Abstract

Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Pengolah dan Pemasar Ikan (POKDAKAN) Planet Bandeng yang dipimpin Ibu Hj. Khusnul Khotimah beralamat Jl. KH. Suwaifi Tengah RT 10 RW 03 Desa Kalanganyar Kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo Provinsi Jawa Timur ini merupakan salah satu wujud potensi warga dalam peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat dengan mengolah ikan bandeng menjadi makanan beragam jenis, di tengah masalah yang dialami: 1). Bidang Produksi, meliputi: Sanitasi dan Hieginitas Produk, Perubahan Pola Pikir Masyarakat, Rendahnya Tingkat Keawetan Produk, Proses Pengolahan Manual, Belum Efisiennya Proses Produksi, Penanganan Limbah Pembersihan Ikan Bandeng, serta Proses dan Lokasi Penjemuran Kerupuk, sedangkan masalah pada Bidang Pemasaran: Teknik dan Model Pemasaran, serta Kurang Menariknya Produk Olahan. Metode yang diterapkan sebagai solusi terhadap masalah, yaitu: 1). Metode Penyelesaian, 2). Metode Pelaksanaan, dan 3). Metode Pendekatan. Penggunaan peralatan produksi yang lebih modern (vakum dan mesin chopper), serta pengadaan oven listrik dan solar dryer berbasis tenaga surya diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi dari permasalahan di bidang Produksi. Sedangkan dengan pelatihan dan sosialisasi, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan sanitasi dan hieginitas produk agar dapat memenuhi tata cara proses pembuatan makanan yang baik, produk lebih awet, proses produksi lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat memenuhi pesanan dalam jumlah besar dan harapan konsumen terhadap produk yang diinginkan, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan jumlah penjualan sesuai yang ditargetkan. Joint Business Group (KUB) Fish Processing and Marketing (POKDAKAN) Planet Bandeng led by Mrs. Hj. Khusnul Khotimah located at Jl. KH. Suwaifi Tengah RT 10 RW 03 Kalanganyar Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province is one of the potential manifestations of residents in improving the community's economy by processing milkfish into various types of food, amidst the problems experienced: 1). Production Field, including: Product Sanitation and Hygiene, Changes in Community Mindset, Low Level of Product Durability, Manual Processing Process, Inefficient Production Process, Handling of Milkfish Cleaning Waste, and Cracker Drying Process and Location, while problems in the Marketing Field: Marketing Techniques and Models, and Lack of Attractiveness of Processed Products. The methods applied as solutions to the problems, namely: 1). Resolution Method, 2). Implementation Method, and 3). Approach Method. The use of more modern production equipment (vacuum and chopper machines), as well as the procurement of electric ovens and solar-powered solar dryers are expected to provide solutions to problems in the production sector. Meanwhile, with training and socialization, it is hoped that it can increase knowledge of sanitation and product hygiene in order to comply with good food manufacturing procedures, longer-lasting products, more effective and efficient production processes so that they can fulfill large orders and consumer expectations for the desired product, which in turn can increase the number of sales as targeted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika siswa kelas 2 SD IT Rumah Anak Soleh Buton. Jenis penelitian PTK yang dilakukan dalam II siklus, tiap siklusnya terdiri atas II pertemuan dengan setiap siklusnya terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu, Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Observasi, dan Refleksi. Teknik pengambilan data yag digunakan adalah lembar Observasi, lembar Tes, dan Dokumentasi. Berdasarkan teknik analisis data siklus I dan siklus II diperoleh hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I rata-rata 67,64 dengan ketuntasan 64% atau 9 orang siswa, dan tidak tuntas 36% atau 5 orang siswa, sedangkan pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata 77,85 dengan ketuntasan 85% atau 12 orang siswa, dan tidak tuntas 15% atau 2 orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Model Pembelajaran Cooperative tipe Two Stay Two Stray Berbantuan Media Kongrir dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas 2 pada mata pelajaran matematika materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan di SD IT Rumah Anak Soleh Buton.

Abstract

Optimal facility and infrastructure management is key to creating a learning environment that supports student achievement, yet various obstacles remain. This study aims to determine the implementation of facility and infrastructure management at SD Negeri 1 Nepen, including planning, organizing, maintaining, disposing of, and inventorying. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that facility management is quite effective, but is hampered by limited funding and a lack of administrative staff training. Recommendations include improving staff training, community involvement, and flexible budgeting for urgent needs. The study also suggests the use of a technology-based management model to improve the efficiency and accuracy of school facility management. This study contributes to understanding the challenges and practical solutions for managing school infrastructure with limited resources.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) by students of Muhammadiyah University of Bone has implemented a socialization program regarding the Three Great Sins of Education (bullying, sexual violence, and intolerance) which aims to build children's character from an early age. This activity was held at SD Negeri 248 Gareccing, Gareccing Village, Tonra District, and involved around 60 students from grades 1 to 6. The method used was an interactive and educational approach adapted to the children's age, such as through stories, games, and group discussions to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand language. The results of the activity showed high enthusiasm from the students, who actively participated and demonstrated an initial understanding of the importance of mutual respect, daring to say 'no' to unsafe touch, and celebrating differences. This socialization is an important first step in instilling positive character values ​​and creating a safe and inclusive school environment for children in rural areas.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka hadir sebagai respons terhadap tantangan pendidikan abad 21 khususnya dimensi kreatif yang esensial untuk menghadapi kompleksitas global. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dimensi kreatif di SMP Negeri 1 Prambanan Klaten menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) guna mengukur efektivitas program dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan evaluatif kualitatif dengan model CIPP untuk menganalisis implementasi P5 dimensi kreatif. Data dikumpulkan selama dua bulan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru fasilitator, siswa, dan orang tua, dilengkapi observasi lapangan dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melibatkan transkripsi wawancara, reduksi data, koding tematik, dan interpretasi deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis data, penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi P5 dimensi kreatif secara umum berhasil dengan beberapa catatan penting. Keempat komponen evaluasi menunjukkan Konteks program sesuai kebutuhan sekolah, Input sumber daya memadai, Proses perlu penyempurnaan penjadwalan dan Produk mencapai target pengembangan kreativitas siswa.

Abstract

Banyak pihak mempertanyakan kesiapan pemerintah terkait rencana perpindahan Ibu Kota Negara Indonesia dari DKI Jakarta ke Kalimatan Timur di tahun 2024, mulai dari masyarakat umum, pengusaha, akademisi bahkan sampai politisi. Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN), nama untuk Ibu Kota Negara Republik Indonesia yang akan dipindahkan dari DKI Jakarta yang saat ini sedang dilaksanakan proses pembangunannya di Kalimantan Timur, berdasarkan UU no 3 tahun 2022 tentang Ibu Kota Negara, memiliki konsep Smart City (Kota Cerdas) dan layanan digital dengan pusat indusri 4.0 dan juga sebagai superhub yang bersifat locally integrated, globally connected dan universally inspired. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi E-Governement di IKN dan bagaimana perkembangannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan E-Government pada Ibu Kota Nusantara, untuk mengetahui prediksi kendala pelayanan publik dengan menerapkan 100% E-Government di Ibu Kota Nusantara, serta untuk mengetahui apakah upaya-upaya yang akan dilakukan pemerintah untuk mengimplementasikan E-Government di Ibu Kota Nusantara sudah optimal dan sesuai harapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perencanaan pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara sudah sesuai dengan cetak biru dan pedoman pembangunan Kota Cerdas Nusantara. Implementasi E- Government untuk pelayanan publik di IKN sudah ditunjang dengan teknologi yang baik sehingga seluruh sistem pelayanan publik dapat terintegrasi dengan baik. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara sudah cukup optimal dan melibatkan berbagai stakeholder mulai dari badan-badan pemerintah, perusahaan teknologi raksasa, maupun masyarakat disekitar Ibu Kota Nusantara.

Abstract

The main objective of this community service activity is to improve the understanding and awareness of traffic law for young drivers of SMA Muhammadiyah Jayapura City students. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative method with stages from interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that socialization through Traffic Law Education for Young Drivers at SMA Muhammadiyah Jayapura City is effective in improving understanding and awareness of traffic law. In addition, the involvement of law enforcers who simulate the legal process is one of the factors that facilitate students' understanding of the law. The influence of the social environment, such as peers, often encourages disobedient behavior, especially traffic laws. There is a very close correlative relationship between social behavior and law. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase legal awareness for young drivers which can be done with two alternatives, namely by implementing Counseling and Legal Education about the dangers of traffic violations for SMA Muhammadiyah Jayapura City students and partnering with law enforcement officers. Abstract

The main objective of this program is to improve the knowledge, awareness, and skills of fourth-grade students at SDN Inpres Bertingkat Waena in preventing sports injuries through interactive and contextual socialization activities. This activity also aims to provide educational recommendations to teachers and schools so that injury prevention becomes part of physical education routines. The benefits of this program are not only experienced by students through enhanced sports health literacy but also by schools in fostering a safe sports culture that supports children’s holistic development. More broadly, this program represents a tangible contribution to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle among elementary school students. The evaluation results showed an increase in students’ understanding of the basic concepts of sports injury prevention. Students were able to explain simple steps that can be taken before and after exercising, as well as demonstrate positive attitudes toward incorporating these practices into their daily activities. Teachers also expressed full support and readiness to integrate the socialization materials into physical education lessons.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, the need for digital integration in teacher learning is becoming increasingly urgent. Teachers are no longer the primary source of knowledge, but rather managers and sophisticated instructors in the use of technology such as wordwalls in a more effective, efficient, and interactive learning process. Wordwall training is an alternative in efforts to improve the quality of teacher learning, especially in Jambi City. This Wordwall training was conducted at SDN 205/IV Jambi City, which had 53 teachers. Based on teacher experience data, the results obtained were a satisfaction level increase of 40% of participants feeling "very satisfied" from the previous 33% to 62% answering "very satisfied." Furthermore, 27% of respondents answered "satisfied", the remaining 10% of respondents answered "neutral", and 1% of respondents answered "less satisfied". After participating in this training, we saw an improvement. In addition, teachers who were very enthusiastic about participating in their activities became more courageous in carefully integrating various digital tools into lesson plans. This activity is useful in supporting teacher creativity in digital learning, improving teacher pedagogical competence, and producing a wordwall media bank system that can be used sustainably.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the social media marketing strategies implemented by BSI for the gold installment product, as well as to analyze the role of customer satisfaction and customer recommendations in building loyalty among millennial customers. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data sources consist of primary and secondary data, collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The informant selection technique employs snowball sampling, which allows the researcher to gradually expand the number of informants. Data analysis is conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that BSI has successfully implemented an effective social media marketing strategy for Cicil Emas products. By utilizing platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp, BSI is able to create a positive experience for millennial customers. In addition, high customer satisfaction contributes to customer loyalty, where recommendations from satisfied customers become a powerful marketing tool.
