocial guidance contributes positively to enhancing mental resilience and psychological well-being of adolescent girls in rehabilitation institutions. Abstract

At SDN 02 Kademangan, teaching and learning activities still introduce very little Lolak culture and traditions to students. Learning at school focuses more on academic aspects and does not provide sufficient space for the introduction and understanding of local cultural values. This activity not only aims to introduce and preserve local culture, but also to improve students' overall literacy skills. Apart from that, this program is also expected to encourage active participation by the community and parents in cultural education, as well as forming students' characters who love and appreciate their culture more. Implementation methods include planning and preparation, organizing and decorating the event, evaluating the work, closing and documenting. With this activity, students' reading interest in local culture-based material has increased. In addition to increasing cultural literacy, students' general literacy skills, such as reading, writing and speaking, also experience development. In the reading corner, students read folk tales and other materials, which not only enriches their knowledge but also improves their reading ability.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a key strategy for enhancing the adaptive capacity and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) amid the rapid development of the digital economy. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in utilizing digital technologies, particularly in adopting cashless payment systems, digital marketing, and online marketplace platforms. This community service program aimed to strengthen the adaptive capacity and competitiveness of MSMEs through sustainable digital transformation assistance. The program employed observation, interviews, socialization, training, mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation involving 12 MSMEs located in Kampung Tengah and Pisangan, East Jakarta. The assistance focused on implementing the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a digital payment system, optimizing digital marketing through social media, and integrating eligible MSMEs with the ShopeeFood platform. The results indicated that all participating MSMEs successfully adopted QRIS as a digital payment method, while several MSMEs improved their capacity to manage digital promotional content and expanded their market reach through digital platforms. Sustainable assistance proved effective in enhancing digital literacy, improving transaction efficiency, and strengthening MSMEs' readiness to adapt to the evolving digital economy.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi komoditas kopi di Desa Taji, Kabupaten Malang, melalui hilirisasi produk. Saat ini, petani masih bergantung pada tengkulak dengan menjual kopi dalam bentuk gelondong, yang menempatkan mereka pada posisi tawar rendah. Melalui metode observasi lapangan, seminar, dan diskusi terpumpun, kegiatan ini berhasil mengubah orientasi 25 anggota kelompok tani dari sekadar menjual bahan mentah menuju pentingnya pengolahan pascapanen menjadi green bean hinggaroasted bean. Meskipun demikian, tantangan utama yang teridentifikasi mencakup keterbatasan infrastruktur, rendahnya literasi digital, serta adanya “paradoks likuiditas” yang mendorong petani menjual hasil panen secara instan. Menjawab tantangan tersebut, program ini merancang pemberian hibah alat pengolahan (pulper dan roaster) serta pelatihan pemasaran digital berbasis kecerdasan artifisial (AI) bagi pemuda desa sebagai strategi pemangkasan rantai distribusi. Lebih lanjut, keberhasilan hilirisasi sangat bergantung pada penguatan kelembagaan kelompok tani, seperti pembentukan sistem simpan pinjam untuk menyediakan dana talangan bagipetani. Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah awal dalam mentransformasi sistem usaha tani kopi menuju arah yang lebih bernilai ekonomis, kompetitif, dan berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat Desa Taji. Implikasi kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kapasitas petani melalui teknologi pengolahan, literasi digital, dan kelembagaan ekonomi lokal dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan yang mendukung peningkatan daya saing komoditas kopi berbasis potensi desa serta membuka peluang pengembangan rantai nilai kopi yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Waste management remains one of the major environmental issues requiring the active involvement of Community Learning Centers (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat/PKBM) through environmental-based learning. However, many PKBMs still have limited capacity to utilize available land as an environmental education medium for organic waste management. PKBM Mentari Fajar Jimbaran faced several challenges, including the underutilization of teba land as an environmental education space, the absence of digital learning media on organic waste management, and the limited product packaging design skills of learners. In response to these challenges, this community service program aimed to enhance the partner’s capacity through the revitalization of a modern teba as an eco-education space, the development of instructional videos, and product packaging design training. The program was implemented through four stages: planning, implementation, mentoring, and evaluation, involving 30 participants consisting of tutors and learners. Pre-test and post-test instruments were employed to evaluate participants’ learning outcomes. The results demonstrated that the modern teba and digital learning media for organic waste management were successfully implemented as effective learning resources. The evaluation revealed that 86% of participants achieved the very good category and 14% achieved the good category in organic waste management competencies. Furthermore, participants’ product packaging design skills improved substantially, with 68% reaching the good category and 30% the very good category after the training. Overall, the program successfully enhanced participants’ competencies in organic waste management and product packaging design.
