Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran complete sentence penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Pada penelitian siklus I peneliti belum mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal, itu dikarenakan masih terdapat kekurangan guru dalam menyampaikan materi ajar, seperti guru belum menguasai dengan baik penerapan pembelajaran Complete Sentence, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil tes yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu dari 26 siswa kelas III SD Muhammadiyah I Gotalamo, yang berhasil (mencapai standar KKM 70) 13 siswa (50%) dan yang belum berhasil 13 (50%). Berdasarkan hasil tes dan juga standar ketuntasan klasikal (80%), maka peneliti dinyatakan belum berhasil dan harus melakukan penelitian ke siklus berikutnya (siklus II). Pada penelitian lanjutan (siklus II) peneliti lebih memperhatikan apa yang menjadi kendala pada penelitian awal (siklus I), dengan demikian hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian siklus II terjadi peningkatan. Dimana pada siklus I siswa berhasil 50% dari jumlah keseluruhan, tetapi pada siklus II dari keseluruhan (26 siswa) yang berhasil yaitu 21 siswa (80,08%) dan yang belum berhasil 5 (19,92%). Merujuk pada hasil yang diperoleh peneliti serta standar ketuntasan secara klasikal (80%), maka peneliti berkesimpulan bahwa peneliti sudah berhasil dalam melakukan penelitian dan tidak perlu melakukan penelitian lanjutan ke siklus III.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to see how successful skimming and scanning techniques are at improving students' reading comprehension. This study employed a pre-test and post-test control group design. The research subjects were first-year students from SMP Unggulan Negeri 1 Pulau Morotai. There were 66 students in all, divided into two groups of equal size: an experimental group and a control group. The results show that students or (33) got deficient levels in the control class. After the students were taught by using the conventional method, there was no improvement. While in the experimental group pre-test results showed that 100 percent of students (33) scored 0-54. After skimming and scanning techniques was applied the students’ score in reading comprehension were higher, this can be seen in the figure, from 100 percent of students (33) 64 percent students who got poor level (0-54), 24 percent students got moderate level, while in the range of scores from 70 to 84, there were 12 students. From these findings, skimming and scanning techniques were clearly beneficial in improving students' reading comprehension.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of improving student learning outcomes by using picture media in science subjects with Plant Parts material, in fifth grade students of SD GMIH Towara, Morotai Jaya District, Morotai Island Regency. The research model used in this study is a classroom action research (CAR) model which was held for fifth grade students at SD GMIH Towara, with a total of 24 students consisting of 6 girls and 18 boys. Meanwhile, the teacher who helped become an observer during this research was the homeroom teacher of class V SD GMIH Towara. The results of the research in the first cycle, students who completed were 14 people (58%) of the total (24 students), while 10 students (41%) had not succeeded. In the second cycle there was an increase in learning outcomes by (25%), so that students who were successful in the second cycle were 20 students (83%) and those who had not succeeded were 4 students (17%). Teaching and learning activities using Picture Media can improve science learning outcomes with the material "Parts of Plants".

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of various sources of problems in Civics learning, with the subject matter of “Life in harmony” The purpose of this study was to determine the results of Civics learning on the subject matter of “Life in harmony” by using a cooperative learning model of the make a match type in class students. IV MIN II Morotai , South Morotai District, Morotai Island Regency, The research model used in this study is a class action research (CAR) model which was held for fourth grade students of MIN II Morotai, with a total of 19 students consisting of 4 boys and 15 girls , The results of the test research in the first cycle of students who completed were 5 students (26,32%) of the total (19 students), while 14 student (73, 68%) were stated to have not succeeded in the first cicle. In the second cycle there was an increase in learning outcomes reaching (58,21%), so that students who were declared successful in the second cycle were 16 students (84,21%) and students who were declared unsuccessful in the second cycle is 3 students (15,7%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of crossword puzzles on the First-Grade students’ vocabulary of SMP Negeri 1 Morotai Island in the academic year 2020/2021. This study employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental research design. Questionnaires and tests were used as research instruments for data collection purposes. 52 First-Grader students were randomly selected to participate in the research process upon which a pre-test, treatment, and post-test were conducted. The results showed that the average score obtained by students during the pre-test was 45.28. The researcher then applied the crossword puzzles during the treatment process to see their effects on the student’s vocabulary. When the post-test was conducted, the students' average scores significantly rose to 76.19. This increase was found across aspects of vocabulary such as nouns, spelling, pronunciation, and understanding of the contextual meaning of the vocabulary in sentences. Thus, it can be concluded that Crossword Puzzles increase the First-Grade Students’ vocabulary of SMP Negeri Unggulan Pulau Morotai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher's role in improving the honesty character education of VB MIN 2 Morotai class students and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the teacher in building the honesty character of VB class students at MIN 2 Morotai. To achieve these objectives, this research uses a type of qualitative research with data collection, researchers use observation research methods, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. From the results of this study it can be concluded that: 1) The values ​​of honesty in class VB MIN 2 Morotai students have not been carried out optimally, , 2) The role of the teacher in instilling the values ​​of honesty in class students VB MIN 2 Morotai is illustrated through activities those inside and outside the class. 3) Factors that influence students' honesty values ​​are based on students' self-awareness, parents and the surrounding environment. The solution that can be done is to establish good communication between school principals, teachers and parents by paying attention to and teaching good things to students.

Abstract

One of the efforts of educators to increase students' interest in learning is to use various learning media, one of the media used is audio-visual. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of audio-visual learning media on elementary school students' learning interests. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with data analysis using Excel. The results of the study showed that students were very happy, interested and very interested in using audio-visual learning media in the teaching and learning process. With very high student interest and interest, this in turn influences student learning outcomes. Students can understand learning material more quickly.

Abstract

Fiqh is one of the Islamic education that continues to grow following the times. The focus of this research discusses the efforts of educators in increasing the learning output of students, especially fiqh subjects, at MAN Pulau Taliabu. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses a phenomology-based qualitative approach with a case study research method. The researcher found that the outputs of this study included the implementation of a one-sheet learning plan according to the rules of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The application of this research includes time indicators, teaching materials, learning methods and evaluation. Factors supporting this research are adequate facilities and infrastructure. The inhibiting factor of this research is the background of students who are not all graduates of madrasas or Islamic boarding schools so that it takes a long time to adapt to more in-depth religious lessons, namely fiqh lessons.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the use of teaching aids in science subjects on the subject of plant parts in class IV students at SD Negeri Juanga. The type of recearsh used in this research is the Classroom Action Research Method which we know as PTK. This Recearsh consists of two cycles and in general there are four stages, namely (1) Planning, (2) Implementation (action), observation (observing), and reflection (reflecting). Based on data analysis and discussion, the conclusion that can be draw from this research is that the use oh the teaching aids approach can improve the learing outcomes of fourth grade elementary scool students in the material parts of plants. In cycle I there were 10 student who completed and 12 students who did not complete, while in cycle II there were 18 students who completed and 4 students did not complete. This research was no longer continued in the next cycle og cycle III because in cycle II had met the predetermined standards so that the 4 students who did not complete weew onl given remedial material.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved in this research is to determine the improvement in learning outcomes for Civics subjects on village government topics using the Numbered Haeds Together (NHT) method for Grade IV students at SD Negeri Juanga. Benefits of Research a. The results of this research can contribute to educational development, especially in increasing learning activities for Civics subjects in class IV students at SD Negeri Juanga. b. This research is very beneficial for the author because it is a provision and adds insight and knowledge when the author becomes a teacher and applies the Numbered Haeds Together (NHT) method in transferring knowledge to students. The type of research used in this research is the Classroom Action Research method which we know as PTK (Classroom Action Research). This research consists of two cycles and in general, there are four stages, namely 1. Planning, 2. Implementation ( Acting), 3. Observing, and 4. Reflecting. Based on data analysis and discussion, the conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that student learning outcomes in Civics and Village Government Material subjects in cycle I were 14 people, 70% with an average score of 68.75. In cycle II, there were 17 people, 85% with an average score of 73. Thus, the Numbered Haeds Together (NHT) method can improve student learning outcomes in Civics subjects.
