Abstract

Objective: The objective of this research is to evaluate and analyze the impact of effective good corporate governance and knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, this research also investigated the mediating role of job satisfaction.Methodology: This research involved the saturated sample of 179 employees. Quantitative analysis was carried out through a survey approach using questionnaires and the Smart-PLS model structural analysis method.Findings: An interesting finding in this research is that consistent and structured implementation of GCG has been able to improve organizational performance by reaching the right people through the right channels in a short time. Therefore, employee job satisfaction is no longer the dominant factor in this research. Conclusion: Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive influence on Good Corporate Governance and knowledge management. The implementation of good corporate governance and well-functioning knowledge management makes a positive contribution to the level of job satisfaction. Even though job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, job satisfaction does not act as an intermediary in the relationship between Good Corporate Governance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In contrast, in the knowledge management framework, job satisfaction plays a role as a mediator that connects the influence of knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior.

The study focused on mango farmers and entrepreneurs producing derived products in Indramayu Regency, Indonesia. In-depth interviews and participant observations were used to collect data. Finding: The research results showed that farmers and entrepreneurs who applied marketing 4.0 were able to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic, and were interested in continuing to develop the market in the future Conclusion: The use of digital technology in marketing activities is still at an early stage, which is limited to WhatsApp groups and websites. Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between personality traits and life satisfaction, as well as the impact of job satisfaction on life satisfaction and work stress. While investigating the function of job stress and job satisfaction in mediating the link between these variables.Methodology: This specific field of study adopts a quantitative research methodology and survey research techniques. A multivariate statistical method is used in the statistical tool that uses SmartPls 4 v.4.0.9.4 to compare exogenous and endogenous factors. The number of micro-enterprises in Garut Regency reached 150.557 (Garut Cooperative and SMEs Office, 2019), absorbing a total workforce of 2953 people. So, the population is the SME workforce who are still actively working. Sampling using incidental sampling and Purposive or Judgment sampling, namely sampling based on the number of respondents who filled out the instrument and must follow the sample proportions required in the SEM-SmartPlsmodel. So, the minimum sample is 120 employee respondents. Incidental sampling can likely achieve more than 130.Findings: According to the findings of hypothesis testing using Smart PLS, the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted, implying that personality significantly affects work stress. Since the second hypothesis (H2) is confirmed, personality affects life satisfaction. The third hypothesis (H3) is accepted which means that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and work stress. The fourth hypothesis (H4) is not accepted, proving that there is no discernible relationship between job happiness and life satisfaction. The fifth hypothesis (H5) is accepted which suggests that life satisfaction is significantly impacted by work stress. H9 is rejected, although H6, H7, and H8 are accepted. Conclusion: The capacity to forecast life satisfaction which falls into the moderate group can be attributed to the Big Five personality, job contentment, and work stress. Employees of SMEs in the Garut Regency can become more satisfied at work and in general by changing their personalities. Employees of SMEs experience both distress and eustress because job satisfaction has a favorable and important effect on work stress. It has not been demonstrated that life satisfaction is significantly influenced by job satisfaction. Life satisfaction is significantly impacted by job stress, suggesting that this stress is pleasant (eustress), such as self-motivation and stimulation to achieve personal goals in the work and life domains. According to mediation tests, the effect of personality on work stress is mediated by job satisfaction.

Additionally, perceived organizational support has a significant positive impact on both work stress and turnover intentions. The study further finds that work stress mediates the relationship between work-family conflict, work overload, perceived organizational support, and turnover intentions. Therefore, organizations must address work-family conflict, and work overload to provide perceived organizational support to reduce work stress and turnover intentions among their employeesConclusion: According to this research, the implications are that managers should implement measures to minimize work-family conflicts and workload to enhance employee well-being and reduce their intentions to leave the organization and the need to ensure that employees perceive support from the organization in different aspects such as compensation, promotion, and recognition

Abstract

Objectives:  The objective of this study is to contribute to the existing body of literature regarding the decision-making process of visiting the Gadang Clock Tower tourist attraction. This will be achieved by examining aspects like travel motivation, electronic word-of-mouth (EWOM), eco-destination image, and intention to visit. There exists a dearth of scholarly research on Gadang clocks, particularly about their significance within eco-destinations. Consequently, there is a pressing need for further investigation in this area.Methodology: The data utilized in this study was obtained via a survey of tourists who were visiting the Clock Tower in Bukittinggi. The SEM is utilized in the assessment of validity, reliability, cross-loading, and t-statistics.Finding: The study found that the influence of electronic word-of-mouth and eco-destination images on tourists' intentions and visiting decisions at the Gadang Clock Tower was positive and significant. Therefore, it can be inferred that these elements play a crucial role in enhancing visitors' intentions and decisions. Conclusion: If the Clock Tower possesses a favorable eco-destination image, it is likely to attract a higher influx of tourists. Electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) has a substantial impact in influencing individuals' levels to encounter the clock tower. The number of visitors expressing an intention to revisit the Gadang Clock is expected to increase if they have a remarkable and memorable experience on their initial visit. Furthermore, the act of visiting the Clock Tower exerted a substantial impact on their subsequent inclination to revisit it.
