Abstract

Our knowledge and understanding of political diction still needs further attention. This is in line with efforts to provide good education to society. Looking ahead to the political year 2024, Indonesian people are still trapped by limitations and inadequate understanding of the meaning of politics. The impacts felt are also varied, starting from acts of discrimination, intolerance and attitudes of exclusivism towards groups and groups within themselves. Political hermeneutics tries to look again at the understanding and definition of politics openly and comprehensively, meaning that in the context of hermeneutic studies, diction regarding politics is brought back to a different understanding and is able to look at a comprehensive context. So, in this new understanding, the Indonesian people can prepare themselves and be fully aware to be actively involved, and able to play an open role in assisting and assisting our neighbors as a nation that prioritizes the values of Pancasila to become a good and advanced Indonesian nation. Our nation is heading towards a Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

Every ethnic group has inherited local cultural wisdom from their predecessors. Similarly, the Sundanese people's riches include a wide range of great ideas, religious systems, and perspectives on life. This local wisdom can be utilized as a reference for the next generation, as it is still relevant to modern millennial life. One is related to the habits, traditions, and religious systems practiced by the Baduy traditional community. This indigenous wisdom is reflected in rituals and traditions that the community still follows and fiercely adheres to. This is inextricably linked to their belief system. Baduy society's beliefs are based on Sundanese Wiwitan teachings. The existence of these teachings is intimately related to the customs. This page also seeks to reveal the calculation and calendar system, which will serve as a reference and guideline for 'kolénjér' and 'literature' calculations. This study employs both descriptive analytical research methodologies and multidisciplinary cultural study methods, such as ethnography, social anthropology, communication, and oral traditions. The findings can disclose practices, traditions, religious systems, calculations, and calendars that have previously been hidden and unknown to individuals outside Baduy and are generally significantly different from other belief systems. The findings of this study can be used as a literacy resource for other scientific domains in a multidisciplinary context.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digital literacy on the Integrated Social Sciences learning outcomes of students at SMP Negeri 1 Selong, East Lombok. The research method adopts a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was stratified random sampling. Stratified random sampling is a sampling technique in which the population is not homogeneous. To accurately describe the characteristics of a heterogeneous population, the population is divided into uniform strata, and each stratum is randomly sampled. The results of this study show that the R-squared value is 0.427. It can be concluded that the influence of digital skills on students' learning outcomes is 42.7%, and the rest is due to other influences. The R value of 0.31 is within the range of 0.21 to 0.40, so the relationship between these two variables belongs to the weak category. In the Coefficient column, you can see that the intercept value is 55.547 and the X value is 0.210. Therefore, we can create the regression equation: Y = 55.547 + 0.210X. Based on the regression equation, we can say that each unit increase in digital skills increases learning outcomes by 0.210.

Abstract

This article presents a language teaching framework for understanding how human activities can be influenced by social and cultural contexts. This is because effective language teaching does not only understand the structure and vocabulary, but also understands the cultural context in which the language is used. To understand this, this research uses Engeström's 'Cultural Historical Activity Theory' with a qualitative descriptive analytical approach method, with several research steps, First: Identifying Data. Second: Collecting Data. Third: Analyzing Data. Fourth: Synthesis and Interpretation. For this reason, the aim of this research is to discuss the importance of cultural aspects in language teaching and how this approach can improve students' language skills and cultural understanding. The findings of this research indicate that Engeström's culturally-based activity theory can enhance communication skills through language teaching within cultural contexts. Consequently, students can serve as a positive force in fostering cross-cultural communication competence.
