Abstract

This community service program was implemented at Athira Bakery MSME to improve business competitiveness through digital marketing management training and financial record-keeping assistance. The main challenges faced by the business were the limited utilization of social media for promotion and the use of manual, unstructured financial records. The program applied a participatory approach involving observation, interviews, training, and direct mentoring. Digital marketing activities focused on social media account management, the development of engaging promotional content, and content scheduling. Financial management assistance introduced a simple digital bookkeeping system using Google Spreadsheets to record daily transactions, monthly summaries, and profit–loss reports. The results show an improvement in the owner’s understanding and skills in managing digital marketing and maintaining more systematic and accurate financial records. This program is expected to support more professional business management and enhance the sustainability of Athira Bakery MSME in the digital era. l requirement planning. Overall, this activity has helped partners improve their business management and operational efficiency, although the sustainability of the implementation still requires further assistance so that the benefits generated can continue to grow.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide education on preventing juvenile delinquency in the school environment, specifically in class XI 2 of SMAN 13 Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. From the community service activities where the implementation of the MKWK program class of 2025 Al-Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University, Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The conclusions obtained include: through this educational activity it is hoped that it can provide insight into the impact of juvenile delinquency. With this education it is hoped that delinquency among teenagers will be reduced and provide them with insight into the impacts that will occur from each juvenile delinquency they commit, so that it can create a safe school environment to encourage better future planning. This activity was carried out through counseling, simulation of cases/types of juvenile delinquency, and interactive discussions between us UMN students as resource persons and students. In addition, students were given a complete ppt about juvenile delinquency as well as its types and solutions. Students were also given time to write and tell what they experienced during school. The resource person also provided efforts and solutions in preventing juvenile delinquency and gave a small prize to students who had written and told their story in front of the class. Obstacles that arose included the difficulty of coordinating meeting times with the administration administrators in submitting correspondence.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital secara perlahan memengaruhi cara orang berinteraksi sosial, termasuk meningkatnya kebiasaan berjudi online di kalangan remaja. Judi online bisa menyebabkan kehilangan uang, mengganggu kesehatan mental, memengaruhi hubungan sosial, serta bisa melanggar aturan hukum. Penelitian ini mencoba meneliti bagaimana para remaja di Desa Kesimantengah, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Mojokerto mengakses dan menggunakan judi online, serta menganalisis risiko kesehatan dan hukum yang muncul, sekaligus membuat rencana tindakan yang bisa dijalankan oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan cara mengamati, wawancara, dan diskusi kelompok selama KKN.

Abstract

Kasus kekerasan terhadap anak meningkat setiap tahunnya, baik di wilayah perkotaan maupun di wilayah pedesaan. Terdapat kurang lebih 28.831 kekerasan terhadap anak sepanjang tahun 2024. Faktornya beragam dan kompleks antara lain faktor sosial, psikologis, distorsi nilai, struktural maupun kultural. Hal ini menjadi peringatan bagi masyarakat desa Walando untuk melakukan langkah pencegahan. Pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui kegiatan edukasi yang ditujukan kepada masyarakat desa Walando khususnya kepada para remaja di usia sekolah maupun kepada para orang tua. Program kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dan memperkuat upaya pengawasan orang tua terhadap lingkup pergaulan anak dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Bentuk kegiatan Pengabdian ini yaitu dengan memberikan kegiatan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat desa Walando dengan memberikan informasi, arahan serta pemahaman yang terkait dengan permasalahan sosial yang sering dan marak terjadi pada masyarakat serta dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan yang dapat merugikan diri dan masyarakat itu sendiri. Selain itu, kegiatan sosialisasi ini juga memberikan pemahaman terkait dengan langkah-langkah serta upaya pencegahannya. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat desa Walando lebih waspada dalam menjalani rutinitas kehidupannya karena bukan hanya adanya sanksi yang mengikat, baik sanksi secara hukum tetapi juga adanya sanksi secara adat yang berlaku di desa Walando.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif Model Kepemimpinan Kekuasaan di lingkungan sekolah, yang mencakup identifikasi sumber-sumber kekuasaan serta pengaruhnya terhadap dinamika organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif naratif dengan studi pustaka primer yang mengacu pada literatur sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa model kepemimpinan kekuasaan terdiri dari lima basis utama: kekuasaan legitimasi, imbalan (reward), paksaan (coercive), referensi, dan ahli. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun model ini menawarkan kekuatan dalam hal efisiensi dan kecepatan pengambilan keputusan pada situasi kritis, terdapat kelemahan signifikan berupa potensi rendahnya kolaborasi dan inovasi jika otoritas digunakan secara berlebihan. Selain itu, penggunaan kekuasaan yang terlalu dominan berisiko menciptakan jarak interpersonal antara kepala sekolah dan guru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas kepemimpinan pendidikan bergantung pada kemampuan pemimpin dalam menyeimbangkan otoritas formal dengan empati dan pendekatan partisipatif. Disarankan agar pemimpin sekolah melibatkan staf dalam pengambilan keputusan guna meningkatkan motivasi dan rasa memiliki demi terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang kondusif.

Abstract

The creative economy is a strategic sector in national economic growth, where the role of the government and the private sector is crucial in creating a conducive ecosystem. Collaborative governance with various parties is a concrete effort to achieve the shared goal of realizing Bojonegoro as a creative city supported by the formation of a creative economy ecosystem in Bojonegoro Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods. Data in this study were obtained from primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study shows that collaborative governance in the creative economy program in Bojonegoro Regency has been realized quite well. The government plays a role in providing adaptive and facilitative policies, while other collaborative sectors contribute to investment, technology, and broader business networks. Some key challenges include complex bureaucracy, lack of cross-sector coordination, and disparities in access to resources. To optimize this partnership strategy, a collaborative approach based on shared interests, transparency, and increased human resource capacity is needed.

Abstract

The gap in access to information technology in Indonesia's Frontier, Outermost, and Disadvantaged (3T) regions remains a crucial challenge in efforts to equalize the quality of national education and communication. This community service article aims to document and analyze the effectiveness of socialization of the use of Smart TVs as a means of improving the quality of communication and learning media in 3T regions. The main problems identified are low digital literacy and the use of technological devices that are limited to conventional entertainment functions, despite the enormous potential of internet-based devices to reduce the distance of information. The community service implementation method is carried out through a Community Development approach that includes technical demonstrations, interactive workshops on the use of digital education features, and mentoring for teachers and parents in curating learning content. The results of the community service show an increase in community understanding of the transformative function of Smart TVs as a window to global information and a dynamic instructional tool in schools with limited human resources. This article concludes that strengthening digital literacy through devices familiar in the domestic environment such as television can be an effective bridge to digital inclusion for communities in remote areas.

Abstract

This research examines the application of Article 35 of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) in cases involving manipulated digital transfer receipts, as adjudicated in Decision Number 358/Pid.B/2023/PN Yogyakarta. The study is motivated by the increasing prevalence of cybercrimes involving falsified electronic data, while law enforcement practice remains inconsistent in determining whether the lex specialis provision under the ITE Law or the general fraud provision under Article 378 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP) should apply. This research addresses two main issues: the analysis of criminal elements based on trial facts, and the application of electronic evidence as well as its implications for legal certainty in enforcing the ITE Law. A normative legal research method is employed, using statutory, case, and document approaches through examination of the court judgment. The results reveal that the elements of electronic data manipulation under Article 35 of the ITE Law were actually fulfilled, but the judges applied Article 378 KUHP by treating the falsified transfer receipt merely as an auxiliary tool rather than the core of the offense. This approach creates normative inconsistency and weakens the function of the ITE Law as lex specialis. The study concludes that the enforcement of the ITE Law in digital fraud cases has not been optimized, highlighting the need for standardized digital evidence examination and judicial guidelines to strengthen legal certainty.

Abstract

Orderly and accountable management of regional assets is an essential element in supporting the realization of optimal governance. In its implementation, the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services Agency (DPMPTSP) of Surabaya City utilizes the Regional Asset Management Information System (SIMBADA) website as a supporting tool for regional asset management. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the use of the SIMBADA website in supporting regional asset management within the DPMPTSP of Surabaya City. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation conducted during the internship period. The collected data were analyzed descriptively to describe the system usage flow, the benefits perceived by users, and various constraints encountered during its implementation. The results indicate that the SIMBADA website is fairly effective in assisting the recording, management, and disposal of regional assets in an integrated and efficient manner. However, several challenges remain, including uneven levels of employee discipline, the need for system quality improvement, and the necessity for more optimal employee training. Overall, the utilization of the SIMBADA website contributes positively to improving regional asset management.

Abstract

Stock price prediction is challenging due to fluctuating and nonlinear behavior. This study examines the effect of parameter optimization in Support Vector Machine (SVM) on prediction accuracy and error for stock prices. The dataset consists of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) stock data from 2022–2024 obtained from Yahoo Finance. The workflow includes normalization, windowing-based feature construction, train–test splitting, and modeling using ε-Support Vector Regression (ε-SVR) with a Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel. Parameter optimization is conducted via Optimize Parameters (Evolutionary) to find suitable C, gamma, and epsilon values, and the optimized model is compared against a baseline using LibSVM default parameters. Performance is evaluated using Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), Absolute Error (AE), Correlation, and Prediction Average. Results indicate that the optimized model produces more stable predictions and follows the actual pattern more consistently, although the baseline may yield lower numerical error in some cases. This finding suggests that parameter optimization increases model sensitivity to training patterns but requires careful regularization to prevent accuracy degradation on test data.
