Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in building the foundation of civilization and social welfare, requiring teachers to possess high professional competence to navigate the dynamics of learning in the digital era. This study aims to explore the implementation of artistic supervision as an innovative supervisory strategy to optimize learning, focusing on the development of collaborative relationships, pedagogical innovation, socio-emotional support, constructive feedback, and continuous professional development. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following PRISMA guidelines, reviewing 17 articles from Scopus, Sinta, and Google Scholar published between 2020 and 2025. Qualitative synthesis analysis revealed that artistic supervision fosters harmonious relationships between supervisors and teachers, encourages creativity, and enhances teacher professionalism. Academic and clinical supervision contribute to evaluation, reflection, and constructive feedback supporting ongoing competency development, while the integration of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and immersive learning enriches learning experiences by increasing personalization and interactivity. The findings confirm that implementing cross-approach supervision strategies can improve learning quality, teacher professionalism, and create an adaptive and inspiring educational environment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe emotional regulation among honorary teachers at SMK Al-Islam Surakarta. Honorary teachers often face challenges such as heavy workloads, limited salaries, and uncertain employment status. These conditions may trigger negative emotions that, if not properly managed, can interfere with teaching performance and social relationships. Therefore, emotional regulation is an essential skill that enables teachers to carry out their professional responsibilities effectively. The research employed a qualitative method using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Participants consisted of five honorary teachers aged 27–34 years and two supporting informants. Data were analyzed based on four aspects of emotional regulation proposed by Gross (2014): strategies, goals, impulse control, and acceptance. The findings indicate that honorary teachers demonstrated adequate abilities in regulating their emotions. Strategies applied included self-reflection, shifting attention to positive activities such as listening to music or engaging in worship, and giving proportional warnings to students. Although they often experienced physical and psychological fatigue, the teachers were still able to maintain professionalism in their teaching roles. Negative emotions such as anger, disappointment, or stress were generally temporary and managed through acceptance and gratitude for their circumstances. Overall, emotional regulation plays a vital role in maintaining psychological stability, enhancing teaching quality, and fostering a conducive classroom atmosphere. The study highlights the importance of institutional support to help honorary teachers cope with work-related stress and sustain their professionalism in the educational environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the character-strengthening program through the “Bangunlah Jiwa dan Raganya” project module in shaping anti-bullying behavior among students at Methodist 7 Private Junior High School, Medan. The main focus of this research is to determine the extent of students’ understanding of the values embedded in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) within the context of anti-bullying, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of the program in changing students’ attitudes toward bullying behavior. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted in three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The findings reveal that the P5 program, through the “Bangunlah Jiwa dan Raganya” project module, has proven effective in fostering students’ empathetic, caring, and courageous behavior in rejecting bullying. Students’ understanding of the project theme also improved, particularly in balancing physical and mental aspects. Teachers play a crucial role as facilitators, role models, and motivators, although challenges remain in terms of limited student motivation and lack of parental support. Therefore, this program makes a significant contribution to bullying prevention efforts in schools.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the interpretation of the good faith principle in the debtor's ability to fulfill obligations during the pre-PKPU revocation request period and to understand the debtor's ability to fulfill obligations during the pre-PKPU request period based on the good faith principle. This research employs normative legal research methods (doctrinal legal research) with a statute approach, conceptual approach, and case approach. Data sources consist of primary legal materials including Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and PKPU, the Civil Code, and commercial court decisions; secondary legal materials including books, legal journals, and research results; and tertiary legal materials including legal dictionaries and encyclopedias. The research findings indicate that the interpretation of the good faith principle in the debtor's ability to fulfill obligations during the pre-PKPU revocation request period encompasses interrelated objective and subjective dimensions. The objective dimension includes financial capacity that can be measured through insolvency parameters (cash flow test and balance sheet test), while the subjective dimension includes transparency, honesty, seriousness, and constructive cooperation with creditors. Inconsistency in court decisions, as evident in the differences between Decision Number 226/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2023/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst which rejected the revocation request and Decision Number 9/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.Mks which granted it, proves the absence of standardized criteria in interpreting the good faith principle.

Abstract

The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) is tasked with disaster management activities in the form of preparedness, namely steps that enable governments, organizations, communities, and individuals to respond to disaster conditions quickly and appropriately. Preparedness efforts also aim to determine the use of resources needed to respond effectively in disaster situations when a disaster occurs and know how to use them. This study aims to analyze the psychological well-being of male field officers at the Surakarta City BPBD. This is revealed through descriptive qualitative methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the study indicate that the majority of field officers have good psychological well-being, characterized by six aspects, namely self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, independence, environmental mastery, life goals, and personal growth. Field officers can manage themselves and negative emotions, have empathy, and dare to make decisions and take responsibility. Field officers also have good environmental mastery, are able to organize tasks and resources. They have meaning in life, especially through humanitarian contributions and use failure as a driver or motivation to continue learning and developing. This psychological well-being forms the basis of their mental resilience in carrying out humanitarian duties.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the decline in employee performance at BCA KCU Tegal and the instability in achieving targets, indicating the influence of internal factors such as work stress, self-esteem, and quality of work life. This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and self-esteem on quality of work life (QWL), their influence on employee performance, as well as the role of QWL as a mediator. The method employed is a quantitative explanatory approach, involving all 53 employees through a census technique and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicate that work stress and self-esteem significantly affect performance, while QWL only serves as a predictor without mediating the relationships among variables. These findings confirm that the dynamics of work pressure and employees’ psychological factors are more dominant in shaping performance compared to perceptions of the work environment. The study’s implications highlight the importance of stress management strategies, strengthening self-esteem, and improving working conditions to promote optimal performance, while also opening opportunities for further research with broader scope and more comprehensive methods.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the high prevalence of hypertension among the elderly and the complexity of psychosocial factors that influence their quality of life. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of social support and self-efficacy on the quality of life of elderly individuals with hypertension, with resilience as a mediating variable. The research employed an explanatory quantitative design with a sample of 122 elderly individuals with hypertension at Puskesmas Nanggalo Padang selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and then analyzed using SEM-PLS through SmartPLS to examine the structural relationships among variables. The results indicate that social support and self-efficacy positively affect quality of life, both directly and indirectly through resilience as a mediator, demonstrating that these three variables complement one another in enhancing the adaptive capacity of elderly individuals facing chronic conditions. These findings imply that psychosocial-based interventions, such as strengthening family support, enhancing self-efficacy, and providing resilience training, need to be developed in primary healthcare services to improve the quality of life of elderly individuals with hypertension.
