Abstract

ABSTRACT Quality of human resources could affect the achievement of vision, mission and organization goal through the suitability between individual value and organization value..? This research is aimed to know role of work satisfaction mediation toward relationship between congruency individual value and organization value with organizational commitmen and employee’s OCB in Regional Agency of Food and Drug Control of Denpasar. Population in this research are 96 responden  that work at in regional agency of food and drug control of Denpasar. Primary data was taken from respondent. Multiple regression analysis methode was used for hypothesis analysis as well ( Baron and Keynes, 1986) with SPSS version 17.0 was used as software application and then using a Sobel test to determined the effect if it’s significant. The result showed that (1) Congruency individual value  and organization value gave significant positive effect toward Organizational Commitment (2) Congruency individual value  and organization value gave significant positive effect toward OCB (3) Congruency individual value  and organization value gave significant positive effect toward work satisfaction (4) Work Satisfaction gave significant positive effect toward Organizational Commitment (5) Work satisfaction gave significant positive effect toward OCB (6) Work Satisfaction gave positive partially mediation but not signifikan toward relationship congruency individual and organization value with commitment organizational and employee’s OCB. Suggested for further research in order to broaden the scope of research into multiple organizational and separating respondendts into each position group, as well as examining in particular the role of intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction to see more job satisfaction factors affect the value of individual relationship and organizational values to organizational commitment and employee’s OCB in Regional Agency of Food and Drug Control of Denpasar. Abstract

Since 2001, Indonesia's regional autonomy exercised simultaneously . The purpose of implementation of regional autonomy is to improve the well-being of society . This study aims to determine the effect of Balanced Funds and Regional Financial Survival for compatibility estimates and Welfare Society in Regency / City in the Province of Bali . Data obtained from secondary sources from the Central Statistical Agency and the Bureau of Finance Setda Bali Province . Further analysis of the data was analyzed by band represents the development of regression methods . The results showed that the fund balance the district 's financial independence and a positive influence on the compatibility of budget , the fund balance is not significant at the 5 percent significance level . Kemandiriaan financial district , fund balance , and the district 's financial compatibility is positive for the community. The fund balance of no significant indirectly to the welfare of society through compatibility estimates, while the district 's financial kemandiriaan significant indirect effect on the well-being of society through the compatibility of estimates. Abstract

Investment is no longer considered as something people wanted to get, but more like something people need. Preferences of return, risk and any investment programs are a part of factors that analyzed before making an investment. This research aims to test an effect of existence of minimum investment fund, return and perception of risk to interest of investment, with wage used as moderate variable. The analysis technique in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). MRA was used because there is a need to test wage as the moderate variable. Students of Magister of Accounting, Magister of Management and Magister of Economy Sciences Department were being a population. The sampling method was Purposive sampling, with some criterias developed before. Questionnaire was used to collect data from participants. As much as 252 participants were participate. Based on MRA analysis, minimum investment fund does not affect interest of investment variable. Perception of risk and return are affecting interest of investment. Wage could not be a moderate variable. Key words: investment, return, risk, minimum investment fund, interest of investment, BNI Sekuritas.

Abstract

Research was conducted in PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Bali (Persero) /BTDC. Study aims to know the influence of the Internal Audit’s role and the Audit Committee's role on the implementation level of Good Corporate Governance. Study uses a non-probability sampling type, purposive sampling technique methods, and as much data as 20 respondents. Statistical methods used were multiple regressions. The results of study concludes that Internal Audit’s role and Audit Committee’s role on the implementation level of Good Corporate Governance have a significant and positive effect, the role of Internal Audit against the implementation level of Good Corporate Governance does not have effect, and the role of the Audit Committee on the implementation level of Good Corporate Governance have a significant and positive effect.
