Journal of Community Empowerment is multidisciplinary scientific journal in the field of empowerment and community Service, published by the English Department Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram with a publication period of two times in one year, namely in June and December. This journal covers some general problems from the results of research implemented to the community services including (1) social humanities, science, applied science, economic, health, cultural, ICT Development, and administration services, (2) Training and improvement in the results of educational, agricultural, information and communication, and appropriate technology, (3) community empowerment, students community services, local food security, marketing, and less developed region. The purpose of this journal publication is to disseminate conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the field of service to the community. This journal accepts manuscript in Bahasa or English.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan masih menjadi tantangan serius di banyak lembaga pendidikan, khususnya diwilayah pedesaan. Sebagian besar siswa di madrasah ini menunjukkan tingkat kepedulian yang rendah terhadap lingkungan sekolah. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan menumbuhkan karakter tanggung jawab dan kepedulian lingkungan siswa melalui kegiatan apotek hidup di MTs Dayama Jerowaru, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Community-Based Participatory Approach dan Experiential Learning yang menempatkan siswa sebagai subjek aktif dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning). Program ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan Agustus-September 2025 yang melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru, dan 68 siswa kelas VII–IX dalam enam tahapan: sosialisasi nilai karakter, pelatihan, penanaman tanaman obat, pembentukan kelompok piket, serta refleksi dan evaluasi karakter. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada indikator karakter siswa, yaitu kepedulian lingkungan meningkat dari 28% menjadi 86%, tanggung jawab dari 32% menjadi 90%, disiplin dari 45% menjadi 88%, dan kerja sama dari 40% menjadi 92%. Selain perubahan perilaku, kegiatan ini juga memperkuat nilai-nilai Islam seperti amanah dan kebersihan sebagai bagian dari iman serta menghidupkan kembali kearifan lokal Jerowaru dalam pemanfaatan tanaman herbal. Program ini terbukti efektif membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan melalui pengalaman langsung dan kolaborasi sekolah dengan masyarakat.Kata kunci: Apotek Hidup; Karakter Siswa; MTs Dayama Jerowaru. ABSTRACTDeveloping an environmentally conscious character remains a serious challenge in many educational institutions, particularly in rural areas. Most students at this madrasah demonstrate a low level of concern for the school environment. Community service program aims to foster students’ sense of responsibility and environmental awareness through a living pharmacy activity at MTs Dayama Jerowaru, East Lombok Regency. The program was implemented using a Community-Based Participatory Approach and Experiential Learning, positioning students as active agents in Project-Based Learning activities. This program was implemented from August to September 2025, involving the madrasah principal, teachers, and 68 students in grades VII–IX in six stages: character value socialization, training, planting medicinal plants, forming duty groups, and character reflection and evaluation. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in students’ character indicators: environmental awareness increased from 28% to 86%, responsibility from 32% to 90%, discipline from 45% to 88%, and cooperation from 40% to 92%. Beyond behavioral changes, the program also reinforced Islamic values such as trustworthiness and cleanliness as part of faith, while revitalizing Jerowaru’s local wisdom in the use of herbal plants. Overall, this program proved effective in cultivating environmental care and responsibility through direct experience and collaborative engagement between the school and the community. Keywords: Living Pharmacy; Students’ Character; MTs Dayama Jerowaru.

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk menjawab kebutuhan peningkatan kompetensi guru Bahasa Inggris di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dalam mengajarkan materi korespondensi bisnis internasional dan komunikasi internasional untuk kemitraan global, mengingat masih dominannya pembelajaran keterampilan dasar yang belum terarah pada tuntutan dunia kerja internasional. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan profesional guru dalam merencanakan serta mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis korespondensi dan komunikasi bisnis lintas negara. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup asesmen awal melalui wawancara terbuka untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan tingkat kemampuan guru, pelaksanaan workshop intensif yang berfokus pada penguatan materi dan praktik penyusunan korespondensi profesional, serta asesmen akhir melalui kuesioner terbuka untuk menilai peningkatan kompetensi setelah kegiatan Kegiatan ini melibatkan para guru Bahasa Inggris dari SMK di wilayah setempat dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 10 peserta, di mana sekitar 80% di antaranya belum memahami secara memadai konsep dan praktik materi yang menjadi fokus pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, meliputi pemahaman format, penggunaan bahasa profesional, serta urgensi pengembangan kompetensi komunikasi bisnis internasional bagi siswa SMK, sehingga kegiatan ini terbukti berperan penting dalam memperkuat kapasitas profesional guru dan direkomendasikan untuk dilakukan secara berkelanjutan guna menjaga relevansi pembelajaran dengan dinamika kebutuhan industri global.Kata kunci: Keterampilan Bahasa Inggris; Bisnis Korespondensi Internasional; Pengembangan Guru; SMK; EFL. ABSTRACTThis community service program was implemented to address the need for enhancing the competencies of English teachers at vocational high schools (SMK) in delivering instruction on international business correspondence and international communication for global partnerships, considering that current classroom practices remain largely focused on basic skills that are not yet aligned with the demands of the global workforce. The primary objective of this program is to improve teachers’ professional knowledge and skills in planning and implementing learning activities that integrate international business correspondence and cross-border communication. The implementation method involved an initial assessment through open-ended interviews to identify existing challenges and the teachers’ level of understanding, followed by an intensive workshop emphasizing content reinforcement and practical exercises in professional correspondence, and concluded with a final assessment using open-ended questionnaires to evaluate competency development after the program. This activity engaged 10 English teachers from local vocational high schools, of whom approximately 80% were found to have limited understanding of the concepts and practical applications of the targeted material. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills, particularly in terms of understanding standard formats, using professional language, and recognizing the importance of developing international business communication competencies for SMK students. Therefore, this program has proven valuable in strengthening the professional capacity of English teachers and is recommended to be conducted continuously to ensure the relevance of English instruction in vocational schools with the evolving dynamics of global industry needs.Keywords: English Skill; International Business Correspondence; Teacher Development; SMK; EFL.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberdayakan warga sekolah dalam membangun budaya perilaku hidup bersih berbasis nilai Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) di SD ‘Aisyiyah 2 Mataram. Analisis situasi awal menunjukkan bahwa praktik kebersihan belum konsisten, ditandai dengan 65% siswa belum terbiasa mencuci tangan sebelum makan, 52% membuang sampah tidak pada tempatnya, serta fasilitas kebersihan yang terbatas. Integrasi nilai kebersihan dalam pembelajaran AIK juga belum optimal. Kondisi ini menegaskan perlunya penguatan pembiasaan kebersihan melalui pendekatan edukatif, keteladanan, dan perbaikan sarana. Program dilaksanakan melalui tahapan studi pendahuluan, penyusunan program, sosialisasi dan penyuluhan nilai AIK tentang kebersihan, pelatihan guru, implementasi gerakan budaya hidup bersih, penyediaan fasilitas kebersihan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Kegiatan melibatkan 5 guru dan 40 siswa kelas III dan IV dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik kebersihan. Pengetahuan siswa mengenai Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat meningkat dari 55% menjadi 88% setelah penyuluhan. Praktik cuci tangan yang benar naik dari 35% menjadi 82% setelah penerapan cuci tangan terstruktur. Kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan nilai AIK dalam pembelajaran meningkat dari 40% menjadi 85% usai pelatihan. Penyediaan sarana seperti tempat sampah terpilah, wastafel, dan media edukasi turut memperkuat pembiasaan positif. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil membentuk model pembiasaan hidup bersih berbasis AIK yang efektif dan berkelanjutan, serta berpotensi direplikasi di sekolah Muhammadiyah lainnya.Kata kunci: Pendidikan Al-Islam; Kemuhammadiyahan; Budaya Hidup Bersih; Sekolah Dasar. ABSTRACTThis community service activity aims to empower school members in developing a culture of clean living based on Islamic and Muhammadiyah values (AIK) at SD 'Aisyiyah 2 Mataram. An initial situation analysis shows that hygiene practices are inconsistent, with 65% of students not accustomed to washing their hands before eating, 52% disposing of rubbish improperly, and limited hygiene facilities. The integration of hygiene values into AIK learning is also not optimal. These conditions emphasised the need to strengthen hygiene habits through an educational approach, role modelling, and facility improvements. The programme was implemented through preliminary studies, programme development, socialisation and dissemination of AIK values on hygiene, teacher training, implementation of a clean living culture movement, provision of hygiene facilities, and monitoring and evaluation. The activity involved 5 teachers and 40 third and fourth grade students using a participatory approach. The program results showed a significant increase in knowledge, attitudes, and hygiene practices. Students' knowledge of Clean and Healthy Living Behaviours increased from 55% to 88% after the outreach. Proper hand washing practices increased from 35% to 82% after the implementation of structured hand washing. Teachers' competence in integrating AIK values into learning increased from 40% to 85% after training. The provision of facilities such as separate rubbish bins, sinks, and educational media also reinforced positive habits. Overall, this programme succeeded in forming an effective and sustainable model of clean living based on AIK, which has the potential to be replicated in other Muhammadiyah schools.Keywords: Al-Islam Education; Kemuhammadiyahan; Clean Living Culture; Elementary School.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAnak usia sekolah harus memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang pubertas, namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak anak yang belum memiliki pengetahuan yang tepat tentang pubertas. Keterbatasan pengetahuan anak tentang pubertas juga dialami oleh mitra dimana anak mengungkapkan bahwa pengetahuan pubertas diperoleh dari internet dan anak lebih banyak bercerita tentang pubertas kepada teman, sedangkan orang tua dan guru juga mengungkapkan kesulitan untuk melakukan pendidikan seks tentang pubertas pada anak. Oleh karena itu kegiatan pemberdayaan berbasis masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan anak dan guru terkait pubertas dan keterampilan guru dalam pemanfaatan artificial intelegence dalam pendidikan pubertas kepada peserta didik. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan tahapan sosialisasi kegiatan; pelatihan dalam bentuk edukasi pubertas kepada anak dengan metode permainan serta pelatihan story telling pada guru; penerapan iptek dalam bentuk pelatihan kepada guru berupa Canva, Chat GPT, dan D-Id; monitoring dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan di SD GMIM 32 Manado dengan peserta 29 peserta didik dan 10 orang guru yang dilaksanakan bulan September-Oktober 2024. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan anak (79%) dan guru (100%) terkait pubertas serta peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam membuat media edukasi seperti poster menggunakan canva. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini membawa dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan anak serta peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru.Kata kunci: Artificial Intelengence; Anak Usia Sekolah; Guru; Pubertas; Story Telling.ABSTRACTSchool-aged children should have a good understanding of puberty, but in reality, many children still lack adequate knowledge about puberty. Children's limited knowledge about puberty is also experienced by partners, where children reveal that they obtain knowledge about puberty from the internet and talk more about puberty with their friends, while parents and teachers also express difficulty in educating children about puberty. Therefore, this community-based empowerment activity aims to increase children's and teachers' knowledge related to puberty and teachers' skills in utilising artificial intelligence in puberty education for students. The method in implementing activities with the stages of socialisation of activities: training in the form of puberty education to children with game methods and storytelling training for teachers; application of science and technology in the form of training for teachers in the form of Canva, Chat GPT, and D-Id; monitoring and evaluation. The implementation of activities took place at GMIM 32 Manado Elementary School, involving 29 students and 10 teachers, from September to October 2024. The results of the activity showed an increase in children's (79%) and teachers' (100%) knowledge related to puberty, as well as an improvement in teachers' skills in creating educational media, such as posters, using Canva. Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Pendidikan merupakan fondasi utama dalam membangun SDM yang berkualitas. Salah satu aspek krusial dalam pendidikan adalah literasi. Namun, masih banyak sekolah dasar mengalami permasalahan literasi, termasuk SD Negeri 5 Besakih. Mitra PKM ini adalah SD Negeri 5 Besakih, yang terdiri atas 9 orang guru dan 110 siswa yang terlibat aktif dalam rangkaian pendampingan. SD Negeri 5 Besakih termasuk sekolah terpencil di Kabupaten Karangasem. Lokasi sekolah yang berada di kaki Gunung Agung menyebabkan jarang mendapat perhatian. Siswa yang bersekolah di SD 5 Besakih adalah anak-anak petani yang jarang mendapat penguatan literasi di rumahnya. Kemampuan literasi siswa di SD Negeri 5 Besakih masih sangat rendah. Hal ini terlihat dari Raport Pendidikan SD Negeri 5 Besakih Tahun 2023 yang menunjukkan capaian literasi pada kategori minimum. Selain itu, masalah yang dihadapi SD Negeri 5 Besakih adalah PHBS. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menguatkan kemampuan literasi siswa melalui optimalisasi Pojok Baca “Ratu Dongeng” berbasis media digital; dan (2) membentuk pembiasaan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) di lingkungan SD Negeri 5 Besakih. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode PALS (participatory action learning system), yang meliputi persiapan (analisis kebutuhan mitra), pelaksanaan berupa sosialisasi dan pendampingan, monitoring berupa praktik mendongeng oleh siswa, evaluasi terhadap program ratu doengang dan refleksi. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kegiatan optimalisasi pojok baca “ratu dongeng” berbasis media digital dapat mengatasi permasalahan literasi melalui pendekatan holistik dengan menerapkan Program Rabu dan Sabtu mendongeng yang dikaitkan dengan pemanfaatan media digital berupa video dongeng; (2) kegiatan optimalisasi pojok baca “Ratu Dongeng” dapat digunakan mengatasi permasalahan PHBS, seperti kebiasaan jajan sembarangan, membuang sampah, dan kurangnya kepedulian terhadap kebersihan lingkungan sekolah. Kata kunci: Pojok Baca, Literasi, Media Digital. ABSTRACTEducation is the main foundation in developing quality human resources. One crucial aspect of education is literacy. However, many elementary schools still face literacy problems, including SD Negeri 5 Besakih. The partner of this community service program is SD Negeri 5 Besakih, consisting of 9 teachers and 110 students who were actively involved in the implementation process. SD Negeri 5 Besakih is categorized as a remote school in Karangasem Regency. Its location at the foot of Mount Agung has resulted in limited access and minimal attention from external parties. The students, who mostly come from farming families, receive very little literacy support at home. The literacy skills of students at SD Negeri 5 Besakih remain low, as shown in the 2023 Education Report, which indicates that the school’s literacy achievement is still at the minimum category. In addition to literacy issues, the school also faces problems related to Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). This community service program aims to (1) strengthen students’ literacy skills through the optimization of the digital-based “Ratu Dongeng” Reading Corner, and (2) develop Clean and Healthy Living Habits (PHBS) among students at SD Negeri 5 Besakih. The program employs the PALS (Participatory Action Learning System) method, which includes preparation (needs analysis), implementation through socialization and mentoring, monitoring through students’ storytelling practice, and evaluation of the “Ratu Dongeng” program followed by reflection. The results of this program indicate that (1) the optimization of the digital-based “Ratu Dongeng” Reading Corner effectively addressed literacy problems through a holistic approach by implementing Wednesday and Saturday storytelling activities supported by digital media in the form of storytelling videos; and (2) the optimization of the “Ratu Dongeng” Reading Corner also helped address PHBS-related issues, such as unhealthy snacking habits, littering, and low awareness of school cleanliness. Keywords: Reading Corner, Literacy, Digital Media.

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Terbatasnya integrasi konsep sains dan matematika dalam pendidikan anak usia dini masih menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi melalui pendekatan kontekstual berbasis aktivitas sehari-hari. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman ilmiah, keterampilan logis, serta karakter anak melalui praktik perawatan pakaian sebagai media pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan praktikum berbasis pusat sains tematik yang mencakup empat tahap, yaitu merendam, mencuci, menjemur, dan melipat pakaian. Mitra kegiatan adalah TK Annisa Tarakan dengan sasaran 12 anak usia 5–6 tahun. Evaluasi dilaksanakan melalui observasi langsung, catatan anekdot, daftar periksa indikator perkembangan, serta dokumentasi foto. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada softskill anak, yaitu rasa ingin tahu ilmiah (83%), tanggung jawab (76%), dan refleksi emosional (71%). Selain itu, terdapat penguatan hardskill berupa pemahaman bahan pembersih, pengamatan perubahan fisik, serta penerapan konsep matematika dasar seperti pengukuran waktu, klasifikasi bentuk, dan simetri. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa rutinitas harian dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media edukatif yang bermakna, ekonomis, dan dapat direplikasi di lingkungan PAUD dengan keterbatasan sumber daya.Kata kunci: Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini; Pembelajaran Kontekstual; Sains; Matematika Dasar. ABSTRACTThe limited integration of science and mathematics concepts in early childhood education remains a challenge that requires contextual approaches based on daily activities. This community service program aimed to enhance children’s scientific understanding, logical skills, and character development through clothing care practices as a learning medium. The implementation method employed thematic science-center practicum activities consisting of four stages: soaking, washing, drying, and folding clothes. The partner institution was TK Annisa Tarakan, involving 12 children aged 5–6 years. Evaluation was conducted through direct observation, anecdotal records, developmental checklists, and photo documentation. The results indicated significant improvement in children’s soft skills, including scientific curiosity (83%), responsibility (76%), and emotional reflection (71%). In addition, the program strengthened hard skills such as understanding cleaning materials, observing physical changes, and applying basic mathematical concepts including time measurement, shape classification, and symmetry. These findings demonstrate that daily routines can serve as meaningful and economical educational media, which are replicable in early childhood education settings with limited resources.Keywords: Early Childhood Education; Contextual Learning, Science; Basic Mathematics.

Namun, hasil observasi awal di TK Karya Cendikia, Bandung, menunjukkan beberapa tantangan, yaitu terbatasnya koleksi buku Islami, rendahnya pemanfaatan fasilitas perpustakaan, serta keterampilan orang tua dalam bercerita yang masih kurang. Kondisi ini menghambat tumbuhnya budaya literasi Islami berkelanjutan pada anak. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dirancang untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut melalui pelatihan bercerita bagi orang tua dan penguatan perpustakaan sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi: (1) lokakarya interaktif dan pendampingan bagi orang tua untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bercerita; (2) perbaikan fasilitas perpustakaan melalui penataan ruang, penambahan koleksi buku Islami sesuai usia anak, serta penerapan katalog digital sederhana; dan (3) monitoring serta evaluasi keterlibatan anak dalam kegiatan literasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi orang tua dalam bercerita secara kreatif, meningkatnya minat anak dalam mengakses perpustakaan, serta bertambahnya ketertarikan anak membaca buku bertema Islami. Selain itu, perpustakaan menjadi lebih ramah anak dan berfungsi optimal sebagai pusat kegiatan literasi.Program ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi peran orang tua dengan dukungan kelembagaan sekolah dalam menumbuhkan literasi Islami anak usia dini.Kata kunci: Literasi Islami; Anak Usia Dini; Pelatihan Bercerita; Perpustakaan Sekolah; Pemberdayaan Orang Tua. ABSTRACTThe development of Islamic literacy in early childhood requires collaboration between schools and families. However, preliminary observations at TK Karya Cendikia, Bandung, showed several challenges: limited Islamic book collections, underutilized library facilities, and insufficient parental skills in storytelling. These conditions hinder the growth of sustainable Islamic literacy among children. This community service program was designed to address these issues by implementing storytelling training for parents and strengthening the school library. The methods included: (1) interactive workshops and mentoring sessions for parents to enhance storytelling techniques; (2) improvement of library facilities through spatial arrangement, enrichment of age-appropriate Islamic book collections, and the introduction of a simple digital catalog; and (3) monitoring and evaluation of children’s engagement in literacy activities.The results demonstrated increased parental competence in creative storytelling, greater enthusiasm among children in accessing the library, and heightened interest in reading Islamic-themed books. Furthermore, the library environment became more child-friendly and functional, supporting continuous literacy practices at school. Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemandirian Komunitas Batik Tiga Zaman, yang terdiri dari 14 pengrajin batik di Balikpapan dan Penajam Paser Utara, dalam menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi dan inovasi produk. Permasalahan utama mitra meliputi keterbatasan kemampuan digitalisasi desain, kurangnya inovasi produk sesuai tren pasar, serta rendahnya literasi digital dan kewirausahaan kreatif di kalangan anggota yang sebagian besar ibu rumah tangga. Melalui pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), program ini memanfaatkan potensi lokal seperti keterampilan membatik dan jejaring sosial untuk pengembangan berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, di mana sekitar 75% peserta naik dari pemahaman rendah menjadi tinggi dalam penggunaan Generative AI untuk desain batik, 20% stabil pada tingkat baik, dan hanya 5% masih rendah. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat literasi digital dan inovasi desain batik berbasis teknologi.Kata kunci: Batik; Generative AI; digitalisasi; inovasi produk; ABCD. ABSTRACTThis Community Service Program (PkM) aims to improve the capacity and independence of the Tiga Zaman Batik Community, which consists of 14 batik artisans in Balikpapan and Penajam Paser Utara, in facing the challenges of digitization and product innovation. The main issues faced by partners include limited digital design capabilities, a lack of product innovation in line with market trends, and low digital literacy and creative entrepreneurship among members, most of whom are housewives. Through an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, this program utilizes local potential such as batik skills and social networks for sustainable development. Activity results show significant improvement, with approximately 75% of participants advancing from low to high proficiency in using Generative AI for batik design, 20% remaining at a good level, and only 5% still at a low level. Abstract

ABSTRAKPara petani dan peternak di Desa Sigar Penjalin dihadapkan pada permasalahan terkait rendahnya nilai tambah komoditas jambu mete, inefisiensi usaha ternak akibat keterbatasan pakan di musim kemarau, lemahnya pembukuan, dan akses pasar pascagempa serta pandemi. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi bernilai tambah, memperkuat manajemen usaha, dan membuka akses pemasaran offline dan online bagi kelompok tani briuk patuh dan kelompok ternak briuk maju. Metode meliputi sosialisasi, diskusi kelompok terarah, pelatihan teknis berupa pembuatan abon dari daging mete dan pembuatan kacang mete dari biji mete, pembuatan pakan fermentasi, pendampingan manajerial berupa literasi keuangan, pencatatan keuangan digital, branding dan kemasan produk, serta pemasaran online. Sebesar 80% peserta mengalami kenaikan literat finansial dan 75% mengadopsi pencatatan digital, dengan evaluasi pre dan post test. Melalui implementasi yang diberikan pada kegiatan ini, dapat produksi kacang mete sebanyak 200 kg/bulan, dapat memproduksi abon daging mete sebanyak 30–50 kg/bulan, dapat memproduksi pakan fermentasi sebanyak 200 kg/bulan, dan pembuatan toko online di e-commerce shopee serta marketplace facebook. Integrasi teknologi tepat guna, inovasi pengolahan produk, dan manajemen keuangan serta pemasaran efektif meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi lokal.Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan Desa; Jambu Mete; Pakan Fermentasi; Pemasaran Online; Keuangan Digital. ABSTRACTFarmers and livestock breeders in Sigar Penjalin Village are faced with challenges related to low cashew value, livestock business inefficiency due to limited feed during the dry season, weak bookkeeping, and market access following the earthquake and pandemic. The objective of this activity was to increase value-added production capacity, strengthen business management, and open offline and online marketing access for the Briuk Patuh farmer group and the Briuk Maju livestock group. Methods included outreach, focus group discussions, technical training in the form of making shredded cashew meat and making cashew nuts from cashew kernels, making fermented feed, managerial assistance in the form of financial literacy, digital financial recording, product branding and packaging, and online marketing. Eighty percent of participants experienced an increase in financial literacy and 75% adopted digital recording, with pre- and post-test evaluations. Through the implementation provided in this activity, cashew nut production can reach 200 kg/month, can produce 30–50 kg/month of cashew meat shredded cashew meat, can produce 200 kg/month of fermented feed, and can create online stores on the e-commerce platform Shopee and the Facebook marketplace. Abstract

ABSTRAKWarung Bu Mat belum digitalisasi. Konsumen warung Bu Mat hanya mengandalkan pengunjung kantor lurah selamat, bahkan nyaris tidak ada pengunjung, sehingga produk tidak terjual lebih dari satu bulan. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan ketidakaktifan warung Bu Mat. Padahal, kader PKK yang memiliki usaha masih mampu memproduksi jika ada pesanan. Diperlukan keaktifan kembali warung Bu Mat. Pengabdian bertujuan agar warung Bu Mat melakukan transformasi pemasaran konvensional ke digitalisasi melalui peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan membuat konten marketing sehingga memperluas target pasar. Metode pelaksanaan yakni pelatihan dan penyuluhan. Pelaksanaan terdiri dari persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan dan penyuluhan, penerapatan teknologi, dan evaluasi. Mitra pengabdian adalah warung Bu Mat. Jumlah peserta kegiatan enam orang. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta, pertama materi edit foto, teks dan video di aplikasi canva dan capcut  nilai pre-test 40% ke post-test 72% meningkat 31,8%. Kedua merancang bisnis dengan business model canvas (BMC) nilai  pre-test 42% ke  post-test 81% meningkat 39,3%.  Ketiga materi AIDCA dengan nilai  pre-test 40% ke 80,4% meningkat 39,5%, serta keempat materi ciri-ciri orang kreatif nilai 49% ke 75% meningkat 25%. Peserta mampu membuat konten marketing produk UP2K warung Bu Mat. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak nyata dalam mendorong transformasi pemasaran digitalisasi guna mengaktivasi warung Bu Mat.                                                                    Kata kunci: Digitaliasasi; Konten Marketing; Warung Bu Mat; Target Pasar. ABSTRACTBu Mat stall has not been digitized. The shop's customers are limited to relying only on visitors to the village head's office, even there are almost no visitors, even products have not been sold for more than a month. This condition causes the inactivity of the Shop Bu Mat. Even though the PKK cadres who own the business are still able to produce if there are orders. It is necessary to reactivate the shop Bu Mat. The service aims for the shop Bu Mat to transform conventional marketing to digitalization by increasing the understanding and skills of creating marketing content so as to expand the target maker. The implementation method is training and counseling. The implementation consists of preparation, socialization, training and counseling, technology application, and evaluation. The service partner is Bu Mat's stall. The number of participants is six people.  The evaluation results showed a significant increase in the understanding and skills of the participants, firstly, photo, text and video editing material in the Canva and Capcut applications, the pre-test score of 40% to the post-test 72% increased 31.8%. Secondly, designing a business with a business model canvas (BMC) pre-test score of 42% to the post-test 81% increased 39.3%. The third AIDCA topic, with a pre-test score of 40% to 80.4%, increased by 39.5%, and the fourth topic, on the characteristics of creative people, increased by 25% to 75%, from 49%. Participants were able to create marketing content for Bu Mat's stall's UP2K products.
