Abstract

Media audio visual adalah salah satu metode untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar PAI peserta didik Kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Sale Kecamatan Sale Kabupaten Rembang Tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah banyaknya siswa yang mendapatkan nilai rendah atau belum tuntas pada materi Sumber Hukum Islam pada siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Sale Kecamatan sale Kabupaten Rembang Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PAI materi Sumber Hukum islam kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Sale Kecamatan Sale Kabupaten Rembang tahun pelajaran 2022/2023.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menerapkan siklus penelitian. Rinciannya tindakan prasiklus, tindakan siklus I dan tindakan siklus II. Setiap siklus terdiri empat tahap yaitu : perencanaan, pelaksaanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X DKV 2 SMK Negeri 1 Sale sebanyak 25 peserta didik, data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif.Untuk mengetahui adanya peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran PAI materi Sumber Hukum islam melalui media audio visual dilakukan tes uji coba yang dilaksanakan pada tindakan prasiklus, tindakan siklus I dan tindakan siklus II kemudian hasilnya dianalisis. Hasil penelitian secara deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan hasil prestasi belajar peserta didik mata pelajaran PAI materi Sumber Hukum Islam kelas X DKV 2 SMK Negeri 1 Sale ada peningkatan, yakni pada saat tindakan prasiklus/sebelum dilakukannya tindakan siklus selanjutnya hanya terdapat 7 peserta didik yang memperoleh nilai tuntas atau 28 % dari jumlah peserta didik, dengan skor rata – rata sebesar 64,6. Kemudian setelah diadakan tindakan pada siklus I ada peningkatan yaitu 18 peserta didik yang mendapatkan nilai tuntas atau 73 % dari jumlah peserta didik dengan rata- rata nilai 73,2. Dilanjutkan tindakan pada siklus II peserta didik yang mendapatkan nilai tuntas sebanyak 24 peserta didik atau 96 % dari jumlah siswa dengan rata-rata nilai 80,8. Dengan demikian berarti ada peningkatan hasil prestasi belajar yang cukup signifikan yaitu sebanyak lebih kurang 68%

Abstract

The paper examined the relationship between human resource management and teacher effectiveness in some selected secondary schools in cross rivers state, Nigeria. Five research questions and five research hypotheses guided the study. A descriptive Survey Research design was adopted for the study. Population of the study was 340 participants consisting of school administrators and teachers from 15 public schools in Cross Rivers State, Nigeria. A sample size of 169 participants was obtained using Research advisor (2006) while purposive and stratified random sampling techniques were used to draw the sample size of the study. A questionnaire titled “Relationship between Human Resource Management and Teacher Effectiveness Questionnaire “was used to obtain data for the study. Data collected was analyzed using frequency counts, mean and standard deviation while Pearson Product Moment Correlation Co-efficient was used to test the hypotheses generated at 0.5 level of significance. One of the findings from the study revealed that there was a strong positive relationship between training & development and teacher effectiveness in public secondary schools in Cross Rivers State, Nigeria. The study recommended among others that: The management should make adequate provision for teacher development opportunities to enable teachers update their skills and competence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dynamics of Madin Wustha's learning and its relevance to students' learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The type of research is quantitative with a comparative approach. Data collection techniques utilize the documentation of PAI learning achievements, starting from daily tests, mid-semester tests, end-of-semester tests, and report cards. The sample of this study was all students of Class VIII at SMP Negeri 2 Kedung Jepara, totaling 57 students. Data analysis using t-test Independent sample test. The results showed that the PAI learning outcomes of students who took Madin Wustha were in the very good category with an average score of 88, while those who did not take it were in the good category with an average score of 79. The results of calculations using the t-test concluded that there were differences in PAI learning outcomes. between students who follow Madin Wustha and students who do not follow Madin Wustha. Suggestions that can be taken from this research are the schools, especially teachers, to further improve the quality of education, one of which is to understand the conditions and educational background of students. So that it can achieve maximum learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the professional abilities of progressive Islamic education leaders. By using literature research methods, this study shows that progressive Islamic education leadership capabilities must: 1) Involve the ability to develop a clear vision and strong educational mission, 2) The ability to inspire and motivate staff, students and other stakeholders. 3), Have good management skills, including resource management, strategic planning, and performance evaluation. 4) Have the ability to communicate effectively to be able to establish good relationships with all parties involved in educational institutions. Above all, an educational leader must have a strong commitment to student learning and development, as well as the ability to adapt to continuous changes in the world of education. These findings provide theoretical contributions in creating effective and sustainable educational leadership for Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

The “Kurikulum Merdeka” (Independent Curriculum) is a mandate from the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Religious Affairs for organizers of educational institutions, including madrasah. This research aims to find out how the readiness of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Pati Regency in implementing the independent curriculum according to government policy. This research is a field study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation and then analyzed using Miles and Huberman interactive analysis. The results showed that MIN 2 Pati and MI Al-Fattah Juwana as madrasahs in Pati Regency that were used as pilot projects were not fully prepared for the implementation of the independent curriculum. Training related to curriculum implementation has been carried out, but at the practical level there are still some obstacles. These obstacles include the lack of intensive training, the lack of teacher motivation to improve, and the low level of innovation in education implementation. Supporting facilities and infrastructure are also not well available in both madrasas. The Pati Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs always provides encouragement and assistance in implementing the independent curriculum, starting from intensive training, mentoring, and other supporting infrastructure. Although there are still some obstacles, the independent curriculum at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level must be carried out as well as possible so that educational goals will be achieved.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze differentiated learning approaches through the use of learning technology based on the Discovery Learning model at the elementary school level. This research uses the literature review method, in which various literature sources related to the use of learning technology and the Discovery Learning model in differentiated learning are explored, analyzed, and synthesized to get a comprehensive picture of this topic. The results of the literature review show that the use of learning technology based on the Discovery Learning model has great potential in enhancing the learning potential of differentiation in elementary schools. This approach can stimulate students' interest and engagement in learning, as well as encourage the development of critical, collaborative and creative thinking skills. Learning technologies such as interactive software, educational applications and multimedia aids can facilitate a more engaging and personalized learning experience for each student.

Abstract

The rapid increase in population and tourist visits can be the basis of an important issue of increasing waste volume as one of the causes of environmental problems, one of which will affect people's consumption patterns so that it has an impact on increasing the volume, type and characteristics of waste. The purpose of this study: how is the level of awareness of community function duties in waste management, how is the role, involvement, participation or participation of the community in supporting waste management, and how is the support or synergy of other stakeholders in waste management in Borobudur Magelang District. The research method used is quantitative ex-post facto in focus group discussion (FGD) activities by presenting 40 people (representatives of 21 hamlets in Borobudur Village). The results of the research on Borobudur Village area-based waste management, waste management policies and regulations, and inorganic waste management (plastic) obtained the results there is a significant difference in changes in insight, knowledge and understanding before and after FGD activities on plastic waste management into various creations. The conclusion is that the level of awareness, understanding, role, involvement and participation of community waste management institutions and the community positively support the wise management of plastic waste in the form of various creations

Abstract

Classroom action research using a project based learning model with a power point media creation project on chemical elements aims to improve student learning outcomes. Using the project based learning model can actively involve students in the learning process. Assessment can also be carried out comprehensively, starting from cognitive assessment through pretest and posttest. Assessment of attitudes and skills during student presentations and reflections using appropriate research instruments. The results of this classroom action research gave positive results, seen from the increase in students' pretest and posttest scores. The average pretest score is 23.8% and the average posttest score is 67.7%. For the results of the assessment of student presentations which measured attitudes and skills, the data obtained were material readiness reached 94%, attitude during the presentation reached 91% and questions and answers reached 91%. Student reflection on the learning model provides the following data, students like the project based learning learning model with a percentage of 93%, helps solve questions as much as 57%, more actively explores the material during learning as much as 79%, learning is more effective as much as 57% and increases motivation student learning as much as 86%. Learning outcomes increased significantly for cognitive assessment, attitude assessment and skills assessment, which was very good as well as good reflection from students. From the results of this classroom action research, the project based learning method can be an effective method that can be used in learning that produces a product from students' creative work

Abstract

Based on the research findings that have been conducted, there is significant evidence of increasing student learning activities in the context of implementing the Econoland Game. The research results showed that the first cycle experienced an increase of 62%, while the second cycle showed a greater increase, namely 82.85%. From these results, it can be concluded that the application of the Econoland Game has proven effective in increasing student learning activities, as time goes by and the use of the game increases. In addition, these findings also highlight the importance of enjoyable learning in an educational context, as it was found that students' learning motivation levels also increased significantly. Thus, this research provides a valuable contribution in understanding the importance of innovative and more entertaining learning approaches in improving student learning outcomes and motivation in educational environments.

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' writing skills by using the Learning to read: Reading to learn strategy. This classroom action research took class XII MIA MAN 2 Tanah Datar students as objects using 2 cycles with planning, observation, reflection and revision steps. The findings of this research show that by implementing the Learning to read: Reading to learn strategy, it is able to increase students' enthusiasm and activeness in the teaching and learning process and also improve their writing skills. This can be seen from the results of observations and their writing scores which increased from pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2. The average score of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle was 47% completeness, while in cycle 1 the result was 79.4% completeness and in cycle 2 their completion increased to 85.2%. The results of this research are effective in improving students' writing skills, and can increase students' enthusiasm and activeness in the teaching and learning process. Apart from that, the results of this research also show that the use of this method can make a positive contribution to improving the quality of learning. With an increase in the average value of student learning outcomes, this indicates that this method has the potential to be applied in other learning contexts to improve the quality of education
