Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) the simultaneous effect of labor, capital and raw materials on the production value of the non-exported and already exported handicraft industry, 2) the partial effect of labor, capital and raw materials on the production of the non-exported and exported handicraft industry, 3) the difference in labor, capital, raw materials and production of industry has not been exported and export. This research was conducted in Gianyar Regency. The samples is 262 units of the company, with purposive sampling method with descriptive analysis techniques, multiple linear regression and paired t-test sample difference test. Results shows that labor, capital and raw materials simultaneously affect the production of export and non-export metal handicraft industry. Labor and raw materials partially have a positive and significant effect on the production value of the export metal craft industry, while capital has no and significant effect on the production value of the export metal craft industry. Labor and capital partially have a positive effect on the production value of the non-exported metal craft industry, while raw materials have no positive effect on the production value of the non-exported metal craft industry. There are significant differences in the use of labor, capital, raw materials and production values ??used that export and those that have not been exported.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of shopping enjoyment in mediating hedonic motivation on impulse buying in the time frame of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted on customers of Trans Studio Mall Bali. The number of samples used in this study were 91 respondents, using purposive sampling method. Data was collected through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that hedonic motivation has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying; hedonic motivation has a positive and significant effect on shopping enjoyment; shopping enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying; and shopping enjoyment acts as a mediating variable between hedonic motivation and impulse buying. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that good hedonic motivation and shopping enjoyment greatly affect the impulse buying of customers at Trans Studio Mall Bali. Instead, the management of Trans Studio Mall Bali still pays attention to the quality of services offered and the convenience of the shopping atmosphere, especially regarding safety, health, and the implementation of health protocols in an effort to increase impulse buying

Abstract

This study aims to determine the reaction of pharmaceutical sector stocks to President Joko Widodo's first Covid-19 vaccination. The number of samples in this study were 18 companies, the sampling technique used non-probability sampling with saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used is an event study with a hypothesis testing tool using the One Sample t-Test. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in abnormal returns before and after the administration of President Joko Widodo's first Covid-19 vaccination, where there was a positive reaction before the administration of the first Covid-19 vaccination to President Joko Widodo and a negative reaction at the time of administration on January 13, 2021 and after President Joko Widodo's first Covid-19 vaccination. This shows that it is important for investors to observe critically when absorbing and responding to signals, especially when making investment decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job insecurity on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) conducted at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning, Jembrana Regency. This study was conducted using a saturated sampling technique of 45 people with the contract employee status. Data eliciting was done by interview method and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique that used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on OCB, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on OCB, while job insecurity has a significant negative effect on OCB. The results of this study provide evidence on the development of human resource management science and organizational behavior science, especially regarding OCB, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job insecurity which are able to prove empirically the theory used in this study refers to the social exchange theory is a theory that assumes that the relationship between agencies and employees is a form of social exchange. This research can be used as a reference for all parties, both for students or universities in conducting research with similar variables and for agencies in improving OCB behavior.

Abstract

The author conducted this study aimed to identify and analyze what factors can influence purchase intentions for fashion products on e-commerce platforms. In this case, the object of this study is the people who exist, especially in Batam City with an age range of 17 years and over who have the purchase intention to buy fashion products through an e-commerce platform. The independent variables used in this study are function values, social values, emotional values, price values ??and e-WOM. The dependent variable used is purchase intention with trust as a mediation. This study applies an explanatory method with a quantitative approach in collecting data and the technique used by the author is a purposive sampling technique with data analysis using the SmartPLS 3 software application. The results of this study identify the importance of price value, social value and e-WOM for a company in increasing trust in making purchase intentions for a product. If this trust is created, it will certainly bring up purchase intentions in consumers.

Abstract

This study compares the financial results of conventional and Islamic banks that were registered in Indonesia the 2020-2021 period. The research population comprises of 43 conventional and sharia banking businesses that are members of the KBMI I. The sample was determined using the basic random sampling approach method and obtained a total of 39 samples consisting of 30 conventional banks and 9 conventional banks. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements of banking companies that publish financial performance ratios consisting of LDR, ROA, ROE, CAR, BOPO, NIM, and NPL ratios. The year period for this study was chosen for 2 years, namely in 2020 and 2021. The hypothesis testing in this study used the independent sample t-test and the Mann Whitney u-test. The results of the study showed that there was no difference in the ratios of LDR, ROA, ROE, CAR, BOPO and NPL between conventional banks and Islamic banks in Indonesia, whereas if measured using the NIM ratio there were differences between the financial performance of conventional banks and islamic banks in Indonesia during the period of observation.

Abstract

The banking industry play an important role in the development of the Indonesian economy, because act as intermediary institutions between parties who have excess funds and those who need funds. In bank operations, credit risk, liquidity management, and capital can be said to have high risk potential. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of credit risk, liquidity, and capital on banking performance. Bank performance can be used as a basis for measuring whether the bank has carried out management activities in accordance with sound banking regulations in accordance with applicable regulations. The population in this study were 43 conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2020. The sampling technique in this study was the purposive sampling method, namely the sampling method based on certain criteria and considerations. The sample in this study were 38 banking companies. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that credit risk has a negative effect on banking performance, while liquidity has a positive effect on banking performance and capital has a positive effect on banking performance

Abstract

The stock price is a very important factor and must be considered by investors in investing because the stock price shows the performance of the issuer. The movement of stock prices is in line with the performance of the issuer, if the issuer has better performance, the profits obtained and generated from business operations will be greater. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of profitability and liquidity on stock prices with capital structure as an intervening variable. The population of this study is the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period. The sample used was determined by purposive sampling method, and obtained a sample of 15 companies. The model analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability and liquidity have a negative effect on capital structure. The second result that profitability has a positive effect on stock prices and liquidity has a negative effect on stock prices, and capital structure is not able to mediate profitability and liquidity on stock prices

Abstract

The capital market is very important for the economy of a country, because through buying and selling activities in the capital market can be known the purchasing power of investors or called investors which is often used as a benchmark for the economic condition of a country. Stocks are one of the capital market instruments that are growing among the people of Indonesia. In Indonesia, the state of the stock market composite stock price index (JCI). The movement of JCI is influenced by several domestic (internal) factors, including macroeconomic factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of macroeconomic variables including Inflation, Exchange Rate, and Industrial Production Index (IPI) to JCI. This research was conducted in Indonesia. Data collection is carried out by documentation of secondary data from several related bodies as well as online sites. This study uses the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) approach to look at the influence of Inflation, Exchange Rate, and Industrial Production Index (IPI) on JCI over time, as well as the influence of past JCI variables on present JCI. The results showed that Inflation and Exchange Rate had a significant influence on JCI and the Industrial Production Index (IPI) had no significant effect on JCI.

Abstract

Shrimp is the leading non-oil and gas export commodity as well as the Indonesian fishery sub-sector. Shrimp commodity is also a commodity that has high competitiveness because it has fluctuating exports in the period 2013-2020. The purpose of this study was to determine how the condition of competitiveness of Indonesian shrimp commodities and the influence of competitiveness, production, GDP per capita and foreign exchange rates ( US$) partially and simultaneously on Indonesian shrimp exports in five export destination countries (United States, Japan, China, Malaysia, Canada). The data used in this study is panel data. Panel data is a combination of time series and cross section. To analyze the competitiveness of Indonesian shrimp commodities in five destination countries, the RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage) method was used. The RCA values ??for the five destination countries show that Indonesian shrimp exports have strong competitiveness. Based on the research results, competitiveness, production, GDP per capita and foreign exchange rates simultaneously have a significant influence on Indonesia's shrimp exports. Partially competitiveness, GDP and foreign exchange rates have a positive and significant impact on Indonesia's shrimp exports. Meanwhile, production has a negative and insignificant effect on Indonesian shrimp exports
