Abstract

One of the sectors that are progressing and are growing rapidly, especially in Indonesia today is tourism. Tourism has an important role in increasing the income of a region. In terms of employment, the tourism sector can also be a solution to reduce the unemployment problem which is currently rife in various parts of the country. In terms of cultural diversity and natural beauty, Indonesia can be one of the unique tourist destinations in this regard. This study aims to analyze the potential for developing agro-Edu tourism based on community empowerment in the Cipanas Dam area so that it has a positive impact on the economy, especially the economy of the local community. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where the descriptive qualitative method is a research method based on the philosophy of postpositivism used to examine the condition of natural objects (as opposed to experiments) where the researcher is the key instrument of data collection techniques carried out manually triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and qualitative research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization. The results of the research from the potential of Agro-Edu Tourism in the Cipanas dam area can be developed in several location spots, including by utilizing the edge of the dam as a pedestrian tracking path along the green belt in the form of trees; the development of a camping ground that can accommodate tourists to spend the night while still being able to enjoy the atmosphere of the outdoors on the edge of the lake; mango fruit agro-tourism area; The Tower of View in the Rest Area and the planned Cipanas Terrace area downstream of the dam.

Abstract

AbstractDisaster events are almost impossible to predict accurately when, where and how big so that the preparedness of all elements of society in various regions is a basic need so that the impact of disaster risk can be minimized. The number of mosques in various parts of Indonesia, both institutionally and physically, is a strategic means as a center for saving people from disasters, so that they become interesting objects for research. This study aims to describe the strategic role of planning and designing mosques to reduce disaster risk. The results of this study indicate that planning and designing mosques to reduce disaster risk can be carried out through three stages as follows: (1) Pre-disaster stage through planning: mitigation programs (non-physical), infrastructure planning (physical), site selection, building planning and environment. (2) In the emergency response stage, the design of the mosque must be adaptive to readiness as an information post, volunteers and logistics, medical service facilities, refugee shelter facilities, refugee sanitation facilities, public kitchen facilities, and trauma healing facilities. (3) Post-disaster stage through metal/trauma healing rehabilitation, community economic empowerment program, evaluation, and capacity building to deal with disasters. Keywords: Disaster, Mitigation, Disaster Management, Disaster Response Mosque.

Abstract

Cases of violence and harassment in the workplace still occur quite frequently, especially experienced by female workers. The results of the ILO survey provide figures that illustrate that the protection of morals and decency is still not optimal, even though many regulations and guidelines related to worker protection have been issued. Among the efforts to prevent violence and harassment that can be done is to provide spaces for female workers in the workplace. Providing space for female workers not only provides comfort in working, but can also result in productive work. In this article, several literatures are reviewed which show that providing spaces for female workers plays a role in protecting workers' rights, especially regarding the protection of morals and decency. The literature studied includes regulations, books, journals, research results and articles on the internet. This article describes workers' rights that must be protected, various violations of morals and decency that often occur, as well as efforts to prevent these violations. It is hoped that this study will provide an explanation regarding the need for space for female workers in the workplace in providing protection for the rights of female workers. These spaces include a comfortable and safe work space, changing room, toilet, rest room and lactation room.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of technology and partnership-based business incubator models in Indonesia is the subject of this study, which focuses on the importance of relationships with industry, the availability of funds, and the availability of human resources. Using a quantitative approach, with a random sampling technique of 300 samples representing start-ups and business incubators in various industries and regions in Indonesia, the study was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) 4. The findings show a strong correlation between human resource availability and technological advancement, industry ties and partnership-based business models, and startup growth and financing availability. These results highlight how innovation and entrepreneurial success in the Indonesian ecosystem can be encouraged by investing in human capital, fostering collaboration among industry stakeholders, and building a climate that supports startup financing.

Abstract

The Industry 4.0 revolution has created significant skills gaps between formal education outcomes and evolving industry requirements, necessitating innovative industry-academia partnerships. This systematic literature review analyzes integrated learning models addressing these challenges. Following PRISMA guidelines, we searched Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, and Science Direct databases (2021-2025) using keywords combinations of "industry-academia partnerships," "integrated learning models," and "vocational education." From 119 initial articles, 42 met inclusion criteria after duplicate removal and quality assessment using MMAT. Thirteen distinct learning models were identified: Competency-Based Training, Work-Integrated Learning, Work-Based Learning, Teaching Factory, Teaching Industry, Production-Based Education and Training, Cooperative Education, Vocational Pedagogy, Simulated Work Environment, Industrial Incubator, Apprenticeship Plus, School-Industry Partnership, and Technopark. Results demonstrate that strategic integration of multiple models creates more comprehensive educational ecosystems than individual implementations. A holistic framework categorizing models into five groups provides practical guidance for contextual adaptation based on institutional capacity and industry needs.
