Abstract

Sleep is a condition where a person is not aware because the individual's perception of the environment is decreased or lost, in this condition a person can be awakened again with sufficient stimulation. Rest and sleep are basic needs that must be met by everyone. Normal sleep involves two phases, namely rapid eye movement (REM) and sleep with non-rapid eye movement (NREM). Changes in sleep patterns in the elderly are caused by changes in the neurological system which physiologically will decrease the number and size of neurons in the central nervous system which causes sleep disorders. To analyze the relationship between elderly exercise and sleep quality in the elderly based on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Indexs (PSQI) score. Analysis of the data used Spearman rank correlation (non-parametric) does not require normally distributed data. This test aims to determine the relationship between variables. The interpretation of this analysis is intended to see the significance of the relationship, the strength of the relationship and the direction of the relationship. The basis for decision making is if the significance value is <0.05 then it is correlated (there is a relationship), otherwise if the significance value is> 0.05 then it is not correlated (There is no relationship). The study sample was 10 elderly people who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The measurement of sleep quality used the PSQI questionnaire. There is a P value of 0.03, which means P. Value <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between elderly exercise and the quality of sleep in the elderly with a strength of 1,000 so that it has a perfect relationship between elderly exercise and elderly sleep quality.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi tridharma perguruan tinggi yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas penelitian dan pengabdian dosen. Salah satu kendala utama yang dihadapi dosen adalah rendahnya kemampuan dalam menyusun proposal hibah penelitian dan pengabdian sesuai standar yang ditetapkan oleh Direktorat Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (DPPM). Kondisi ini berdampak pada rendahnya tingkat keberhasilan dosen dalam memperoleh pendanaan hibah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan kegiatan Pelatihan Penyusunan Proposal Hibah DPPM untuk Dosen Perguruan Tinggi yang dilaksanakan secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom pada tanggal 26 Maret 2025 dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 26 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, perencanaan program, persiapan teknis, penyampaian materi, praktik penyusunan proposal, pendampingan, serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap struktur dan substansi proposal hibah, meningkatnya keterampilan praktis dalam menyusun proposal, serta bertambahnya motivasi dan kepercayaan diri peserta untuk mengajukan hibah. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong terbentuknya jejaring akademik antar dosen dari berbagai perguruan tinggi. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini tidak hanya berkontribusi pada peningkatan kapasitas individu dosen, tetapi juga memperkuat iklim riset dan pengabdian di perguruan tinggi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan penyusunan proposal hibah sebagai strategi berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan daya saing akademik dosen

Abstract

The Ombudsman is a concrete commitment to the principles of good governance, increasing transparency, accountability, and building publik trust in the government. The Ombudsman acts as a mediator and supervisor, as well as being an independent institution dedicated to resolving disputes under the Ombudsman's own interests, when disputes arise from the implementation of publik services that are deemed detrimental and impact access to justice for citizens' rights to obtain adequate publik services without any arbitrary action. The aim of this research is to find out how important the role of the Ombudsman is in publik service disputes in order to protect the rights of citizens in obtaining publik services as is the aim of the concept.Good Governance.The method of this research uses the normative legal research method. The Ombudsman as an independent institution as an effort to achieveGood Governancein encouraging effective and efficient state and government administration, honest, open, clean, and free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism, maintaining clean publik services, good publik services, efficient and professional administration of justice without any bias towards other agencies and providing quality services for citizens as a form of granting the rights that citizens should receive in obtaining justice, a sense of security, and prosperity.

Abstract

Padengo Village in West Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency, is rich in natural resources and cultural heritage, but faces challenges in human resource development. Most residents work in the agriculture and livestock sectors with low levels of education, with many having only completed primary education or no schooling at all. To address this issue, the INTEGRALO (Internalization of Local Values) program was introduced, combining digital-based English learning with local wisdom to improve language skills and strengthen cultural identity. This program encourages active community participation by utilizing technology to make learning more engaging and contextual. As a result, residents are able to process corn into chips with simple packaging, compile a Local Wisdom Pocket Book as a cultural archive, and manage a village website, which is now run by youth and officials after training. In the area of ​​social education, teenagers learned about the dangers of early marriage, while children learned about bullying. Student involvement also strengthened academic relationships with the community. Overall, the Thematic KKN II Program has had a tangible impact on Padengo Village, from improving the local economy, cultural preservation, digital literacy, and educating the younger generation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality of the multiple-choice items in the odd-semester summative assessment of mathematics for Grade IV students at SD Negeri 39 Pontianak Kota in the 2024/2025 academic year, in terms of validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discriminating power. The research employed a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, supported by Microsoft Excel. The subjects of this study were the Grade IV mathematics summative assessment items. Data were collected through documentation techniques to obtain the test items and the answer recapitulation of Grade IV-A students. The analysis results showed that 11 items (44%) were valid, with a high reliability coefficient (0.70). Regarding the level of difficulty, 12 items were easy, 10 were moderate, and 3 were difficult. In terms of discriminating power, 1 item was categorized as very good, 6 as good, 5 as fair, 8 as poor, and 5 as very poor. Overall, 8 items (32%) were considered good and suitable for reuse, while 17 items (68%) needed revision or replacement as they did not yet meet the criteria for high-quality test items.

Abstract

During the socialization of five hundred students spread across several campuses, namely: for ten days at Langlangbuana University, Syedza Saintika University, Muhammadiyah University of Luwuk, Mandaling Natal State Islamic College, and Tamansiswa University Palembang. These eight characteristics, which are among the materials used in the author's outreach program, are hoped to serve as a primary reference for finding accredited and high-quality academic journals and helping to avoid predatory journals. The author sincerely hopes that participants in this outreach program will improve their reading literacy, enhance their thinking paradigms, and enhance the quality of their writing.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri perawatan diri pria di Indonesia meningkat seiring kesadaran generasi muda terhadap penampilan dan kesehatan kulit. Kahf sebagai brand lokal memanfaatkan peluang ini melalui strategi pemasaran digital berupa instagram ads dan celebrity endorser. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh keduanya terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa di Kota Medan dengan metode kuantitatif pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden ditentukan melalui purposive sampling, data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instagram ads dan celebrity endorser berpengaruh signifikan, baik parsial maupun simultan, terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai Adjusted R Square 0,598 yang berarti variabel independen menjelaskan 59,8% variasi keputusan pembelian, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi digital marketing berbasis instagram ads dan celebrity endorser efektif dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen muda

Abstract

KKN (Real Work Lecture) is a community service program in which students apply their academic knowledge in real-world contexts. One of the initiatives carried out was a digital security awareness program at SMAN 1 Air Joman, designed to improve students’ understanding, pratical skills, and awareness in dealing with cybercrime threats. This study used a descriptive method with pre-test and post-test questionnaires distributed to 40 eleventh-grade students. The results showed significant improvements in three areas. In knowledge, students’ understanding of personal data protection, types of cybercrime, and the ability to identify hoaxes increased from an average of 35-30% to 85-90%. In practice, the use of strong passwords, two-step verification, and caution toward suspicious links rase from 28-42% to 78-92%. In awareness, students intending to apply digital safety in daily life grew from 37% to 93%, and 95% found the program highly beneficial. These findings indicate that KKN-based socialization effectively prevents cybercrime and is worth continuing as a sustainable school program highly beneficial. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the conceptual understanding of mathematics among fifth-grade students at UPT SDN 023 Pandau Jaya. The research employed a quantitative method with a posttest-only control group experimental design. The subjects consisted of 62 students, with class V-A assigned as the experimental group and class V-B as the control group, using a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument was a descriptive test that had been validated for validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discriminating power. Data were collected through documentation, observation, and testing, then analyzed using normality, homogeneity, and independent t-tests with the assistance of SPSS software. The results revealed that the posttest data were normally distributed and homogeneous, and there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups with a significance value of 0.013 < 0.05. The mean posttest score of the experimental group was 15.13, which was higher than the control group’s score of 12.00. These findings indicate that the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model has a positive and more effective impact on improving students’ conceptual understanding of mathematics compared to conventional learning. Therefore, PBL can be recommended as an alternative instructional strategy that fosters active participation, collaboration, critical thinking, and conceptual understanding in mathematics learning at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of correlation between learning independence and learning motivation with the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students of State Elementary School 06 South Pontianak. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a correlation study research form. The population in this study were fourth-grade students of State Elementary School 06 South Pontianak. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 32 students. Data collection techniques used in this study were indirect communication techniques and documentary studies. Indirect communication techniques were used to collect data on learning independence and student learning motivation with a questionnaire while documentary study techniques were used to collect data on learning outcomes of fourth-grade students of State Elementary School 06 South Pontianak. The data analysis technique used with statistical analysis showed an average of student learning independence of 84.31, an average of learning motivation of 81.09 and an average of learning outcomes of 83.88. Statistical calculations using the product moment correlation formula, namely learning independence with learning outcomes obtained 0.674, learning motivation with learning outcomes obtained 0.605, and learning independence with learning motivation obtained 0.536, for learning independence and learning motivation with learning outcomes using the multiple correlation formula obtained R of 0.733 included in the category of strong relationships with Fcount 16.89 and ɑ = 5% of 3.33 which means (16.89) > (3.33), then Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a strong and positive relationship between learning independence and learning motivation with the learning outcomes of class IVB students of State Elementary School 06 South Pontianak.
