Abstract

Jamur tiram merupakan salah satu komoditas pangan yang diminati oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Permintaan jamur tiram terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, sehingga kebutuhannya belum terpenuhi secara maksimal. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat ialah kurangnya pemahaman tentang budi daya jamur tiram. Selain itu, masih ada masyarakat yang ingin menambah penghasilan dalam rumah tangga. Solusi yang dapat ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut ialah memberikan pengetahuan tentang budidaya jamur tiram, dan mengarahkan masyarakat untuk menambah penghasilan keluarga dengan budidaya jamur tiram skala rumah tangga. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Materi yang disampaikan dalam pelatihan adalah pengenalan jamur tiram, manfaat, syarat tumbuh, dan cara budidaya jamur tiram. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan langkah sebagai berikut: Penakaran dan pencampuran media tumbuh; Pemeraman media; Pengisian media ke dalam baglog; Sterilisasi baglog; Pendinginan baglog; Inokulasi bibit jamur F3; Inkubasi dan pemindahan baglog ke dalam kumbung; Pemeliharaan; dan Pemanenan. Kegiatan pendampingan sampai dengan panen perdana dilakukan selama 13 minggu dengan rincian dua minggu pembuatan baglog, sterilisasi dan inokulasi bibit ke dalam baglog, delapan minggu inkubasi baglog sampai dengan siap dibuahkan, dua minggu proses pemindahan baglog ke dalam kumbung budi daya sampai siap dipanen, panen perdana jamur tiram hasil budidaya mitra sebanyak 5 kg. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan budidaya jamur tiram berhasil melakukan cara budidaya jamur tiram dari proses pembuatan media baglog, inokulasi bibit, pemeliharaan bibit selama diruang inkubasi dan kumbung, serta pemanenan. Dengan keberhasilan pengabdian ini, masyarakat sangat antusias untuk budidaya jamur tiram. Oyster Mushroom Cultivation Training in Rempek Village, Gangga District, North Lombok Regency Oyster mushrooms are one of the food commodities that are in demand by Indonesian people. Demand for oyster mushrooms continues to increase every year, so their needs have not been met optimally. The problem faced by the community is a lack of understanding about oyster mushroom cultivation. Apart from that, there are still community who want to increase their household income. The solution that can be offered to solve this problem is to provide knowledge about oyster mushroom cultivation, and direct people to increase their family income by cultivating oyster mushrooms on a household scale. The service activities had been carried out through four stages, namely preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The material presented in the training is an introduction to oyster mushrooms, benefits, growing conditions, and how to cultivate oyster mushrooms. Training activities are carried out with the following steps: Dosing and mixing the growing media; Media screening; Filling media into baglog; Baglog sterilization; Baglog cooling; Inoculation of F3 fungal seeds; Incubation and transfer of baglog into kumbung; Maintenance; and Harvesting. Assistance activities up to the first harvest are carried out for 13 weeks, with details of two weeks of baglog making, sterilization and inoculation of seeds into baglog, eight weeks of incubation of baglog until it is ready to be fruit, two weeks of the process of transferring baglog into cultivation kumbung until it is ready to be harvested, first harvest 5 kg of partner-cultivated oyster mushrooms. The results of community service show that participants in the oyster mushroom cultivation training were successful in cultivating oyster mushrooms from the process of making baglog media, inoculating seeds, maintaining seeds during incubation and kumbung rooms, as well as harvesting. With the success of this service, the community is very enthusiastic about cultivating oyster mushrooms.

Abstract

Di Tengah era kemajuan teknologi yang cukup pesat, kenyataannya masih banyak masyarakat Balikpapan yang tertinggal, salah satunya adalah RT. 61 Kilometer 8, Balikpapan Utara. Penduduk yang bermukim disekitar wilayah tersebut memiliki berbagai macam profesi mulai dari petani, buruh, pembatik, pedagang, hingga karyawan swasta Kondisi wilayah yang sulit terjangkau menjadi salah satu alasan kenapa wilayah tersebut sulit berkembang. Sistem administrasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual menjadi salah satu faktor wilayah tersebut tertinggal. Wilayah tersebut juga mempunyai usaha batik yang dikelola oleh warga disabilitas yang dimana masih belum dilirik oleh Masyarakat luar. Sehingga, melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pengoptimalan dengan membuat Sistem Informasi Manajemen berbasis website dan personal branding usaha Batik Balikpapan dengan tujuan untuk memajukan sistem pembukuan yang masih manual dan menyebarluaskan pemasarkan produk usaha batik yang ada pada wilayah tersebut. Pada pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut dibagi menjadi tiga kegiatan antara lain pembuatan website, pelatihan penggunaan website, dan personal branding usaha batik melalui akun instagram. Website Based Administration Management Information System RT.61 KM.8 North Balikpapan and Branding of Aneka Batik Balikpapan In the midst of an era of rapid technological progress, in reality there are still many people in Balikpapan who are left behind, one of which is the RT. 61 Kilometer 8, North Balikpapan. The residents who live around the area have various professions ranging from farmers, laborers, batik makers, traders, to private employees. The condition of the area which is difficult to reach is one of the reasons why the area is difficult to develop. An administrative system that is still carried out manually is one of the factors behind the region's lagging behind. This area also has a batik business managed by disabled residents which is still not noticed by the outside community. So, through this community service, optimization was carried out by creating a website-based Management Information System and personal branding for the Balikpapan Batik business with the aim of advancing the bookkeeping system which is still manual and spreading the marketing of batik business products in the area. The implementation of this activity was divided into three activities, including creating a website, training on using the website, and personal branding of the batik business via an Instagram account.

Abstract

Responden sensori merupakan suatu profesi esensial yang berperan penting dalam pengembangan produk pangan di era industri modern saat ini. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan responden sensori kepada mahasiswa strata 1 Program Studi Kehutanan Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika dengan menggunakan variasi skala hedonik. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan assessing learning yang dibagi menjadi tiga tahap: teori, praktek, dan evaluasi. Sebanyak 30 orang partisipan dari mahasiswa Program Studi Kehutanan Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Pelatihan responden sensori menggunakan 2 skala hedonik yaitu: skala hedonik tingkat 5 dan skala hedonik tingkat 9. Sampel yang dijadikan bahan penilaian adalah teh herbal. Partisipan memberikan penilaian dalam parameter warna, aroma, dan rasa. Teh herbal dibuat dalam 4 konsentrasi berbeda untuk melatih sensitifitas partisipan dalam melakukan uji sensori. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan bahwa partisipan memperoleh peningkatan skor rata – rata sebesar 50% berdasarkan aspek kompetensi: penilaian kuantitatif uji sensori, penilaian deskriptif uji sensori, tingkat skala hedonik uji sensori, dan sensitifitas penilaian uji sensori. Skala hedonik tingkat 9 memiliki tingkat kesulitan lebih tinggi dibandingkan skala hedonik tingkat 5 bagi partisipan. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai variabilitas data skala hedonik tingkat 9 (simpangan baku, standard error, dan varian) yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan skala hedonik tingkat 5. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan responden sensori pada mahasiswa strata 1 Program Studi Kehutanan Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika mampu meningkatkan pemahaman partisipan terkait uji sensori sebesar rata – rata 50% dengan efektifitas lebih tinggi pada skala hedonik tingkat 5 dibandingkan skala hedonik tingkat 9. Direkomendasikan untuk menggunakan skala hedonik tingkat 5 dalam pelatihan hingga partisipan mahir dibandingkan memaksakan menggunakan skala hedonik tingkat 9. Food Sensory Respondent Training for Forestry Student of Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika Using Various Hedonic Scale  Sensory respondents are an essential profession that is vital in developing food products in today's modern industrial era. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide sensory respondent training to undergraduate students of the Mandalika Education University Forestry Study Program using a variety of hedonic scales. This activity uses an assessing learning approach divided into three stages: theory, practice, and evaluation. A total of 30 participants from Student of Forestry Study Program of Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika are chosen using purposive sampling. The training of sensory respondents used hedonic scale level 5 and hedonic scale level 9. The sample used as the assessment material was herbal tea. Participants rated the color, aroma, and taste parameters. Herbal tea was made in 4 different concentrations to train participants' sensitivity in conducting sensory tests. Evaluation results using pre-test and post-test showed that participants obtained an average score increase of 50% based on competency aspects: quantitative assessment, descriptive assessment, hedonic scale level, and sensitivity of sensory test assessment. Hedonic scale level 9 has a higher difficulty level than the hedonic scale level 5 for participants. This result can be seen from the value of the hedonic scale 9 data variability (standard deviation, standard error, and variance), which is higher than the hedonic scale level 5. It can be concluded that the training of sensory respondents increased participants' understanding of sensory testing by an average of 50% with higher effectiveness on the hedonic scale level 5 than the hedonic scale level 9. It is recommended that sensory training for participant should be focused on hedonic scale level 5 instead of hedonic scale level 9

Abstract

Secara umum kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk Pemberdayaan Kelompok Wanita Tani Dalam Pemanfaatan Lahan Pekarangan Sebagai Sarana Pengembangbiakan Tanaman Rimpang Jahe Merah Di Kecamatan Sukamulia Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Sedangkan tujuan khususnya adalah: (1) Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan tanaman rimpang jahe merah pada lahan pekarangan warga; (2) Menunjukkan kepada anggota kelompok wanita tani  jika tanaman rimpang jahe merah dapat menjadi salah satu komoditas hortikultura yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat akan tumbuhan herbal yang dapat di manfaatkan untuk kesehatan dan menjaga sistem imune tubuh terutama untuk mencegah paparan Virus COVID-19, serta dapat di manfaatkan sebagai sumber pendapatan tammbahan bagi masyarakat; dan (3) Menjalin hubungan antara UNRAM dengan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode andragogi yang dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada kelompok wanita tani. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti oleh 15 orang peserta yang merupakan anggota kelompok wanita tani Bila Sundung. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kegiatan ini telah mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan peserta sebesar 60% dari sebelum diadakan kegiatan penyuluhan, terutama  yang berkaitan dengan aspek teknik dan  aspek sosial ekonomi terutama terkait dengan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat, khusunya kelompok wanita tani di desa Paok Pampang dengan mengembangbiakan tanaman rimpang jahe merah, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan menunjukan danya tambahan pendapatan rata-rata sebesar Rp. 50.000 dari hasil pengembangbiakan jahe merah di lahan pekarangan warga, artinya selain dapat sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan pribadi juga dapat menjadi sumber pendapatan tambahan bagi warga masyarakat di Desa Paok Pampang; (2) Respon anggota kelompok tani Bila Sundung terhadap kegiatan penyuluhan cukup tinggi yakni dengan persentase respon positif sebesar 100% dari 15 orang peserta; (4) Kegiatan ini juga telah ikut mendorong semakin intensifnya komunikasi timbal balik antara, UNRAM dengan masyarakat yang tergabung dalam kelompok tani Bila Sundung. Empowerment of Women Farmers Groups in Utilizing Yard Land as a Means of Breeding Red Ginger Rhizome Plants in Sukamulia District, East Lombok Regency  In general, this service activity aims to empower the Women Farmers Group in utilizing yard land as a means of breeding red ginger rhizome plants in Sukamulia District, East Lombok Regency. While the specific objectives are: (1) This activity aims to increase knowledge about the utilization of red ginger rhizome plants on residents' yard land; (2) Showing members of the farmer women's group if red ginger rhizome plants can be one of the horticultural commodities that can meet the community's need for herbal plants that can be used for health and maintain the body's immune system, especially to prevent exposure to the COVID-19 Virus, and can be used as a source of additional income for the community; and (3) Establishing a relationship between UNRAM and the community. The implementation of the service was carried out using the andragogy method which was carried out through counseling and mentoring to farm women's groups. This service activity was attended by 15 participants who were members of the Bila Sundung farm women's group. The results of the implementation of the activity show that : (1) This activity has been able to increase the knowledge and skills of participants by 60% from before the extension activities were held, especially those related to technical aspects and socio-economic aspects, especially related to improving the community's economy, especially the women's farmer group in Paok Pampang village by breeding red ginger rhizome plants, this can be seen from the results of evaluations that have been carried out showing and the additional income of an average of Rp. 50,000 from the breeding of red ginger in the residents' yards, meaning that in addition to meeting personal needs it can also be an additional source of income for community members in Paok Pampang Village.; (2) The response of Bila Sundung farmer group members to extension activities is quite high, with a percentage of positive responses of 100% of the 15 participants; (4) This activity has also helped encourage the intensification of mutual communication between UNRAM and the community who are members of the Bila Sundung farmer group.

Abstract

Perpustakaan kampus adalah salah satu sarana penunjang utama proses pembelajaran di dalam kampus, sehingga perlu mendapatkan perhatian penting dalam pengelolaannya. Peran perpustakaan kampus sebagai sarana pencarian referensi oleh mahasiswa, sekaligus menjadi salah satu tolak ukur kemajuan kampus, sedapat mungkin memiliki standar pelayanan pengunjung yang representative, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran secara signifikan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sumber daya pustakawan dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan sehingga memudahkan akses pengunjung dalam memperoleh referensi yang diperlukan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pengelola perpustakaan yang dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan tenaga perpustakaan dalam mengelola perpustakaan dengan baik dan terarah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan tenaga kepustakaan dalam mengelola perpustakaan, ditunjukkan oleh hasil pengecekan pekerjaan dari awal sampai akhir kegiatan, meliputi kemampuan dan keterampilan tenaga kepustakaan dalam mendata buku dan memberikan nomor registrasi menggunakan scan barcode, menyediakan fitur online di mana mahasiswa dapat mengakses ketersediaan buku-buku diperpustakaan secara online, serta kontrol peminjaman yang terintegrasi dengan semua komputer dalam perpustakaan. Socialization of Library Management on the YARSI College of Health Sciences Campus The campus library is one of the main supporting facilities for the learning process on campus, so it needs important attention in its management. The role of the campus library is as a means of searching for references by students, as well as being a benchmark for campus progress, as far as possible having representative visitor service standards, so that it can significantly improve the quality of learning. Community service activities (PKM) aim to increase the resource capabilities of librarians in library management so as to facilitate access for visitors to obtain the necessary references. This activity was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach, through observations and interviews with library managers, followed by assistance to library staff in managing the library well and with direction. The results of the activity show an increase in the knowledge of library staff in managing libraries, shown by the results of checking work from the beginning to the end of the activity, including the ability and skills of library staff in registering books and providing registration numbers using barcode scanning, providing online features where students can access the availability of books. books in the library online, as well as lending control that is integrated with all computers in the library.

Abstract

The Beginner Community Empowerment Program (PMP) aims to increase the knowledge and skills of craftsmen groups, with a focus on the "Bilalbeleke-art Group," which consists of eight members who are experts in making woven bags from typical Lombok rattan. This group of partners often faces a number of problems in running their business, especially related to organizational management, finance and marketing. In addition, they face challenges in production, including design and production equipment, as well as business and marketing planning, especially in the use of information technology. Therefore, implementing this activity is very important to overcome the problems faced by these partners. Thus, the main aim of this program is to solve the problems faced by partner groups and simultaneously empower them through the development of the creative economy.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) play a strategic role in Indonesia's economic growth, but they still face various obstacles, especially in product marketing. This research aims to identify and address the challenges in marketing the products of UMKM, particularly those under the guidance of Baznas Microfinance in the Gunungsari Village, NTB. The main focus of this research is marketing management training as a solution to enhance the marketing capabilities of UMKM. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach to collect data through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of related documents. The findings indicate that marketing constraints for UMKM involve a lack of human resources understanding effective marketing concepts. Therefore, the Community Service Team initiates marketing management training as a concrete effort to strengthen the marketing capacity of UMKM. The training aims to improve the understanding of UMKM actors regarding marketing strategies, branding, and the application of technology in product promotion. The results of the training are expected to make a positive contribution to the development of UMKM, enhance product competitiveness, and expand market reach. This article provides a systematic, factual, and accurate overview of the role of marketing management training in empowering UMKM. By publishing this article in Lumbung Inovasi, it is hoped to contribute to a broader understanding of UMKM marketing literacy and inspire relevant parties in the development of similar training activities in various regions.

Abstract

The goal of the PKM activity is to enhance the quality of learning through intensive training in the creation of teaching modules that integrate the concepts of PBL with the application of TPACK. This reflects the urgency of the teacher's role in adapting the learning approach to the current developments and preparing students to face future challenges. Focusing on the improvement of learning quality provides insights into the importance of integrating PBL and TPACK in innovative and relevant modern learning. The implementation method involves knowledge transfer and the Community Development Model through synchronous and asynchronous online activities. The partners in this activity are students of the PPG Daljab Biology Class of 2023 from the Mandalika University of Education. The activity is carried out for a total of 3 meetings. The results of the activity show that the partners' participation is very active, and there is a significant impact of the training on the partners' understanding of the PBL model and the TPACK approach, as well as their integration into teaching modules

Abstract

Sosial media berkembang sangat cepat sehingga memberikan dampak pada peran sosial media itu sendiri. Sosial media telah menjadi wadah multifungsi, hal tersebut terjadi karena setiap orang memiliki kebebasan untuk menyampaikan ide dan pendapatnya kepada masyarakat tanpa batasan jarak. Salah satu potensi sosial media saat ini adalah menjadi media konten dengan pelakunya yang disebut content creator. Akan tetapi untuk menjadi seorang content creator banyak aspek yang perlu diperhatikan agar tetap menarik para penonton. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pelatihan content creator dipilih dengan maksud untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat luas sebagai upaya optimalisasi kreativitas sehingga konten yang diproduksi dapat disaksikan secara luas. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan kerja secara komunitas yang dilaksanakan di Desa Medali, Kecamatan Puri, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bekerjasama dengan salah satu lembaga Balai Latihan Kerja Komunitas Al-Muaawanah sehingga diharapkan peserta pelatihan akan memiliki skill dan memiliki daya saing untuk melanjutkan ke dunia kerja dalam bidang content creator ataupun advertisement. Jumlah mitra yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Lembaga Balai Latihan Kerja Al-Muaawanah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pegabdian ini adalah metode pelatihan yang mana pelatihan dilakukan dalam waktu lima hari. Pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai konten kreator, perencanaan konten, konsep konten, produksi dan pengeditan konten sehingga peserta mampu mencapai tahap publikasi yang baik. Kegiatan ini dapat digunakan sebagai modal untuk menyalurkan bakat serta peningkatan bakat peserta dalam bidang content creator dan dapat ditingkatkan sebagai peluang untuk mendapatkan penghasilan serta bersaing di dunia kerja. Optimizing Social Media Creativity With Content Creator Training Social media is developing so fast that it has an impact on the role of social media itself. Social media has become a multifunctional platform, this happens because everyone has the freedom to convey their ideas and opinions to the public without distance restrictions. One of the potentials of social media today is to become a content medium with the perpetrators being called content creators. However, to become a content creator, there are many aspects you need to pay attention to in order to keep attracting viewers. Therefore, content creator training activities were chosen with the aim of increasing public understanding as an effort to optimize creativity so that the content produced can be widely viewed. This activity was carried out in the form of community work training which was carried out in Medali Village, Puri District, Mojokerto Regency. This training activity is in collaboration with one of the Al-Muaawanah Community Job Training Center institutions institutions so that it is hoped that the training participants will have the skills and competitiveness to continue into the world of work in the field of content creator or advertisement. The number of partners involved in this research is the Al-Muaawanah Job Training Institute. The method used in this service is a training method where training is carried out within five days. This training can increase understanding of content creators, content planning, content concepts, content production and editing so that participants are able to reach a good publication stage. This activity can be used as capital to channel talents and improve participants' talents in the content creator field and can be increased as an opportunity to earn income and compete in the world of work.
