Harmoni Pendidikan : Jurnal Ilmu Pendidikan adalah jurnal yang ditujukan untuk publikasi artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Pengembangan Kinerja Dosen, Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Lembaga Pengembangan Kinerja Dosen. Jurnal ini adalah Jurnal Pendidikan yang bersifat peer-review dan terbuka. Bidang kajian dalam jurnal ini termasuk sub rumpun Ilmu Pendidikan. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze strategies for creating a conducive classroom climate through the integration of classroom management and strengthening teachers' work ethic. The research employs a qualitative literature review method, collecting and analyzing various relevant sources. Findings indicate that a conducive classroom climate is influenced by three main factors: (1) effective classroom management, including physical environment arrangement, implementation of democratic approaches, and participatory learning methods; (2) teachers' work ethic encompassing commitment, creativity, and the ability to build positive interactions; and (3) institutional support through facilities and teacher development programs. Challenges such as administrative burdens and lack of teacher appreciation are also discussed. The study concludes that holistic integration of classroom management and teacher work ethic enhancement can create an optimal learning environment. Recommendations include improving teacher training, providing supporting facilities, and conducting further research to test this model's effectiveness in various contexts.]]>

<![CDATA[Early childhood education plays an important role in the formation of children's personality and development. This study aims to identify the application of transformational leadership in Early Childhood Education institutions to welcome 21st century education. The important key in creating an innovative, adaptive and creative learning environment lies in the transformational leadership style so as to increase children's potential to the fullest. The method used in this research is a literature review, by analyzing various relevant literature sources to assess the impact and importance of transformational leadership in the world of early childhood education. Transformational leadership has enormous potential, so the results of this study can help realize a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also socially and emotionally developed, in accordance with the demands of an ever-evolving world.]]>

<![CDATA[The RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create) learning model is an innovative approach that aims to improve students' critical thinking skills in elementary schools. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of implementing the RADEC model in the context of elementary school learning and its impact on the development of students' critical thinking skills. The RADEC approach emphasizes active student involvement through five main stages: reading to build initial understanding, answering questions to test reasoning power, discussing to broaden perspectives, re-explaining concepts to deepen understanding, and creating products or solutions as a concrete manifestation of the critical thinking process. This study used a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design and involved fifth grade students in a public elementary school. The instruments used were critical thinking tests and student activity observation sheets. The results showed that the implementation of the RADEC model significantly increased students' critical thinking skill scores compared to conventional learning models. In addition, students showed higher enthusiasm and learning independence during the learning process. These findings indicate that the RADEC model is not only able to build a stronger understanding of concepts but also encourages students to actively analyze, evaluate, and create ideas. Therefore, the RADEC model is recommended as an effective alternative learning strategy to improve the quality of learning and critical thinking skills of students at the elementary school level.]]>

<![CDATA[The application of discipline as a character education training strategy in early childhood plays a crucial role in shaping children's personality, behavior, and social skills. This study aims to analyze theoretically and practically how discipline can be applied as a character formation strategy in early childhood, considering the role of the family and school environment. The research method uses a qualitative approach through a literature review of 15 Sinta-accredited journal articles in 2020–2024. The results of the study show that positive discipline based on examples, praise, and behavioral habits is more effective than the punishment approach. Families and schools play a role as the main environment in instilling discipline values, although there are still gaps in the application of practices and adaptations in various socio-cultural contexts. This study recommends collaboration between parents and teachers, the development of creative strategies in schools, and the need for further, more in-depth research to optimize the application of discipline as a foundation for character formation in early childhood]]>

<![CDATA[Mathematical reasoning skills are an important aspect of mathematics learning that supports students in understanding concepts deeply and logically. With the development of technology, the use of interactive learning media such as Geogebra has become a promising alternative to improve the quality of learning. This study aims to analyze the effect of Geogebra-assisted learning on students' mathematical reasoning skills through a meta-analysis approach. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA guidelines, covering publications from 2015 to 2025 that meet specific inclusion criteria. The analysis of seven research articles revealed that six of them showed a large to very large effect on improving mathematical reasoning skills, while one article showed a small effect. These findings reinforce the conclusion that Geogebra is generally effective in supporting the development of students' mathematical reasoning skills and is worthy of being part of mathematics learning strategies in the digital age.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the challenges of implementing the Merdeka Learning Curriculum in mathematics education at secondary schools. The study aims to identify the obstacles faced by educators in applying this curriculum, including teacher readiness, infrastructure, and project-based learning methods. Through literature review, it was found that many teachers struggle to understand the new curriculum concepts and access digital learning platforms. Additionally, limitations in facilities and government policies deemed overly prescriptive also pose significant hurdles. Nevertheless, the Merdeka Curriculum offers opportunities to enhance educational quality through a more flexible approach. This research provides recommendations for evaluation and increased training for teachers to support more effective implementation. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for educators and policymakers in optimizing the application of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Educational supervision administration has undergone major changes to adapt to the challenges and dynamics of education today. Changes in the curriculum, the application of digital technology, and increasing demands for accountability and quality of education services require a more adaptive, collaborative and data-driven supervision model. Previously top-down supervision has shifted to a more participatory approach, focusing on teachers' professional development and continuous improvement of learning quality. This study highlights the important role of educational supervision administration in the contemporary context, with an emphasis on modern supervision principles such as coaching, mentoring and clinical supervision. In addition, the use of information technology is a key factor in improving the effectiveness of the supervision process. Various studies have shown that modern supervision approaches significantly contribute to improving teacher competencies and student learning outcomes (Rahman, 2020; Sari & Widodo, 2021; Nurlaila, 2022). Therefore, educational supervision administration must continue to evolve with the times, while upholding the principles of ethics, professionalism and collaboration.]]>

<![CDATA[This problem is motivated by the low understanding of students' mathematical concepts in Mathematics subjects at SDN 005 Laggini, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency City. One solution to overcome this problem is to use a learning modelIndex Card Match. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of the Index Card Match strategy on students' mathematics learning activities in Class V of State Elementary School 005 Laggini, Bangkinang City. This research method is experimental research. The type of research used in this research is pre-test-post test group quasi-experimental design. This research involved fifth grade students at SDN 005 Laggini. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The total sample in this study was 63 people who were divided into two classes, namely 32 people from class V A as the experimental class and 31 people from class V B as the control class. The data collected in this study was analyzed using the t-test. Based on the results of statistical calculations, the t-table value was 1.666 and the t-count value was 2.003, which shows that the t-count value was greater than the t table (2.003 > 1.674). Next, based on the independent sample t-test on the p-value or sig. (2-tailed) is 0.005. These results reject the null hypothesis (H0), and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. So it can be concluded that the application of learning strategiesIndex Card Match in the experimental class it can influence learning activities better than the application of the lecture method in the control class.]]>

<![CDATA[This study intends to examine the mathematical literacy skills of elementary school students in solving story problems. The ability to read mathematics includes not only understanding concepts, but also the ability to interpret, reason, and apply mathematics in everyday situations. The focus of this study is useful for evaluating the level of literacy competence of elementary school students. The method used in this study is Literature Review (LR), without direct observation in the field. Data were obtained through the analysis of various literature sources as well as the results of relevant previous research. The results of the study show that elementary school students still face challenges in understanding information in story problems, choosing the right solution strategies, and drawing conclusions from the problems faced. These findings highlight the need for a learning approach that is more focused on developing critical thinking competencies and contextual problem-solving. Learning that prioritizes real context, group discussions, and an emphasis on critical thinking processes is needed to support students in expanding their mathematical literacy skills to the fullest.]]>

<![CDATA[Constitusionalism, as a fundamental principle upholding the rule of law and the recognition of fundamental rights of citizens, holds crucial relevance in the formation of laws in Indonesia. The primary objective of constitusionalism in this context is to ensure the alignment of statutory regulations with the noble values enshrined in the 1945 Constitusion of the Replubic of Indonesia (UUD 1945). The legislative process in Indonesia, which is based on the principles of democracy, justice, and respect for human roghts, necessitates contitutionalism as a mtehodological guideline. This research employs a qualitative research method with a literature study apporoach. Through an indepth analysis of various legal and theoretical sources, this study explores how constitutionalism influences the formation of laws, including ensuring the absence of substantive and procedural contradictions with the UUD 1945. Furthermore, this research examines the role of conctitutionakism in regulating the relations between state institutions in the legislative process, strengthening the function of the Constitutional Court in judical review and limiting the potential for abuse of power. Consequently, this research argues that the relevence of constitutionalism the quality of the resulting laws, as well as their implications for the justice and welfare of all Indonesian people.]]>
