Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a vital foundation for the stability and acceleration of national economic growth, reflected in the growth figure of Indonesia’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) at 5.12% in the Second Quarter of 2025. The ready-to-eat food sector, especially the seblak business, is a highly dynamic and prospective segment. This community service report presents the results of mentorship focused on Seblak Lahrisa Prasmanan MSME in Lamongan, with the main goal of providing solutions to four constraints that hinder business growth. These challenges include service flow inefficiency which creates a queue buildup (bottleneck) at the cashier area, the absence of financial statement documentation leading to profitability ambiguity, constraints in finding and recruiting adequate human resources, and the urgency to expand market reach through a digital platform (website). The implemented solution interventions include designing an operational flowchart to solve the queuing problem, creating a simple financial reporting template based on Microsoft Excel to achieve financial transparency, reformulating recruitment policies to be more open and competence-oriented, and developing a website as a digital ordering center. The achievement of this activity is the availability of visual and analytical instruments for the MSME to enhance operational performance, financial accountability, the effectiveness of the HR management system, while simultaneously creating a solid foundation for digital market expansion.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in strengthening the community's economy. However, many business actors still face obstacles in administration, legality, finance, and marketing. The Sego Babat Bos Empok MSME, which operates in the culinary sector, has the potential to grow but does not yet have a Business Identification Number (NIB), its finances are still manual, and its marketing is still not optimal. This community service activity aims to provide comprehensive assistance through observation, interviews, outreach, and direct assistance. The administration sector is carried out by registering the NIB through the Online Single Submission (OSS). The finance department provides assistance with the Kasir Pintar application to facilitate business financial recording. Then the marketing sector is strengthened through social media management by creating attractive promotional content. The results of the assistance show an understanding of business legality, more organized financial records, and more attractive digital promotions that can increase the competitiveness of MSMEs.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) play a crucial role in driving the Indonesian economy. This sector employs more than 119 million workers, accounting for 97% of the national workforce, with a significant role coming from the food and beverage industry. This community service program aims to identify and analyze the challenges faced by the Bakso Bakar Risky MSME, located in Tugu Village, RT 04, RW 03, Mantup District, Lamongan Regency, in an effort to increase market competitiveness. Through this assistance, the Bakso Bakar Risky MSME is expected to maintain its product quality with the help of written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), improve business performance by managing digital marketing strategies through Instagram, and determine employee recruitment decisions with the help of flowcharts. This assistance results in more consistent product presentation, a more managed Instagram, and more targeted HR decision-making.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted to improve students’ understanding of Green School concepts and local food security through organic farming at SMK Pandanaran, Boyolali. The program involved 32 students from grades X and XI and was implemented through educational socialization and interactive discussions linking Green School principles with school environmental management and organic farming as part of local food security education. The activity focused on material presentation, two-way discussions, and student reflection on environmental and food security issues. Evaluation was carried out through observation of student participation, oral and written reflections, and service team notes. The results indicated improved student understanding of Green School principles, increased awareness of local food security, and the ability to relate organic farming concepts to environmental and social aspects. Abstract

Student cooperatives play a strategic role as a learning platform for entrepreneurship, strengthening the people’s economy, and fostering students’ economic independence within higher education institutions. However, limited understanding and participation in student cooperatives remain a challenge at Universitas W.R. Supratman Surabaya. This community service program aimed to establish the “Harmoni W.R. Supratman” Student Cooperative as an effort to strengthen entrepreneurial spirit and students’ economic independence. The activity employed a participatory-educative approach, including cooperative workshops, interactive discussions, and intensive mentoring for prospective cooperative members. The results indicate an improvement in students’ understanding of cooperative concepts, principles, and legal foundations, as well as the successful formation of the cooperative’s organizational structure and the drafting of its Articles of Association and Bylaws. Furthermore, the program fostered students’ independence, responsibility, and teamwork skills in managing campus-based economic organizations. In conclusion, this community service activity was effective in establishing a professional and sustainable student cooperative while contributing to the development of students’ entrepreneurial capacity and economic independence at Universitas W.R. Supratman Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Augmented Reality (AR) Virtual Try On on purchase decisions of L’Oréal Paris cosmetic products in Shopee Indonesia e-commerce platform. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questinonnaires. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results indicate that the use of AR Virtual Try On has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. The findings show that AR Virtual Try On feature provides an interactive shopping experience and helps consumers evaluate cosmetic products more accurately, thereby increasing confidence and purchase decisions.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide comprehensive training on the application of accounting through simple bookkeeping and digital marketing for the business owners of Pondok Laundry Ubud. Through field observations and interviews, it was found that the main problems faced by Pondok Laundry Ubud include a lack of knowledge in preparing financial reports and implementing effective digital marketing strategies. Therefore, this activity is expected to enhance the understanding of the business owners so that they can utilize existing potential more optimally in line with increasingly rapid developments. One of the efforts undertaken focuses on two main aspects, namely simple bookkeeping and online marketing. The results of this community service indicate that: (1) business actors are able to prepare simple bookkeeping and identify the actual financial condition of their business; (2) owners understand the importance of systematic financial recording and reporting; (3) after participating in the training, owners are able to apply bookkeeping to determine monthly profits and losses and plan financial strategies for the following period more effectively; (4) there is an increased understanding of online marketing concepts that can help them reach a wider customer base; and (5) the training equips laundry business owners with skills to utilize digital platforms more effectively for business promotion.

Abstract

Katarak adalah kekeruhan lensa yang menyebabkan penurunan ketajaman visual <6/18 yang dirasakan oleh pasien. Kelengkapan informasi medis katarak berupa hasil visus dan pemeriksaan slit lamp sangat penting dalam penegakkan diagnosa dan medukung keakuratan kode diagnosa dan tindakan yang diberikan. Keakuratan kode memengaruhi validitas data dalam pelaporan, pengambilan keputusan klinis serta pengajuan klaim pada pihak BPJS-Kesehatan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan memberikan gambaran kepada PMIK dan Coder tentang pengaruh kelengkapan informasi medis elektronik kasus katarak terhadap keakuratan kode diagnosa dan tindakan di RS.X. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan diskusi interaktif dengan sasaran Kepala Unit Kerja Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan dan 10 orang petugas. Hasil evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman PMIK dan Coder sebelum dan sesudah diberikan sosialisasi sebesar 55% dengan rerata pretest 58.00 dan posttest menjadi 90.00. Kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan serta meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman PMIK dan Coder tentang pentingnya kelengkapan informasi medis elektronik kasus katarak ditinjau hasil visus dan pemeriksaan slit lamp dalam mendukung kakuratan kode diagnosa dan tindakan yang diberikan.

Abstract

Perkembangan serangan siber yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis menuntut penerapan sistem deteksi intrusi yang mampu melakukan deteksi dini dengan akurasi tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja algoritma deep learning dalam mendeteksi serangan siber pada jaringan komputer melalui metode studi literatur. Studi ini mengkaji berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang relevan, termasuk penerapan arsitektur Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), VGGNet-16, dan Transformer-based deep learning, serta membandingkan performa algoritma berdasarkan metrik akurasi, precision, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa algoritma deep learning secara konsisten lebih unggul dibandingkan pendekatan machine learning tradisional maupun metode konvensional berbasis signature dalam mengenali pola serangan yang kompleks dan dinamis. Model deep learning mampu mengekstraksi fitur secara otomatis dari data jaringan berdimensi tinggi, meningkatkan efektivitas deteksi dini, dan adaptif terhadap serangan baru, termasuk zero-day attack. Meskipun demikian, evaluasi literatur juga menunjukkan adanya variasi kinerja yang dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan dataset, metode evaluasi, dan konteks penerapan, sehingga menekankan pentingnya standardisasi evaluasi kinerja algoritma. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai tren, tantangan, dan potensi pengembangan algoritma deep learning untuk sistem keamanan jaringan, sekaligus menjadi acuan bagi penelitian selanjutnya dalam meningkatkan efektivitas deteksi dini serangan siber.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of writing skills of third-grade students at SDN Landungsari 02 through the implementation of the Work-Based Literacy Strengthening Model. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with students and teachers selected purposively as subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and analysis of students' written works, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that work-based literacy, such as writing stories, poems, and pantuns, effectively improved students' writing skills, especially in developing ideas, vocabulary, and composing coherent paragraphs. In addition, this model also increased students' motivation and self-confidence and built a positive literacy culture in the classroom. The successful implementation of this model was supported by consistent implementation, active teacher involvement, and the availability of school facilities.
