Abstract

This study examines the proactive work behavior of employees in an organization. This research consists of several parts. First, the literature review focuses on proactive work behavior. Second, the research model and propositions developed in this research are based on a literature review of previous studies, such as factors that influence proactive work behavior. In the context of proactive work behavior, it plays an important role in organizational behavior theory and research for organizational development. This is because stakeholders will be able to design practical interventions to encourage proactive work behavior based on knowledge. Apart from that, the resulting proactive work behavior will also contribute to personal characteristics (knowledge, abilities, personality) and situational factors (job characteristics, leadership and organizational climate). Thus, overall implementing proactive work behavior can create a dynamic, innovative and productive work environment, which ultimately supports the long-term success of the organization.

This article reviews the factors that influence organizational commitment and employee performance, namely: Perceived Organizational Support, Communication, and Leadership Style, a Human Resource Management Literature Study. The results of this research library are that: 1) Perceived Organizational support affects Organizational Commitment; 2) Communication affects Organizational Commitment; 3) Leadership Style affects Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomenon of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence organizational commitment, namely: Individual Characteristics, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction, A Study of Human Resource Management Literature. The results of this research library are that: 1) individual characteristics have an effect on job satisfaction; 2) compensation affects job satisfaction; 3) individual characteristics affect organizational commitment; 4) compensation affects organizational commitment; and 5) job satisfaction affects organizational commitment.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence employee performance, namely: job involvement through job satisfaction and organizational commitment, a study of Human Resource Management literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) job involvement (X) has an effect on employee job satisfaction (M1); 2) work involvement (X) has an effect on organizational commitment (M2); 3) work involvement (X) affects employee performance (Y); 4) job satisfaction (M1) has an effect on employee performance (Y); 5) organizational commitment (M2) has an effect on employee performance (Y); 6) work involvement (X) through job satisfaction (M1) has an effect on employee performance (Y); and 7) work involvement (X) through organizational commitment (M2) has an effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Rumah Sakit (RS) merupakan institusi pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat serta menjadi pilar penting dalam sistem kesehatan yang lebih luas. Dalam menjalankan aktifitasnya, RS didukung oleh Dokter, perawat, tenaga medis serta bagian administrasi yang merupakan sumber daya manusia yang berperan sebagai pegawai tenaga professional yang berperan memberikan pelayanan pada pasien. Sebagai tenaga professional, tentu harus mampu melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan baik sehingga mampu menghasilkan output yang maksimal sesuai dengan harapan. Terutamanya perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan yang sering berinteraksi dengan pasien maupun keluarga pasien, tentu saja harus professional dalam menjalani profesinya, dengan menunjukan kinerja yang maksimal baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas sebagai prestasi kerja dalam periode waktu tertentu yang disesuaikan dengan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Kajian ini mengangkat kinerja perawat pada RS. Penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa bagian. Pertama, tinjauan literatur berfokus pada kinerja perawat. Kedua, model penelitian dan proposisi yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada tinjauan literatur penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, seperti factor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Dalam konteks kinerja perawat pada RS berperan penting dalam teori dan penelitian perilaku organisasi untuk pengembangan organisasi. Hal ini karena kinerja perawat yang baik pada akhirnya akan mampu memberikan kepuasan bagi pasien. Selain itu kinerja perawat yang optimal juga mempengaruhi efisiensi operasional rumah sakit secara keseluruhan. Perawat yang bekerja dengan produktivitas tinggi dapat membantu mengurangi waktu rawat inap pasien dan meminimalkan biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh rumah sakit. Dengan demikian, sumber daya rumah sakit dapat digunakan dengan lebih efisien untuk melayani lebih banyak pasien.

Abstract

During the current covid-19 pandemic, MSME actors are objects that really feel the impact. Inevitably, MSME actors must rack their brains to make decisions quickly, accurately, and produce clear goals. Management as a science to be a guide for business actors provides knowledge about decision making and its stages. There is not only one type of decision making that can be used by MSME actors. The choice of this type of decision is important, because later it will be used as a guide whether it is appropriate to use a certain type of decision during the COVID-19 pandemic. Decisions taken by MSME actors must also be in accordance with the health protocols touted by the government. This article will explain in detail what MSMEs are, what decision-making is and the stages, what types of decisions can be chosen, the factors that influence decision-making. the relationship between MSMEs and decision making as well as an explanation of the step-by-step analysis of decision-making by MSME actors during this covid-19 pandemic. The advice given in writing this article is that MSME actors need to identify problems critically and make various efforts by making the right decisions. The need to innovate and view that the Covid-19 pandemic situation is not an obstacle but as a means of opportunity to do business that is beneficial to oneself and others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the Value at Risk of single assets of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index using the Historical Simulation, Variance Covariance and Monte Carlo Simulation methods. The research method is defined as a scientific way to obtain data with specific purposes and uses. The research design used in this study is a comparative study, this study uses data analysis methods with a quantitative approach. The results of the research are based on validity testing using the Backtesting Kupiec method and Basel traffic light known that all three methods are used in this study produces a valid (accurate) VaR value for used.

Abstract

Abstract: Literature articles reviewing the factors that influence student learning outcomes are scientific articles that aim to build research hypotheses about the influence of variables to be used in further research, within the scope of education. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) The use of learning resources affects learning outcomes; 2) The school environment influences learning outcomes; and 3) School culture influences learning outcomes. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables, there are many other factors which influence learning outcomes including learning motivation, teacher competence, teacher communication, study discipline, classroom management, organizational climate, and self-management. Abstrak: Artikel literatur review faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik adalah artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup ilmu pendidikan. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel Literature Review ini adalah bahwa: 1) Pemanfaatan sumber belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar; 2) Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar; dan 3) Budaya sekolah berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Selain dari 3 variabel exogen ini, masih banyak faktor lain di antaranya yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar diantaranya yaitu motivasi belajar, kompetensi guru, komunikasi guru, disiplin belajar, pengelolaan kelas, iklim organisasi, serta manajemen diri.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) Komunikasi Interpersonal (2) Gaya Kepemimpinan; (3) Kinerja Guru; dan (4) Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri 18 Kota Bandung baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei deskriptif dan survei penjelasan, unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di lingkungan Guru SMA Negeri 18 Kota Bandung dengan sampel sebanyak 56 orang. Jenis penyelidikannya adalah kausalitas, dan horizon waktu dalam penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwaKomunikasi Interpersonal diGuru SMA Negeri 18 Kota Bandung adalahBagus, Gaya Kepemimpinan pada Guru SMA Negeri 18 Kota Bandung secara umum dapat dikatakan baik, Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri 18 Kota Bandung saat ini adalahdianggap baik. Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Gaya Kepemimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri 18 Kota Bandung. Namun secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan dominan mempengaruhi kinerja dibandingkan komunikasi interpersonal. KarenaGaya Kepemimpinan lebih dominan mempengaruhi Kinerja, menjadi prioritas pertama dalam meningkatkan Kinerja, SMA Negeri 18 Kota Bandung diharapkan tetap menjaga budaya kepemimpinan yang ada, sehingga mampu bekerja lebih profesional.

Abstract

Collaborative leadership has become an increasingly relevant approach in modern organizational management, especially in efforts to reduce work-related stress and enhance employee performance. In a high-pressure and complex work environment, this leadership style fosters cooperation, open communication, and active participation from all team members. Through a collaborative approach, leaders can create a more supportive work environment where employees feel heard and valued, thereby minimizing work-related stress. Additionally, by building stronger working relationships and synergy among team members, collaborative leadership has been proven effective in improving both individual and organizational performance overall. This study examines the importance of implementing collaborative leadership as a strategy for managing work-related stress and boosting employee productivity, highlighting various studies and empirical evidence supporting the effectiveness of this approach. The study consists of several parts. First, a literature review focuses on collaborative leadership. Second, the research model and propositions developed in this study are based on a review of previous research literature and discuss in-depth the relationship between work stress and employee performance. The findings of the study indicate that collaborative leadership plays a significant role in reducing work-related stress and enhancing employee performance across various organizations. Collaborative leadership, which emphasizes involvement, participation, and cooperation among team members, has proven effective in creating a more supportive and cooperative work environment, thereby reducing work-related stress and improving employee performance within an organization.
