Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and information technology on the quality of SME financial statements in the Province of Bali, and to determine the effect of organizational culture, information technology and quality of financial reports on the quantity of credit received by SMEs in Bali Province. The sample of this study was 100 SMEs in the Province of Bali, where sampling using a simple random sampling technique. The results of this study are organizational culture variables that are not significant in influencing the quality of financial statements. Technological variables have a positive and significant impact on the quality of financial statements. Respondents were very helpful in preparing financial statements using financial statement preparation software. Organizational culture and technology variables do not significantly influence the quantity of credit received by SMEs. While the variable quality of financial statements has a positive and significant effect on the quantity of credit received by SMEs

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance comparison of large capitalization shares and small capitalization stocks. The results of the previous single index model approach found that of the 35 shares that were incorporated and used as research samples in the large capitalization index of 18 shares and in the small capitalization index of 18 stocks from January 2017 to January 2018 there were 25 stocks that could form an optimal portfolio , these shares include 13 shares of large capitalization and 12 shares of small capitalization. The results of this study indicate that the large capitalization stock portfolio has a sharpe index of -21.70, while the portfolio of small capitalization shares has a sharpe index of -39.33. If there is nothing better compared to the IHSG benchmark. However, the performance of shares can be measured by comparing each other into stocks that are able to show better performance, namely large capitalization shares with a value of -21.70 because the performance measure is better than small capitalization shares with a value of -39.33.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix (7P) on packed purchasing decisions on the Smailing Tour. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study is Smailing Tour consumers in Sanur, Denpasar. The sample from this study was 125 respondents. The data collection method used is questionnaire. The scale used is the Likert scale. The results of this study are product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence that have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decisions packed on the Smailing Tour partially or simultaneously. The R2 of this study is 0.707, which means that 70.7 percent of the purchasing decisions are influenced by the seven variables in this study, the remaining 29.3 percent are influenced by other variables outside the research. this study provides theoretical implications for the development of marketing management science, especially the marketing mix (7P) for purchasing decisions. The managerial implication in this study is that companies need to design creative marketing strategies in order to increase consumer purchasing decisions such as through strategies related to people and prices.

Abstract

The high demands of work for members of the police, the problems that are very vulnerable are experienced, namely the emergence of work stress, family problems and unclear roles in the task. These problems cause members of the police often to feel loss of concentration in their duties, often feeling exhausted at work and often absent from work. The purpose of this study was to find out Work-family Conflict and Role Ambiguity towards work stress on members of the Kediri Sector Police in Tabanan. The method of determining the sample in this study using the saturation sample method, where respondents numbered 72 members of the Kediri Sector Police in Tabanan. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to measure 9 indicators using a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used for this study is multiple linear regression. From the results of the analysis, this study shows that Work-family Conflict has a positive and significant effect on the work stress of members of the police. Role Ambiguity has a positive and significant effect on the work stress of police members. Suggestions for the Kediri Sector Police Department should pay attention to the work time of members so that they have free time with family and a clear work role in carrying out their duties to members of the police in order to achieve organizational.
