Abstract

The policy model strategy in empowering MSMEs in this study uses the Balanced Scorecard as an analysis method. The first stage begins with a SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis aims to find out how the position of MSMEs is in quadrant positions one, two, three, or four. From the analysis results, it is known that the position of the UMKM batik in Kediri is currently in good condition but faces challenges that must be faced in the future so the strategy that must be carried out is a horizontal integration strategy. The second stage, after the selection of strategic recommendations using the SWOT method, will be measured based on the perspective of the Policy Model that can be implemented in the work program. The four perspectives are Customer Perspective, Financial Perspective, Learning and Growth Perspective, and Internal Business Perspective. The perspective of the policy model covers aspects of venture capital, markets, product quality, marketing, and human resources. Every indicator in the existing policy model must be implemented by applying it in the government policy program.

Abstract

Taxes are the source of state revenue which gives the biggest contribution in supporting the state budget. However, state revenue from taxes in Indonesia is not optimal. This optimization is due to the low level of compliance of taxpayers in carrying out their tax obligations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of understanding tax regulations, tax rates, and service quality on Taxpayers Obedience simultaneously and partially. Non-Employee Individual Taxpayers who are registered as SPT compliant in KPP Pratama Cibinong are the population in this study. This study uses convenience sampling with a total sample of 72 people. The data of this study were analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially, only tax rates and service quality were affected by taxpayers obedience. While simultaneously, understanding taxation regulations, tax rates, and service quality affects the obedience of taxpayers.

Abstract

This research is influenced by the problems related to the brand equity and online consumer review on Wardah’s sunscreen products. There are some negative reviews for Wardah sunscreen written by users on the Female Daily and Soco Review websites, when compared to other sunscreen products that already have 2000 more reviews on Female Daily and Soco Review websites, Wardah sunscreen have the lowest score. Compared with other sunscreen products such as Emina, Loreal, and Biore Wardah has the lowest number of sales Shopee and Tokopedia. This study was conducted to determine and anlyze brand equity in Wardah’s sunscreen product, online consumer review in Wardah’s sunscreen product, purchase intention Wardah’s sunscreen product, the influence of the brand equity and online consumer review simultaneously and partially towards purchase intention Wardah’s sunscreen product. This study uses quantitative descriptive research-causality. Sampling technique used was incidental sampling type under non-probability sampling, with the total number of 100 respondents. The data was analysed descriptively, and the hypothesis were tested by using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results brand equity and online consumer review partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase intention of Wardah’s sunscreen product.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the independence and ability of regencies / cities and their effects on economic growth in Lampung Province. The method used is panel data analysis. The results showed that Bandar Lampung City was in a consultative relationship pattern, while 13 districts and 1 other city were in an instructive relationship pattern. Whereas based on the analysis of regional financial capability, Bandar Lampung City has a good relationship pattern category, the Metro City category of sufficient relationship pattern and South Lampung Regency and East Lampung Regency with less relationship pattern criteria. Whereas the other 11 districts are still in very poor category. Regression results show that the ratio of regional financial capacity has a negative and significant effect on the level of ? (5%) on economic growth, while regional financial independence has no effect on economic growth.

Abstract

The role of social media is increasingly recognized in boosting business or brand performance. Developing creativity in entrepreneurship among students with the use of social media is a positive impact on the use of social media itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of use of social media and motivation towards entrepreneurship interests. This research was conducted at the College of Management Study Program located in the city of Denpasar. The sample used was as many as 100 people or about 90% of the total active students of management courses in high schools in the city of Denpasar. Data analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient, F Test and t Test. The results of analysis in this study indicate the level of use of Social Media has a positive and partially significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, it can be seen from the t-value of the variable Organizational Commitment is 8.417 is greater than the t-table value of 1.661. Motivation has a positive and partially significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, it can be seen from the t-count value of Organizational Culture variables is 5.736 greater than the t-table value of 1.661.
