Abstract

Kualitas sebuah perusahaan sangat bergantung kepada produktivitas karyawannya. Selanjutnya, produktivitas ini ditentukan oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya adalah motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi. Ketiganya memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja perusaahan. Semakin tinggi motivasi karyawan, semakin tinggi produktivitasnya. Semakin baik lingkungan kerja yang dimiliki perusahaan, semakin tinggi produktivitas karyawannya. Semakin layak kompensasi yang diberikan, semakin tinggi produktivitas karyawan. Hal ini berarti manajer harus menyediakan ketiganya demi tercapainya kualitas perusahaan yang baik dan tergapainya tujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

Management Information Systems (MIS) play a strategic role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization's operations. The implementation of MIS enables more structured data and information management, thereby supporting more accurate and faster decision-making. This study aims to analyze the concept and benefits of MIS in improving efficiency and effectiveness to achieve optimal work outcomes. The research method employed is a literature review, examining various references related to MIS implementation in different organizations. The findings indicate that a well-designed MIS can enhance both efficiency and effectiveness within an organization, ultimately contributing to optimal work performance. Additionally, MIS plays a crucial role in improving interdepartmental coordination and ensuring the optimal utilization of resources. These findings are expected to serve as a guide for researchers in understanding the role of MIS in modern management and provide valuable insights for organizations in optimizing the use of information technology.

Abstract

This study is a conceptual review that examines the role of proactive entrepreneurial behavior in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in relation to exploratory innovation, digital marketing strategies, and business performance. The study is divided into several sections. First, the literature review focuses on proactive attitudes. Second, the research model and propositions developed in this study are based on a review of previous research, such as the relationship between proactiveness and exploratory innovation, proactiveness and digital marketing, as well as proactiveness and MSME performance. Proactive behavior in the entrepreneurial context involves initiative, adaptability, and the courage to seize opportunities, enabling MSMEs to survive and grow amidst increasingly intense competition. Exploratory innovation provides MSMEs with a competitive advantage by creating new products or services that meet the dynamic needs of the market. The adoption of digital marketing strategies enhances market reach and allows MSMEs to leverage technology to attract and retain customers. Overall, this study demonstrates that proactive entrepreneurial behavior not only drives innovation and digital marketing but also significantly impacts MSME performance positively. These findings highlight the importance of fostering proactive attitudes among MSME entrepreneurs to promote business sustainability through responsive and adaptive approaches to market changes.

Abstract

Abstract: Literature articles reviewing the factors that influence tourists' interest in visiting are scientific articles that aim to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research, within the scope of management science. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Destination image influences tourist interest in visiting; 2) Tourist attractiveness affects the interest of visiting tourists; and 3) Facilities affect the interest of visiting tourists. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variables of interest in visiting tourists there are still many other factors including the variables E-WOM, service quality, price suitability, perception, and convenience. Abstrak: Artikel literatur review faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berkunjung wisatawan adalah artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup ilmu manajemen. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel Literature Review ini adalah bahwa: 1) Citra destinasi berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan; 2) Daya tarik wisata berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan; dan 3) Fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan. Selain dari 3 variabel exogen ini yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen minat berkunjung wisatawan masih banyak faktor lain di antaranya adalah variabel E-WOM, kualitas pelayanan, kesesuaian harga, persepsi, dan kemuahan.

Abstract

The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Creativity influences entrepreneurial readiness; 2) Self-efficacy influences entrepreneurial readiness; and 3) entrepreneurial motivation influences entrepreneurial readiness. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables, there are many other factors which influence entrepreneurial readiness which include entrepreneurial knowledge, internship experience, role of parents, and interest in entrepreneurship. Abstrak: Artikel literatur review faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan berwirausaha adalah artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup ilmu manajemen. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel Literature Review ini adalah bahwa: 1) Kreatifitas berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; 2) Efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; dan 3) motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Selain dari 3 variabel exogen ini, masih banyak faktor lain di antaranya yang mempengaruhi kesiapan berwirausaha dimana diantaranya yaitu pengetahuan kewirausahaan, pengalaman prakerin, peran orang tua, dan minat berwirausaha.

Abstract

The responsibilities of auditors currently do not only focus on assessing the fairness of financial statements and detecting fraud, but also on assessing the company's ability to maintain its survival. This is due to the demands of the shareholders to the auditor to provide early warning about the prospects of a company as consideration before deciding an investment decision. The research's goals were to examine the effect of the audit opinion received in the quality of the audit, financial condition of the company, previous years against the acceptance and the company's growth of a going concern opinion. The samples of this research were the companies that suffered losses three years in a row and were listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (ISE) from 2011 to 2013. The hypotheses were tested using a logistic regression method. The results of this research showed that the quality of audits and previous audit opinions had a significant effect, but the financial variables and growth companies weren't significantly influenced by going concern opinions.

Abstract

The Effect of Servant Leadership, Competence and Motivation on Performance Employee is a scientific article in the literature study within the scope of the field of science. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. The research method with the research library comes from e-books and open-access e-journals. The results of this article: 1) Servant Leadership has an effect on Performance Employee; 2) Competence has an effect on the Performance of Employee; and 3) Motivation has an effect on Performance Employee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reward and performance punishment on employees at PT. Jambi True Partner Pillars.The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data which are descriptive and quantitative regarding Reward, Punishment and Employee Performance. the data in this study were obtained from PT. Jambi True Partner Pillars.The sample of this research is a company employee engaged in the distribution of food goods. By using the method of interviews, observation and questionnaires. All employees must meet the requirements as a research sample with a total of 42 employees. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that: Reward has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Punishment has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Reward and Punishment have a significant effect on Employee Performance.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that performance reward and punishment for employees simultaneously have a significant effect where Fcountgreater than Ftable (34.765 > 3.24). And partially the reward (X1) is 0.299, where the value of tcount is greater than ttable (3.453 > 2.024). with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. and Punishment (X2) of 0.559. Where the tcount value is greater than the table (6.062 > 2.024) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And a constant of 2,174, the performance of employees at PT. The Rukun Mitra Sejati Jambi experienced an increase of 2,174. So, Reward and Punishment have a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged local startups to adopt more effective and efficient marketing strategies. One increasingly used approach is interactive digital advertising, which enables two-way communication between brands and consumers. This conceptual article aims to examine the role of interactive digital advertising in increasing brand awareness, consumer engagement, and purchase intention. By integrating various previous research findings, this article develops a conceptual framework that demonstrates the relationship between interactive digital advertising and brand awareness, consumer engagement, and purchase intention. This study is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of sustainable marketing literature and serve as an initial reference for researchers in conducting future empirical research.

Abstract

Sistem pelayanan publik saat ini menjadi isu kebijakan yang semakin strategis, karena pelayanan publik di Indonesia perbaikannnya cenderung berjalan di tempat sedangkan, dampaknya sangat luas baik itu dalam kehidupan ekonomi, politik, sosial budaya dan lain-lain. Kinerja layanan pada sektor publik merupakan salah satu isu strategis bagi aparatur negara yang harus diaktualisasikan dalam rangka membangun kepercayaan publik, hal ini karena kepercayaan publik berasal dari pelayanan yang berkualitas. Kajian ini mengangkat kinerja pelayanan sektor publik. Penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa bagian. Pertama, tinjauan literatur berfokus pada kinerja pelayanan pegawai pada sector publik. Kedua, model penelitian dan proposisi yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada tinjauan literatur penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, seperti factor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pelayanan pegawai sector publik. Dalam konteks kinerja pelayanan sector publik berperan penting dalam teori dan penelitian perilaku organisasi untuk pengembangan organisasi. Hal ini karena kinerja pelayanan yang baik pada akhirnya akan mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada masyarakat. Pelayanan yang optimal pada akhirnya juga akan mampu meningkatkan image organisasi sehingga citra organisasi di mata masyarakat terus meningkat. Adanya citra organisasi yang baik, maka segala yang dilakukan oleh organisasi akan dianggap baik pula. Dalam hubungan ini maka upaya peningkatan kinerja pelayanan publik haruslah berkenaan dengan professional, komitmen, serta senantiasa disiplin dalam bekerja, dimana ketiga kompenen tersebut haruslah terimplementasikan secara maksimal.
