Abstract

This study aims to analyze the failure of the student management system in Indonesia and its impact on educational inequality, especially in the 3T (Frontier, Remote, and Disadvantaged) areas. The main focus of the study is how weak data collection, distribution, and monitoring of students cause imbalances in access and quality of education in areas with limited infrastructure and resources. The method used is a qualitative approach with case studies in several junior high schools in East Seram Regency, Maluku Province. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, and school data managers, as well as document analysis and field observations. The results of the study indicate that the student management system that is not running optimally such as errors in student data, delays in integration with the central system, and lack of HR training contributes to the uneven allocation of educational assistance and limited policy interventions. This study makes an important contribution in strengthening the urgency of an inclusive and adaptive education data management system to the geographical and social context of the 3T areas, in order to create justice and equity in education throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of social change and economic mobility on the relevance of the Islamic education curriculum at MAN 3 East Seram through a sociological approach. Changes in the structure of society due to globalization, technological transformation, and the shift of the economy from the agricultural sector to the service sector have given rise to new demands for a more adaptive and applicable curriculum. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, combining in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The findings show that the community expects the curriculum to not only teach religious knowledge, but also equip students with vocational skills, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship. However, this transformation process faces challenges in the form of cultural resistance, limited infrastructure, and minimal teacher training. This study also found that teachers have an important role as agents of change who bridge Islamic values with the demands of the times through contextual learning innovations. In addition, increasing economic mobility in the region has an impact on expanding access to education, but also creates new social stratification in utilizing opportunities. These findings strengthen the theory of the sociology of education on curriculum adaptation to external pressures and offer a curriculum development model based on local participation and social sensitivity. This research is expected to provide practical contributions for policy makers in designing Islamic education curricula that are relevant, contextual, and competitive amidst the dynamics of modern society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Human Relations approach in program management at Fatimah Azzahra Orphanage Magelang. This approach emphasizes the importance of social and emotional relationships in the work environment as a major factor in improving performance and productivity. Using qualitative methods and a case study approach, this research examines three main aspects: staff job satisfaction and motivation, communication patterns within the organization, and informal group dynamics. The results show that staff motivation at the orphanage is driven more by emotional attachment, social recognition, and a sense of belonging, rather than solely by material incentives. Communication is two-way, open and participatory. Meanwhile, informal groups play an important role in creating a supportive and harmonious work culture. Although this approach has positive impacts, the research also found some challenges, such as the difficulty of maintaining professionalism in emotional relationships, as well as the potential for conflict in informal group dynamics. This study concludes that the application of human relations principles can strengthen the quality of services and effectiveness of social organizations if balanced with strengthening human resource capacity and reflective management.

Abstract

The method of learning hadith during the time of the Prophet Muhammad had many challenges. In addition to him himself forbidding his companions in general to write down the hadith he conveyed, at that time there was no other method to store knowledge other than memorizing it. Although only the memorization method was left to keep knowledge from being lost, the Prophet Muhammad used various methods so that his companions could easily memorize and understand the learning he conveyed. This study aims to comprehensively examine the concept of hadith learning during the time of the Prophet Muhammad, starting from the methods used to the supporting methods. The study was conducted using a library research approach. Data were collected through books related to this. The results of the study indicate that the memorization method remains relevant anytime and anywhere and is able to face the challenges of the times.
