Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) binaan BAZNAS Microfinance Desa (BMD) Malang dalam menyusun harga pokok produksi dan laporan laba rugi. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, banyak UMKM menghadapi kesulitan dalam menghitung harga pokok produksi yang akurat dan menyusun laporan keuangan yang baik, yang dapat berdampak pada pengambilan keputusan bisnis dan keberlanjutan usaha mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan langsung kepada para pelaku UMKM. Sosialisasi dilakukan untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar mengenai pentingnya penyusunan harga pokok produksi dan laporan laba rugi. Pelatihan teknis diberikan untuk mengajarkan cara perhitungan harga pokok produksi dan penyusunan laporan laba rugi secara sistematis. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menyusun harga pokok produksi dan laporan laba rugi. Para pelaku UMKM yang sebelumnya tidak memiliki sistem pencatatan keuangan yang baik, kini dapat menyusun laporan keuangan yang lebih rapi dan terstruktur. Dengan demikian, mereka dapat melakukan evaluasi kinerja usaha secara lebih efektif dan membuat keputusan bisnis yang lebih tepat. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kemandirian dan keberlanjutan usaha UMKM binaan BAZNAS Microfinance Desa (BMD) Malang. Selain itu, model pendampingan ini juga diharapkan dapat diterapkan pada UMKM lain di berbagai wilayah sebagai upaya peningkatan kapasitas pelaku usaha mikro di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to address anxiety among inmates at Yogyakarta Class IIA Detention Center by providing psychoeducation on anxiety management. The main issue identified was the lack of knowledge about how to cope with anxiety caused by waiting for legal sentencing, separation from family, and negative thoughts. The intervention involved interviews, observations, mental health screenings, and the implementation of psychoeducational activities and practical anxiety management techniques. Twenty-three male inmates participated, with anxiety levels screened using the DASS-211 tool. Results showed significant improvement in both anxiety understanding and management. Before the intervention, 100% of the participants experienced severe anxiety. Post-intervention, 26% reached normal levels, while those with very high anxiety levels decreased to 52%. The study concludes that ongoing support for anxiety management is essential and suggests further programs to enhance the inmates' psychological well-being.

Abstract

Social media and the five main values ​​of character education are important in the advancement of education. This study aims to examine the implications of social media use on fifth-grade students at MIN 1 Kolaka Utara, which has a positive impact on the five main values ​​of character education, namely religious, nationalist, independent, integrity, and mutual cooperation. This study uses a quantitative research type with a linear regression research design. The research data collection technique used a questionnaire aimed at students. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between social media use and the five main values ​​of character education with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.018, smaller than the general threshold of 0.05. Overall, perceptions of social media are very positive. The average score is above 80% of the maximum total, which means that respondents view social media as having a role that helps students in learning and obtaining positive information to support learning. Meanwhile, character education is above 4.0, which indicates that students demonstrate religious, nationalist, independent, integrity, and mutual cooperation behavior.

Abstract

The implementation of community service consists of several stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. In the preparation stage, a meeting and discussion were held between the community service team and the Catfish Farming Group at the MBS Al-Manar Farming Group, attended by members of the group from Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This meeting also involved the Food Security and Fisheries Service of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, especially in the field of fisheries cultivation. The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate the condition of the catfish farming business carried out by the group members, with a focus on business management and coordination between related parties, as well as the readiness of the group members and the facilities available to support the implementation of community service activities.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the section method on the learning outcomes of volleyball underhand passing among fourth-grade students at SDN Barutunggul 04, Bandung Regency. The section method is a learning technique that divides skills into several smaller stages before teaching the overall movement, thus improving students' understanding and skills in underhand passing. The results showed that the section method had a significant positive effect on improving volleyball underhand passing learning outcomes. Students who learned using the section method showed greater improvement in basic underhand passing techniques. This study used an experimental method with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Twenty students were sampled, therefore, non-probability sampling was used. An observation sheet was used as a guideline in conducting the study, to obtain data on the alignment between the plan and its implementation, and to measure the expected changes. The subjects observed in this study were fourth-grade students at SDN Barutunggul 04. Data analysis used a t-test to identify significant differences.

Abstract

Good financial management for students and individuals is crucial for their future survival. Individuals need financial management. To prepare for independent living, students must learn how to manage money, from budgeting to saving. The problem is, not all participants understand and comprehend how to manage their finances effectively due to a lack of financial literacy. Financial training programs not only provide technical knowledge but also increase financial awareness and literacy. Students learn to recognize the value of money and use it appropriately, so they are better prepared for the real world after graduation. The goal of financial management is to understand how to manage income and expenses. Good management prevents reckless spending and allows for savings and investments. Furthermore, the goal of managing finances fosters discipline in recording income and expenses for future use. The results of this training show that 90% of students understand how to manage their finances effectively.

Abstract

This research is quantitative, that is, research that aims to determine the causal relationship between two or more variables. This study focuses on analyzing the influence of investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend policies on company value. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from reports published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study were manufacturing companies during the observation years, namely 2020-2024. The data analysis technique in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS. The results show that financing decisions and dividend policies have a significant effect on company value. Appropriate financing decisions, especially in determining the optimal capital structure between debt and equity, can reduce the cost of capital and increase the company's financial efficiency, thus positively impacting company value. Meanwhile, a consistent dividend policy that is in line with investor expectations provides a positive signal to the market regarding the company's financial stability and prospects, which ultimately increases investor confidence and the company's stock market value.

Abstract

Amid intense business competition, human resources (HR) have become a strategic asset for organizational success. Beyond technology and capital, companies must manage HR effectively to achieve their goals. Operational HR management plays a crucial role in creating efficient and sustainable work systems. This study uses a literature review method by analyzing books, academic articles, online sources, and relevant publications. The findings show that effective HR management includes competency-based recruitment, structured training, KPI-based performance management, compensation and reward systems, and coaching and mentoring. These practices form a high-performance work system that enhances employee ability, motivation, and opportunities. Clear expectations, real-time feedback, and appropriate recognition boost productivity, adaptability, and loyalty. Support from top management and active involvement of line managers ensure HR strategies align with business goals and positively impact company performance.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes on the basic competency of geographical conditions and ocean exploration through the guided inquiry learning model in Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Peusangan. Using a two-cycle Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, each cycle involved planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observations of teacher and student activities, and documentation. Results showed an increase in learning mastery from 70% in Cycle I to 90% in Cycle II. Teacher activity rose from 81.11% to 91.11%, while student activity increased from 75.56% to 86.67%. The guided inquiry model effectively enhanced learning outcomes, encouraged critical thinking, and increased student engagement and interest in the learning process.
