Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 46 employees. The objectives of this study are 1). Abstract

Government's strategy to improve the welfare of Female PMI Returnees. The research method is mixed in the form of sequential exploration. The data used are primary and secondary data. The results of the study, first, are the need for regional government policies related to improving the welfare of Female PMI Returnees. Second, it is necessary to open employment opportunities in the informal sector. Third, it is necessary to manage the PMI Returnee database in an integrated manner starting from the Central, Provincial, Regency and Village Governments. The results of the SWOT analysis show that there are three strategies needed to improve the welfare of Female PMI Returnees through Desmigratif. This study concludes that there is still a need for partnerships between the district government, village and PMI Returnees

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi akhir tahun 2019-2020, telah memberikan dampak negatif terhadap perekonomian secara keseluruhan, yaitu menurunkan tingkat Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemiskinan, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengangguran terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Jawa Timur. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder, yaitu PE, TPT, TK dan IPM dari tahun 2013-2015 dan 38 kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama, kemiskinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap IPM. Kedua, pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif, tapi tidak signifikan terhadap IPM. Ketiga, pengangguran berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap IPM.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : mengenal, menganalisa dan menguji peran kompetensi dalam sumberdaya manusia, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan komunikasi pada performa kerja karyawan di bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sampang. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 42 pegawai, metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling method. Instrumen analisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil-hasil menunjukkan bahwa : 1) secara serempak, kompetensi sumberdaya manusia, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan komunikasi mempunyai akibat signifikan pada performa kerja pegawai bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sampang; 2) kompetensi sumberdaya manusia, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada performa kerja pegawai bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sampang; 3) organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada performa kerja pegawai bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sampang ; 4) komunikasi mempunyai organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan komunikasi pengaruh signifikan pada ; 5) berdasarkan hasil-hasil uji, diketahui bahwa kompetensi sumberdaya manusia mempunyai pengaruh dominan pada performa kerja pegawai bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sampang.

Abstract

This research aims to identify internal and external factors in implementing BUMDes change management policies; to identify the changes that have occurred in BUMDes by using the theory of Lewin's Three-Step Model and Kotter's 8 Step Change Model; formulate a policy strategy for the development of BUMDes. The research method used is mixed. The data used are qualitative data from in-depth interviews and secondary data in one district in East Java province. Data analysis used sequential exploratory. The results of the study explain that the management changes that occur in the developing phase to the managing are first, for all BUMDes to immediately reorganize BUMDes managers by Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2021; second, the management changes that occur from the managing phase to the transformation are the need for a BUMDes consultant or assistant as a change agent to help develop BUMDes from different sides; third, the results of the SWOT analysis show that there are three main strategies needed to establish BUMDes, namely the business unit development strategy, facilities strategy and service strategy. This research concludes that implementing change management policies is essential to developing BUMDes.JEL: M210, H100, L100.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki perbandingan keuntungan dan risiko investasi saham dan obligasi pada investor individu. Melalui metode studi literatur, penelitian ini menguraikan karakteristik masing-masing instrumen investasi dan dampaknya terhadap portofolio investor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saham memiliki potensi keuntungan yang tinggi, namun diimbangi dengan risiko volatilitas pasar dan fluktuasi kinerja perusahaan. Sebaliknya, obligasi menawarkan stabilitas pendapatan dengan risiko yang lebih rendah, meskipun pengembalian yang lebih moderat. Penekanan pada profil risiko dan preferensi investor individu menjadi krusial dalam membentuk keputusan investasi yang bijak. Disarankan agar investor mempertimbangkan diversifikasi portofolio sebagai strategi untuk mengurangi risiko sambil memaksimalkan potensi keuntungan. Selain itu, pemahaman mendalam terhadap faktor-faktor eksternal, seperti kondisi ekonomi global dan kebijakan pemerintah, dapat menjadi panduan dalam merancang strategi investasi yang adaptif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and human resource (HR) performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Kotamobagu City. The population and sample consisted of 30 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and simple linear regression to determine the strength and direction of the relationship between variables. The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and HR performance. Increased employee job satisfaction positively affects performance, thereby supporting the achievement of organizational goals. This study recommends optimizing job satisfaction management to enhance employee performance in governmental institutions.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh balita diakibatkan kekurangan gizi kronis sehingga anak terlalu pendek untuk usianya. Kekurangan gizi terjadi sejak bayi dalam kandungan dan pada masa awal bayi lahir, namun kondisi stunting baru nampak setelah bayi usia 2 tahun. Stunting yang dialami anak disebabkan oleh tidak efektifnya periode 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Periode ini merupakan penentu pertumbuhan fisik, kecerdasan, produktivitas seseorang di masa depan. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode analisis komparatif 2 sampel berkorelasi yang membandingkan perlakuan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Di dalam studi ini, dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap kondisi dan prevalensi balita berisiko stunting sebelum dan setelah diberikan pendampingan masyarakat dengan cara intervensi pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) di Kecamatan Sukun Kota Malang. Pemberian makanan gizi seimbang telah diberikan, dari pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut terdapat 10 balita (9%) dari 110 balita mengalami peningkatan status gizi dari pendek menjadi normal. Persentase balita risiko stunting di wilayah Kecamatan Sukun menurun dari 9,32% menjadi 6,9%,

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate employee performance at Wisata Alam Gosari (WAGOS) using the Balanced Scorecard approach. This approach provides a comprehensive overview of organizational performance through four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that overall employee performance at WAGOS is satisfactory, particularly in visitor satisfaction and internal process effectiveness. However, improvements are still needed in providing safety and health equipment for visitors, as well as training programs to enhance employee professionalism. This study is expected to serve as a reference for other tourism managers in conducting comprehensive and sustainable performance evaluations
