Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the complex structural, political, and cultural challenges that hinder the achievement of the constitutional goal of "educating the life of the nation" (engraved in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution) in Indonesia.The method used is qualitative descriptive, including literature studies, descriptive analysis, case studies, and phenomenology, by examining various literature and legal documents. Although the Reformation era has brought significant changes, such as the decentralization of government (as the antithesis of the centralization of the New Order) and the purification of the presidential system, these constitutional goals are still hampered. The findings as the main challenges include: Structural Challenges: Includes political/party oligarchy, corruption, weak legal system (ineffective), and political dominance as commander-in-chief. Political Challenges: Manifested through opportunistic and pragmatic political practices, high cost politics, identity politics, and the implementation of procedural democracy that is not followed by substantial democracy. Cultural Challenges: Includes low political awareness (political blindness), community apathy, group egoism, and potential for religious radicalism in educational institutions. These challenges result in a misalignment between the ideals of the constitution and the reality of the state, thus hampering systemic efforts to educate the nation. Therefore, strengthening Civic Education (PKn) which focuses on political intelligence, active participation, and instilling the values of Pancasila and constitutionalism is considered as an urgency to overcome this problem. Abstract

The postpartum period is a transitional period that can cause a crisis in the life of the mother and family, because at this time the mother will experience physical and psychological changes. The purpose of this study was to describe the description of family support and the forms of support that can be provided to deal with the incidence of postpartum depression. The method used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative with a literature review research design, researchers identify 15 journals with 10 national journals and 5 international journals. 9 journals describing husband's support, 5 social support journals and 1 family support journal. After the study was conducted, the results obtained From 15 scientific articles found forms of support that can be given to deal with the incidence of postpartum depression in postpartum mothers 5 journals about emotional support, instrumentasl, information and appreciation. 1 journal on infant care support. 2 journals about support provided by health workers. 6 journals of social support provided by the family and 1 journal that discusses informational support, rewards and group support. Therefore, it can be concluded that the support provided by the family/husband in the form of emotional support, appreciation, instrumental and information or social support can help mothers face the postpartum period and reduce the risk and level of depression experienced by postpartum mothers.

Abstract

Purpose of the Study, this study aims to assess the performance of the Merauke Archipelago Fisheries Port (PPN) using national standard indicators and to identify gaps (GAPs) across key components including administration, facilities, public services, investment, and industry. The research seeks to map priority areas that require strategic improvements to strengthen port competitiveness and support sustainable fisheries development in South Papua. Materials and Methods, A descriptive-evaluative design was employed by comparing actual port performance with national standards. The analysis involved evaluative scoring, GAP analysis to identify discrepancies between expected and actual conditions, and descriptive interpretation for deeper explanation of performance strengths and weaknesses. Results, the evaluation shows that Merauke PPN achieves a good performance level with a total score of 73.75 out of 100. Strong performance is recorded in physical and operational facilities such as pond capacity, pier dimensions, production volume, and vessel visit frequency. However, critical GAPs are found in digitalization (SHTI and SISKA systems), limited technical facilities for docking and repair, low logistics service efficiency, minimal processing industry presence, and insufficient human resources. Conclusions, the port’s strengths remain concentrated in physical infrastructure, while functional and managerial components lag behind. Four key improvement strategies are recommended: modernizing information systems, providing technical support facilities, developing the processing industry, and strengthening human resource capacity to enhance competitiveness and sustainability.

Abstract

his study aims to analyze the influence of customer engagement and service quality on sales growth mediated by customer satisfaction at DapurMamiAsri, a culinary business located in Sanur, Bali. The intense competition within the culinary sector, particularly in the tourism area of Denpasar, highlights the need for businesses to strengthen customer relationships and service strategies to sustain growth. This quantitative research involved 150 customers selected using Slovin’s formula through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings show that customer engagement and service quality significantly and positively influence customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction further enhances sales growth and mediates the relationship between customer engagement and service quality with sales growth. This research supports Relationship Marketing Theory by emphasizing the strategic role of engagement and service quality in developing customer satisfaction and driving business performance. Practically, the findings offer insights for culinary businesses to improve customer experience and strengthen competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan arsip dinamis pada Dinas Kearsipan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dengan fokus pada pengarsipan dokumen pemerintah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi guna memahami kondisi aktual pengelolaan arsip di tingkat provinsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengelolaan arsip telah mengikuti siklus hidup arsip, namun implementasinya belum optimal. Kendala utama yang ditemukan meliputi kurangnya kompetensi sumber daya manusia, ketidakkonsistenan sistem klasifikasi arsip, serta terbatasnya infrastruktur pendukung baik untuk arsip fisik maupun digital. Upaya digitalisasi telah dilakukan, tetapi belum terintegrasi penuh karena minimnya standar operasional prosedur dan belum adanya sistem manajemen arsip elektronik yang komprehensif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan kapasitas SDM, penguatan infrastruktur teknologi, standarisasi prosedur pengelolaan arsip, serta penerapan sistem pengarsipan elektronik terintegrasi untuk mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan yang lebih efektif dan akuntabel.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of compensation, career development, and communication on employee performance at PT. Regional Water Company Padang City. As a public service provider, the company relies on optimal employee performance to ensure efficient and reliable water distribution services. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method, with data collected through structured questionnaires distributed to employees across various units. The variables studied include compensation, career development, communication, and employee performance. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of each independent variable on performance. The results show that compensation, career development, and communication each have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Among these variables, career development demonstrates the strongest influence, indicating the critical role of professional growth opportunities in enhancing work outcomes. The study concludes that improving compensation systems, strengthening career development programs, and fostering effective communication can significantly enhance employee performance. Recommendations for management and suggestions for further research are provided.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi era digital yang penuh dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, transformasi mendalam terjadi dalam domain hak cipta, memunculkan tantangan yang kompleks, terutama dalam aspek hukum waris. Warisan digital menjadi isu yang semakin mendesak, terutama ketika menghadapi kenyataan bahwa banyak aspek hidup dan karya kreatif seseorang sekarang tersimpan dalam bentuk data digital. Bagaimana hak cipta terhadap aset digital ini diturunkan kepada ahli waris menjadi suatu pertanyaan etis dan praktis yang kompleks.Penting untuk memahami bagaimana pengelolaan hak cipta telah berubah seiring dengan evolusi teknologi. Penulisan jurnal ini mengadopsi metode penelitian secara hukum normatif. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian, penulis menggunakan teknik metoda kepustakaan (library research). Sumber-sumber literatur, seperti buku-buku yang dipilih berdasarkan relevansi dengan masalah yang diteliti, menjadi acuan utama dalam mengkaji isu-isu penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implikasi etika dalam hak cipta menjadi fokus dalam mengakomodasi kehendak etis pencipta terkait dengan warisan digital. Dengan pembaruan regulasi, dan kolaborasi global, sistem hukum dapat memastikan bahwa pewarisan hak cipta di era digital dapat dilakukan dengan adil dan efektif.

Abstract

Katarak senilis matur adalah kondisi oftalmologis yang berkembang akibat penuaan, menyebabkan kekeruhan lensa mata secara progresif. Penyakit ini adalah salah satu penyebab utama kebutaan di dunia, dengan prevalensi yang meningkat seiring bertambahnya usia. Faktor risiko utama yang mempengaruhi perkembangan katarak senilis matur meliputi paparan sinar ultraviolet (UV), kebiasaan merokok, serta kondisi medis seperti diabetes mellitus dan hipertensi. Katarak dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien, terutama dalam hal penglihatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain laporan kasus (case report) yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan secara sistematis proses diagnosis, penatalaksanaan, dan hasil klinis pada seorang pasien dengan katarak senilis matur. Metode laporan kasus dipilih karena kondisi pasien menunjukkan karakteristik klinis yang khas, perkembangan keluhan yang progresif, serta respons yang representatif terhadap prosedur fakoemulsifikasi, sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi ilmiah terhadap praktik oftalmologi klinis. Pasien, Tn. D, seorang pria berusia 75 tahun, datang ke Poli Mata RS YARSI pada tanggal 10 Februari 2025 dengan keluhan penglihatan kabur pada mata kanan yang sudah berlangsung selama 8 bulan terakhir. Pasien melaporkan bahwa penglihatannya semakin memburuk dalam dua bulan terakhir, dengan keluhan silau yang semakin berat saat terpapar sinar matahari. Pemeriksaan fisik menunjukkan visus 1/300 pada mata kanan, serta kekeruhan homogen pada lensa mata kanan tanpa iris shadow yang mengarah pada diagnosis katarak senilis matur. Keberhasilan operasi ini sangat bergantung pada usia pasien, kondisi kesehatan umum, serta penanganan pascaoperasi yang optimal. Pembedahan yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien secara signifikan, terutama dalam hal penglihatan yang lebih jelas dan bebas dari gangguan katarak.

Abstract

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) merupakan teknik analisis yang paling banyak digunakan dalam evaluasi obat antiinflamasi karena mampu menghasilkan pemisahan yang baik, sensitivitas tinggi, serta kuantifikasi yang akurat pada berbagai matriks, baik sediaan farmasi maupun sampel biologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan penggunaan metode HPLC terkini pada analisis obat antiinflamasi serta meninjau karakteristik pemisahan, kondisi instrumen, dan parameter validasi yang dilaporkan dalam literatur. Penelusuran artikel dilakukan melalui beberapa database ilmiah dengan kriteria inklusi berupa artikel penelitian original full-text, penggunaan HPLC sebagai metode utama, serta rentang publikasi tahun 2016–2025. Dari proses seleksi, diperoleh 25 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi variasi kolom kromatografi, komposisi fase gerak, jenis detektor, serta teknik preparasi sampel. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa HPLC tetap menjadi metode yang dominan digunakan untuk penetapan kadar, identifikasi impuritas, dan evaluasi stabilitas obat antiinflamasi. Perbedaan jenis kolom seperti C18, fenil, dan kolom berdimensi kecil, serta penggunaan fase gerak berbasis campuran buffer–organik, menjadi strategi umum untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pemisahan. Selain itu, validasi metode yang meliputi linearitas, presisi, akurasi, limit deteksi, limit kuantifikasi, serta robustness menjadi aspek krusial yang menentukan keandalan hasil analisis. Secara keseluruhan, kajian ini menegaskan bahwa HPLC masih menjadi teknik yang sangat relevan dan andal dalam analisis obat antiinflamasi, serta mampu mendukung pengembangan metode analitik yang lebih efisien dan memenuhi standar kualitas di bidang farmasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji puncak-puncak capaian sufistik dalam tradisi tasawuf melalui pendekatan metodologis yang komprehensif. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada konsep-konsep sentral seperti ma‘rifat, fana’, baqa’, ittihad, hulul, dan wihdat al-wujud, serta bagaimana konsep tersebut berkembang dalam konteks historis, epistemologis, dan teologis. Penelitian ini juga menelaah bagaimana pengalaman puncak sufistik dipahami, diinterpretasi, dan dipersoalkan dalam wacana kontemporer, khususnya terkait otoritas spiritual, validitas pengetahuan mistik, serta implikasi etis dan sosialnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan analisis isi yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan historis-kritis, hermeneutis, dan fenomenologis. Karya-karya klasik tokoh sufi seperti Al-Ghazali, Al-Qusyairi, dan Ibn Arabi, serta literatur akademik kontemporer tentang tasawuf, dijadikan sumber utama dalam merumuskan gambaran metodologis yang utuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa puncak capaian sufistik merupakan konstruksi multidimensional yang tidak dapat dipahami hanya melalui kerangka teologis, tetapi juga menuntut pembacaan psikologis, sosial, dan epistemologis. Pendekatan fenomenologis mengungkap sifat subjektif namun terstruktur dari pengalaman mistik, sementara pendekatan historis menyoroti konteks sosial-politik yang membentuk kontroversi seputar konsep seperti ittihad atau wihdat al-wujud. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman terhadap capaian sufistik harus diletakkan dalam kerangka metodologis yang integratif agar mampu menjelaskan kompleksitas pengalaman spiritual, sekaligus menilai relevansinya dalam menjawab persoalan spiritual modern. Tasawuf tetap memiliki signifikansi kontemporer sejauh dipahami secara kritis, etis, dan berbasis pada otentisitas tradisi.
