Abstract

The issue of global environmental sustainability has encouraged the transformation of vocational education to integrate green competencies that are relevant to the needs of the green industry. This research aims to identify the need for green competencies in vocational education curriculum development using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method allows ranking competency elements based on their level of importance in supporting sustainability-oriented learning. The research was conducted through data collection from literature, surveys of stakeholders (teachers, students, and industry). Data collection was conducted online through google form and 1022 respondents participated in this research. The identification results show that the aspects of abilities and skills are aspects that are widely responded by stakeholders such as; being able to provide solutions to environmental problems, being able to take responsibility for environmental sustainability, and communication skills are the main needs that need to be integrated in the curriculum. The resulting recommendations are expected to be a reference in designing a sustainability-based vocational curriculum that not only meets the needs of the labor market but also supports environmental conservation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam siswa kelas V pada kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain Quasi Experimental Design tipe Nonequivalent Control Group Design yang hampir sama dengan Pretest-posttest Control Group Design namun pada bentuk ini kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol tidak dipilih secara random. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD N 25 Langki yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelas yaitu 10 orang kelas eksperimen dan 10 orang kelas kontrol. Instrumen pembelajaran berupa RPP yang menerapkan model PBL, sedangkan hasil belajar diperoleh dengan Instrumen soal sebanyak 10 buah soal pilihan ganda dan 5 soal isian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perolehan nilai sig 2-tailed sebesar 0,004  pada posttest siswa. Berdasarkan pedoman pengambilan keputusan maka nilai sig 2-tailed sebesar 0,004 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Maka disimpulkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa pada kelas yang menerapkan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan kelas yang menerapkan model konvensional.Basic

Abstract

Critical thinking is essential in dealing with today's information complexity because it allows individuals to make informed decisions and overcome challenges in a systematic way. Several media have been developed to support the development of these skills so an evaluation of the media's effectiveness is needed. The purpose of this study is to determine if students' critical thinking abilities may be enhanced by using the IPS GO internet learning media. An experimental approach with a pretest-posttest design for a single group is used in this study. Forty students from a Madiun City school were the subjects of this study. Tests and observations are used to gather data for this study. The t-test and N-Gain are two quantitative tools used in research data analysis. According to the study's findings, students' critical thinking abilities are significantly impacted by using the IPS Go website's learning media. An N-Gain rating of 0.37, or 37%, indicates an improvement in conceptual comprehension or mastery. Thus, junior high school students critical thinking abilities can be enhanced by using the learning media on the IPS GO website

Abstract

Abstract: The existence of honorary teachers is a reality that exists in the world of Indonesian education. This study examines the meaning of working as an honorary teacher in public elementary schools. The question asked in this study is what it means to work as an honorary teacher in public elementary schools. This research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The data collection method in this study was semistructured interviews with open-ended questions. The informants of this study numbered fifteen people consisting of a school superintendent, two principals, and twelve honorary teachers. The results of this study are some people influence the decision of informants to work in public elementary schools. Informants were satisfied despite earning little income while working as honorary teachers. The informants stated that it had individual merit as an honorary teacher. These results can be a reference for researching the lives of honorary teachers.Abstrak: Keberadaan guru honorer merupakan kenyataan yang ada di dunia pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengkaji makna bekerja sebagai guru honorer di sekolah dasar negeri. Pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini ialah apa makna bekerja guru honorer di SD negeri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara semiterstruktur dengan pertanyaan terbuka. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah dua belas orang guru honorer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat orang-orang yang mempengaruhi keputusan para informan untuk bekerja sebagai guru honorer di SD negeri. Para informan merasa puas walau mendapatkan penghasilan yang sedikit saat bekerja sebagai guru honorer. Para informan menyatakan bahwa memiliki kebermanfaatan  individu sebagai guru honorer. Hasil ini dapat menjadi referensi untuk meneliti kehidupan guru honorer.

Abstract

Kesiapan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang harus dimiliki oleh lulusan SMK untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Berdasarkan data BPS menyatakan bahwa Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) pada Februari 2022 jumlah lulusan SMK paling tinggi diantara tingkat pendidikan yang lain yaitu sebanyak 10,38%. Hal ini mengindikasikan kurangnya kesiapan kerja siswa SMK. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji peran praktik kerja industri dalam memoderasi pengaruh ICT skill, kompetensi kejuruan dan soft skill terhadap kesiapan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK se-Kabupaten Sragen kelas XII program keahlian Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga tahun ajaran 2022/2023 sebesar 268 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 160 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda dan moderated Regression analysis dengan alat analisis software SPSS Statistic 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel ICT skill dan soft skill terhadap kesiapan kerja. Kompetensi kejuruan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa praktik kerja industri dapat memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi kejuruan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Di sisi lain, penelitian ini tidak dapat menemukan adanya peran praktik kerja industri dalam memoderasi pengaruh ICT skill dan soft skill terhadap kesiapan kerja.

Abstract

This article presents a program for optimizing the use of multimedia called padlet as a trigger for students' creativity to develop a variety of movements in domyak art. What was discussed was the process of revitalizing the domyak art which was brought to junior high schools in Purwakarta district. The material studied is a variety of tilu tapping movements in domyak art for SMP Negeri 1 Wanayasa. The type and method of research used is qualitative. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that with the padlet application, students not only learn the art of various tap tilu movements, but also study the contextual problems of domyak dance in society, including the use of the padlet application as a student learning tool.

Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik pada materi suhu dan kalor masih tergolong rendah. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut yaitu mengembangkan suatu perangkat pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran fisika pada materi suhu dan kalor yang dikembangkan menggunakan model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Dissemination). Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan yaitu RPP, LKPD, dan instrumen soal. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian validator diketahui bahwa perangkat pembelajaran ini layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik pada materi suhu dan kalor.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low mathematical problem solving abilities of students at Muhammdiyah 10 Rantauprapat Private High School. This is because the model used by teachers is still not varied, where teachers only explain and teachers only take notes without actively involving students in learning. In this case the researcher uses the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the mathematical problem solving abilities of class The population in this study were all students in class The average pretest result is 38.00 and the average posttest result is 85.33, meaning the average posttest score is higher than the pretest score. From the hypothesis test, it was obtained that t = 5.556 and t table = 2.048. So if we consult the t table with a significance level of 0.01, the results show that 5.556 > 2.048. This means that t count is greater than t table. So it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model has a very significant influence on the mathematical problem solving abilities of students in class This is strengthened because the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model has advantages and goals that are able to encourage students to learn more effectively because they focus on problem solving and students are able to develop themselves.

Abstract

Rapidly developing educational technology innovations require educational institutions to provide innovation in creating effective and efficient learning in order to achieve optimal educational goals. Blended learning is an alternative for institutions that still implement conventional learning to integrate technology into learning and overcome the problem of learning duration so that students can learn actively and flexibly. This study aims to collect information about student needs in designing a flexible blended learning model to optimize learning in learning media courses. Needs analysis is used to explore information about gaps, student needs, and the readiness of lecturers and institutions in creating a blended learning model. This study uses an exploratory research type. The population in this study sample is all PAI students with a sample used 28 students who have taken learning media courses. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data obtained are analyzed by descriptive qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that students need a more active and flexible learning system, this shows that a flexible blended learning model is one solution to increase the effectiveness of the learning process. The reason is, that 21st-century learning supports the realization of smart education by utilizing technology, namely internet-based learning to prepare students as prospective teachers in creating learning media that synergizes with 21st-century learning.

Abstract

Numerous difficulties with learning technique, particularly with regard to learning methodologies, exist in the reality of education. The purpose of this study is to elucidate how advanced writing materials for class II elementary school pupils use Problem Based Learning (PBL). Reading, writing, speaking, and listening are the four language abilities that are relevant to learning Indonesian. Writing is regarded as the most difficult of these four subjects for primary school pupils in lower grades. The SDIT Muhammadiyah Al Kautsar teachers and class II students were the study's resource people and data sources. The Miles and Huberman technique was used to examine the data, which was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that PBL learning, coupled with serial image media, proves effective in enhancing students' advanced writing abilities. Consequently, it is inferred that PBL learning, complemented by serial image media, encourages greater student engagement by facilitating the expression of their ideas, opinions, and imaginative storytelling. The serial image media aids students in locating vocabulary and presenting the contents of images in a systematic narrative. GThe application of Problem Based Learning with Ganbar Series Media in the second-grade class reveals that, out of 30 students, five exhibit deficiencies in vocabulary and struggle with organizing the story sequence. 9 Students who write stories with a vocabulary of 40-50 vocabulary words, with the appropriate story order. And there were 16 students who were able to write stories with a vocabulary of more than 50 words with a good and systematic story sequence.
