Abstract

Objectives: The objective of this research is to study and explore the implementation of entrepreneurial values among young farmers in West Java and its relationship with empowerment programs, capital structure, self-reliance, and innovation in agriculture. Methodology: A sample of 103 young farmers from various districts in West Java participated in the study. Quantitative analysis, including descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and path analysis using Smart PLS, was conducted to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial values, self-reliance in agriculture, and innovation in agriculture. Finding: The findings show that young farmers in West Java exhibit moderate levels of entrepreneurial values, with particular emphasis on initiative and creativity. In addition, the analysis shows a positive correlation between entrepreneurial values and empowerment programs, capital structure, self-reliance in agriculture, and innovation in agriculture. The analysis further confirmed that entrepreneurial values are significantly predicted by empowerment programs, capital structure, innovation, and self-reliance in agriculture among young farmers. This study also shows that self-reliance could directly predict entrepreneurial values without capital structure as an intervening variable. These findings highlight the importance of fostering entrepreneurial values among young farmers through empowerment program intervention, providing access to capital structure, promoting agricultural innovation, and encouraging their self-reliance. Policymakers and stakeholders in agriculture should focus on providing training programs and support mechanisms that can foster an entrepreneurial mindset and skills among young farmers in West Java. Conclusion: The need to promote entrepreneurial values among young West Java farmers by boosting empowerment programs, self-reliance, and agricultural innovation with the support of capital structure access. The agricultural sector may become more robust, flexible, and sustainable, boosting regional growth and wealth. Further research should examine how entrepreneurial ideals affect self-reliance and creativity in agriculture and how young farmers might adopt them.

The study concluded that mobile banking service quality positively and significantly affects customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Customer perceived value positively and significantly affects customer satisfaction, significantly but negatively affects customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction positively and significantly affects customer loyalty. Conclusion: This research has differences and similarities with the results of previous studies. Abstract

Objective: The objective of this study is to examine the destination image and return intention perceived value directly and indirectly through the Indonesian tourist satisfaction in Malaysia.Methodology: This study is using survey research tools and a quantitative research methodology. A multivariate technique for comparing exogenous and endogenous variables is SmartPls 4.1.0.1. Indonesian visitors participated in the survey, of which 136 respondents used travel services in Malaysia.Findings: The first hypothesis (H1) is accepted since the path coefficient value (β) = 0.424, the significance value (-0.000) is less than 0.05, and the t value is 2.289 < t table = 1.97. Similarly, as the ∆ value of 0.00 is less than 0.05, the hypothesis tests H2, H3, and H4 are approved. However, hypothesis H5 is not significant. The mediation hypothesis (H6) is supported by a

Abstract

Objectives: The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of followership in increasing affective commitment, complemented by a mediation mechanism using job satisfaction and moderating variable job tenure.Methodology: This study is using the quantitative research approach involving 131 employees from the service industry in East Java. Data retrieval using a convenience sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire that is distributed online. Data analysis used SEM_PLS with Smartpls 3.0 application. Finding: The results found that followership can increase work satisfaction, and job satisfaction can directly affect commitment. Surprisingly, good followership had no direct effect on affective commitment. However, the followership mediation mechanism successfully increases affective commitment through job satisfaction. Finally, job tenure has succeeded in strengthening the role of followership in increasing affective commitment. Conclusion: These findings suggest that if a leader wants to increase employees' affective commitment using a followership attitude, they must pay attention to employee job satisfaction and tenure.

Abstract

Objectives: The COVID pandemic proved that humans are not hesitant to adopt technology in the banking industry, especially as a method of payment. In Indonesia, this fact is demonstrated by the value of e-wallet transactions in 2021 which reached 18,5 billion USD. The implementation of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) in the payment systems of e-wallets compels every e-wallet provider to intensify their marketing activities to overcome competitors. Previous studies on this topic primarily focused on factors that influence customer engagement on social media using traditional approaches, such as interviews and statistical methods to process the data. This research aims to overcome the limitations of previous research by using machine learning methods in predicting the customer engagement type of primary data collected directly from social media in this case Twitter.Methodology: In this paper, we propose the application of machine learning methods such as XGBoost, Random Forest, Decision Tree, and KNN to predict the most likely engagement type of a tweet related to e-wallet content using 15.756 data which are directly collected from Twitter.Finding: This research successfully found that XGBoost and KNN are the machine learning algorithms that perform best and the results in prediction from using the combined dataset and the individual e-wallet brands dataset are similar. Conclusion: Even though the prediction accuracy in this research is good, this research still has many limitations. Thus, future research in the same field would benefit from a larger amount of data to accommodate machine learning algorithms that are more complex like deep learning.

Abstract

Objectives: In this study, capital structure is used as an intermediary variable to examine how liquidity, profitability, and company size affect firm value. This study is anticipated to serve as a resource for future research as well as help businesses and investors make a variety of decisions.Methodology: This study uses secondary data and is quantitative. These facts were gathered via documentation methods. All of the firms in the food and beverage sectors that are listed on the IDX 2020–2021 make up the study's population. Purposive sampling was used to collect samples from 158 observations.Finding: According to the study's findings, liquidity, profitability, firm size, and capital structure had an impact on share value while only partially having an impact on capital structure. The outcomes of the path analysis demonstrate that while profitability has an impact on share value mediated by capital structure, liquidity, and company size do not have an impact on share value. Conclusion: Future researchers are urged by the findings of this study to include other variables, including external variables like inflation, interest rates, and taxes which may have an impact on business value

Abstract

Objectives: The objective of the studies is to test the causal models of rural banking patronage behavior are still under research and this study is also aimed at filling the empirical gap. This study operationalizes constructs that better reflect the characteristics and uniqueness of rural banking business processes.Methodology: Data collection was carried out directly by distributing questionnaires to consumers or customers of BPR BKK banks in Banyumas Regency, Purbalingga Regency, and Banjarnegara Regency. The number of samples in this study was determined by the purposive sampling method of as many as 373 people. The analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and processed using AMOS software.Finding: The findings of this study stated, among others, the following: (1) Relational benefits have a positive effect on business friendship (2) Relational benefits have a positive effect on brand intimacy (3) Business friendship mediates the effect of relational benefits on brand intimacy (4) Business friendship has a positive effect on brand intimacy (5) Brand intimacy has a positive effect on patronage intention. Conclusion: Customer loyalty to the bank greatly determines the sustainability of the bank's business, especially rural banks which generally have fewer resources than national banks. This study confirms the importance of bank management paying attention to five antecedent variables, namely relational benefits (symbiotic benefits, special treatment benefits, and confidence benefits), business friendships, and brand intimacy.
