Abstract

Desa Cintakarya telah menjadi mitra Politeknik Kelautan dan Perikanan Pangandaran sejak 2021. Penelitian pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas teknis pembudidaya dalam pemantauan kualitas air melalui penerapan teknologi monitoring serta mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan dan distribusi alat ukur. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari enam tahapan terstruktur meliputi perencanaan, survei lokasi, persiapan, penyampaian materi dan demonstrasi alat (pengukuran suhu dan TDS), monitoring lapangan, serta evaluasi akhir; pendekatan melibatkan pelatihan teknis, demonstrasi, kuisioner evaluatif, dan FGD. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman praktis peserta terhadap penggunaan alat monitoring dan penerapan parameter kualitas air; penyerahan alat kepada Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan Tirta Kahuripan memperkuat kapasitas operasional lapangan. Analisis kuisioner mengindikasikan 74% responden menilai kegiatan berhasil, 15% sangat berhasil, dan 11% netral. Observasi juga mengidentifikasi bahwa intervensi teknologi monitoring efektif untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas pembudidaya, namun keberlanjutan dampak memerlukan penguatan materi berbasis praktik dan peningkatan sarana pelatihan untuk mendukung adopsi teknologi secara luas.

Abstract

This study systematically reviews the effectiveness of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and its variants, including POPBL and PjBL-STEM, in improving problem-solving skills, higher-order thinking skills, and learning outcomes in Mathematics and Science. Drawing on ten journal articles encompassing Systematic Literature Reviews, meta-analyses, and empirical studies such as quasi-experiments and classroom action research, the findings consistently show that PjBL is more effective than conventional methods, particularly for complex subject matter. Meta-analytic evidence also indicates a large effect size in fostering scientific creativity. Beyond cognitive gains, PjBL supports the development of positive student character. However, its implementation within the Merdeka Curriculum still faces challenges, particularly teacher administrative burdens, limited time allocation, and students’ readiness for collaborative work.

Abstract

Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah menjadi isu penting di berbagai wilayah, termasuk di Desa Kepatihan Kecamatan Tukangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Volume sampah rumah tangga yang terus meningkat memerlukan solusi berbasis masyarakat yang berkelanjutan. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem bank sampah di Desa Kepatihan Kecamatan Tulangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo, sebagai upaya meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi observasi dan identifikasi, sosialisasi dampak lingkungan sampah, implementasi bank sampah, pelatihan pemilahan sampah,  dan monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan sosialisasi dampak lingkungan sampah, implementasi bank sampah, pelatihan pemilahan sampah diikuti oleh pengurus PKK, anggota PKK dan perangkat Desa Tulangan sebanyak 45 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat tentang pemilahan sampah dan bank sampah mengalami peningkatan, yang semula menjawab sangat setuju hanya sekitar 16% namun setelah pelatihan dan sosialisasi, masyarakat yang menjawab sangat setuju meningkat hingga 52%. sehingga dapat disimpulkan masyarakat mulai memahami pentingnya memilah sampah dan nilai ekonomi dari sampah anorganik. Program ini berhasil menumbuhkan kesadaran lingkungan sekaligus mendukung ekonomi sirkular di tingkat desa.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to address the challenge that mathematics is often perceived as a difficult and abstract subject at the elementary level. For this purpose, an innovative strategy was implemented through the Counting Flower Project using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model with 8 second-grade students at SD 1 St. Yohanes Tomohon. The project serves as a concrete medium integrating the concept of addition up to 20 with the art of drawing flowers, where students visualize the arithmetic operation as the merging of two sets of numbers represented by two different colors on the flower petals. Quantitative results indicate the success of the intervention, marked by a class mean score reaching 79.37 and a classical completion percentage of 75%. This achievement surpassed the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) of 75. The use of this project-based visual media was effective in bridging the abstract conceptual understanding of addition , while simultaneously fostering the Pancasila Student Profile characteristics (Creativity, Independence, and Collaboration) in students. Although two students still required further assistance , the findings affirm the crucial role of creative visual media in enhancing student motivation and learning outcomes at the elementary education level.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at TBM Rumah Baca Bintang, located in Argomulyo, Sedayu, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The program aimed to improve the facilitators’ ability to apply photography and videography technology in documenting and promoting literacy activities through digital media. The main problems faced by the partners included limited human resources in digital management, lack of technical skills, and minimal documentation and publication of literacy activities. The method combined training and mentoring, consisting of three stages: material delivery, technical practice, and mentoring on the results. The materials were presented through a training module that included topics on mobile photography equipment, pre-production and content planning, shooting techniques, and basic editing for social media publication. The pretest and post-test results showed an increase in participants’ understanding and skills, with all facilitators achieving a perfect score after the program. The participants were able to create and manage digital documentation independently using mobile devices. This activity successfully strengthened the digital literacy capacity of TBM Rumah Baca Bintang’s facilitators and encouraged the sustainability of literacy programs through creative and contextual digital media utilization.

Abstract

This study analyzes the development of palm oil production based on land area and the number of palm oil mills (PKS) in Rokan Hulu Regency from 2020 to 2024. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency and the Plantation Service. The analysis covers growth rates, land productivity, processing efficiency, and Pearson's correlation to determine the relationship between these variables. The results show that land area increased by 24.61%, production by 17.59%, and the number of mills by 105.56%. A very strong positive correlation was found between production and land area (r = 0.983) and the number of factories (r = 0.979). However, the decline in land productivity and processing efficiency indicates that production growth was mainly driven by land expansion rather than increased yields per hectare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemikiran pendidikan Islam Azyumardi Azra dan implementasinya di UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta dalam perspektif filsafat pendidikan. Azra merupakan tokoh reformis pendidikan Islam yang menolak dikotomi antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum serta mengusung paradigma integratif, moderat, dan progresif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutik dengan metode studi pustaka terhadap berbagai karya akademik beliau. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Azra berakar pada prinsip tauhid sebagai dasar ontologis, epistemologis, dan aksiologis pendidikan Islam. Secara ontologis, ia memandang ilmu agama dan ilmu umum sebagai dua dimensi realitas yang saling melengkapi. Secara epistemologis, Azra mengedepankan pendekatan integratif yang menggabungkan wahyu, akal, dan pengalaman empiris. Secara aksiologis, pendidikan Islam diarahkan pada pembentukan insan kamil yang berakhlak, toleran, dan berdaya sosial. Implementasi gagasannya tampak nyata dalam transformasi IAIN menjadi UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, yang menandai modernisasi lembaga pendidikan Islam dan penguatan paradigma interdisipliner. Dalam filsafat pendidikan, pemikiran Azra menunjukkan keterkaitan dengan aliran progresivisme, rekonstruktivisme, humanistik, dan idealisme yang menekankan pembaruan adaptif, transformasi sosial, dan penguatan nilai moral. Pemikirannya memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap modernisasi pendidikan Islam di Indonesia melalui integrasi ilmu, moderasi beragama, dan orientasi pada kemaslahatan umat.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pemasaran dan pengelolaan keuangan UMKM melalui penerapan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) dan pelatihan literasi keuangan. Mitra kegiatan adalah BUMDes Kuala Alam, sebuah Badan Usaha Milik Desa yang berada di Desa Kuala Alam, Kecamatan Bengkalis, Riau, yang berfungsi untuk mendongkrak perekonomian desa melalui berbagai usaha, seperti produksi olahan ikan, penanaman nanas, dan pengelolaan sumber daya lokal.Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam lima tahap: sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan strategi keberlanjutan. Teknologi AR diterapkan dalam bentuk label interaktif berbasis WebAR yang menampilkan video promosi dan narasi produk. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa mitra mampu mengadopsi teknologi secara bertahap, dengan respon positif terhadap peningkatan daya tarik kemasan dan promosi digital. Dalam aspek keuangan, pelatihan dilakukan untuk memperkuat pemahaman mitra terhadap pencatatan usaha, analisis HPP, dan perhitungan keuntungan. Evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai dari 71,2 menjadi 90,4. Peningkatan ini mengindikasikan keberhasilan pendekatan praktik langsung dalam membangun literasi keuangan UMKM. Secara keseluruhan, program ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi promosi berbasis AR dan penguatan kapasitas keuangan dapat mendorong transformasi digital dan kemandirian usaha di tingkat desa.

Abstract

This study explores the development of counseling in Indonesia by examining its historical dynamics, philosophical foundations, and the political policies that shape its practice across educational and non-educational settings. Through an extensive literature review, the study highlights that shifts in national policy and the growing diversity of societal needs have driven counseling to expand into more complex fields, including community-based services, workplace mental health support, and public well-being programs beyond formal education institutions. Current political directions place greater emphasis on strengthening counselors’ competencies, particularly in mastering digital technologies to support the implementation of safe and accessible cybercounseling services. These developments require counselors not only to refine their technical skills but also to cultivate digital literacy, reflective abilities, and socio-cultural sensitivity in order to respond effectively to challenges across multiple service contexts. Therefore, sustained policy support, updated counselor education curricula, and comprehensive technology-oriented training are essential to ensure that counseling services continue to evolve and remain relevant in addressing the multidimensional needs of contemporary society.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of local wisdom in Indonesian language learning through a comprehensive literature review. The research background stems from the need to provide contextual, meaningful, and relevant learning to the socio-cultural environment of students. The research method uses a literature study approach by analyzing various scientific sources in the form of journals, books, and research reports published in the last ten years. The results of the study indicate that local wisdom has great potential in improving language skills, learning motivation, and understanding of students' cultural character. This integration has also proven effective in creating a more humanistic, interactive, and experience-based learning. Furthermore, this study identifies the need to strengthen the integration model that is more systematic and adaptive to curriculum development. These findings contribute by mapping strategies, challenges, and opportunities for developing Indonesian language learning based on local wisdom. Thus, this study is expected to serve as a reference for educators and researchers in designing learning that is responsive to the local cultural context.
