Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh motivasi belajar dan metode pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar. Untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar maka metode pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar harus mendukung dan memadai di setiap proses pembelajaran. Upaya membangkitkan hasil belajar siswa diperlukan metode pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar agar pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar secara efektif. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan mengidentifikasi sumber-sumber karya ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa metode pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar memiliki hasil yang positif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Faktor-faktor inilah memiliki peran penting karena dapat mendorong munculnya kesadaran diri untuk lebih fokus dalam mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan siswa. Guru diharapkan dapat menciptakan metode pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar yang mendukung hasil belajar siswa guna mencapai hasil pembelajaran yang maksimal

Abstract

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of technology-based learning and conventional learning without technology in the subject of Morals at MTs Miftahul Huda. The method used is a mixed method with a quantitative and qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were grade VIII students who were divided into two groups, namely the control class (conventional learning) and the experimental class (technology-based learning). Data were obtained through pretest and posttest as well as observations during the learning process. The results showed that the average increase in learning outcomes (N-Gain) of students in the control class was 0.66 (66%), while the experimental class only reached 0.59 (59%). This indicates that in this context, conventional methods are more effective in improving moral learning outcomes than the use of technology. The willingness of students and teachers to adopt technology is an important factor in the success of technology-based learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of digital learning media on students' motivation by analyzing findings from various credible journal articles. As technology advances, digital tools have become a crucial component of modern education. The research employs a systematic literature review method, synthesizing empirical evidence from recent educational journals. The results indicate that digital learning media—such as e-learning platforms, educational videos, interactive applications, and digital simulations—significantly enhance students' motivation by providing dynamic, engaging, and accessible learning experiences. However, its effectiveness depends on factors like teachers' technological proficiency, infrastructure availability, and students' readiness for digital-based learning. The study concludes that while digital learning media holds great potential in boosting motivation, its successful implementation requires appropriate teaching strategies and adequate support systems.

Abstract

Character education is the main foundation in forming a generation that is not only intellectually smart, but also morally and spiritually strong. This article aims to examine in depth the role of the family in the process of children's character education in the midst of globalization and the challenges of digitalization. This research uses a library research approach with descriptive qualitative analysis of various sources such as scientific journals, books, and previous research results. The results of the study show that families, especially parents, have a strategic role as the first educators who instill values such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, empathy, and religiosity through modeling, habituation, and effective communication. In addition, families also play an important role in shaping national resilience through the cultivation of national values and local culture. Supervision of digital media, the application of appropriate parenting, and harmonization in the household environment are important factors in the success of character education. Thus, character education in the family is a long-term investment to produce a superior generation that is ready to face the challenges of the times.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged various organizations to implement database-based management information systems (MIS) as a means of increasing operational efficiency and the quality of decision making. However, dependence on this system also increases vulnerability to data security disturbances, both from external parties such as cyber attacks and malicious software, as well as from internal parties through misuse of access rights. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing data protection mechanisms in management database systems using a literature study and case study approach. The research focus includes evaluation of encryption systems, role-based access control (RBAC), as well as threat detection and response systems in maintaining aspects of confidentiality, integrity and data availability. Simulations were carried out on two database management systems, namely MySQL and PostgreSQL, to assess how effective security features are in responding to attacks and their impact on system performance. The research results show that with proper security implementation, organizations can improve data protection without sacrificing system performance. In addition, this study emphasizes the important role of organizational awareness of information security as well as the need for internal regulations such as security training and implementing strong authentication. It is hoped that these findings will provide benefits both conceptually and practically for strengthening safe and reliable information systems in the organizational environment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) using a SWOT approach to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in its operational activities. Using qualitative methods, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies on selected BMTs. The analysis results reveal that the main strength of BMT lies in its flexible Islamic services and strong relationships with the local community, while weaknesses include limited capital and technology. Development opportunities are driven by increasing public awareness of Islamic finance; however, threats such as competition from conventional financial institutions and strict regulations need to be anticipated. This research recommends strategies for strengthening management, utilizing digital technology, and enhancing Islamic financial literacy to support sustainable growth of BMT.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the lecture teaching method integrated with the interactive learning technology Quizizz in improving student learning outcomes. The problem being discussed is the results of interaction and student learning outcomes using conventional teaching methods. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest design on two groups, namely the experimental group using the lecture method with Quizizz and the control group using the traditional lecture method without the use of technology. The data collection instrument was the learning outcomes given before and in accordance with the work being done. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in learning outcomes in the experimental group compared to the control group. shows that the use of Quizizz as an interactive learning tool can increase the effectiveness of the lecture method, encourage student participation, and have a positive impact on learning outcomes. Therefore, the use of technology such as Quizizz can be an alternative solution to overcome the shortcomings of conventional lecture methods.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate how accounts receivable and recording methods influence the availability of sales capital at Toko Anan in Karya Mukti Village, within the framework of Islamic economics. The research adopts a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative techniques with qualitative analysis. Data were collected from 100 respondents, with 33 samples used for instrument testing and 67 for multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20.0. The results indicate that accounts receivable have a significant effect on sales capital (t-count 3.807 > t-table 1.668), as do recording methods (t-count 2.607 > t-table). These findings highlight the importance of accurate recording systems and the management of receivables based on principles of justice, transparency, and trust in Islamic economics.

Abstract

21st Century Learning is a concept of an educational approach as a design to overcome the demands of the sophisticated and modern era where changes are increasingly complex and rapid. Competence in the 21st era is an important competency that must be possessed by students in order to be able to be involved in life clearly in the 21st Era. The purpose of this research is to determine what strategies to face the challenges of the 21st century learning system. This writing method uses literature reviews from several sources, such as journals, the internet, and books. The results of the study show that there are several strategies to deal with the challenges of the 21st century: Providing training and professional development to educators to update their knowledge and skills in teaching, managing classrooms, and using technology to increase learning effectiveness. This encourages educators to be better prepared to face the challenges of 21st century learning. The learning system in the 21st century is still a reason for more adequate education management, considering that there are challenges in the learning process for educators and students.

Abstract

Pembelajaran tematik merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran terpadu yang menggunakan tema sebagai pengikat kegiatan pembelajaran lintas mata pelajaran. Di tingkat sekolah dasar, pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna bagi siswa, dengan menghubungkan konsep-konsep antar mata pelajaran secara kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi pembelajaran tematik di sekolah dasar, termasuk kelebihan, tantangan, serta strategi yang digunakan guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode Penelitian yang dipergunakan yakni studi literature. Sumber data didapatkan dari berbagai referensi. Data-data tersebut dielaborasikan dengan teori-teori seputar landasan-landasan yang ada pada pembelajaran tematik di sekolah dasar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran tematik dapat meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa, namun implementasinya masih menghadapi beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, kesiapan guru, serta kesulitan dalam merancang perangkat ajar yang terpadu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran tematik di sekolah dasar.
