Abstract

The phenomenon of consumer satisfaction at Salon Wildan which includes overall satisfaction (consumer overall satisfaction after consuming services), experience satisfaction (level of satisfaction experienced by consumers while consuming services), feeling comfortable when using the service, willingness to use the service repeatedly, willingness to recommend ( willingness to recommend) consumers are not yet completely satisfied. Of the five indicators, consumers still feel dissatisfied. This is a problem regarding consumer satisfaction at Salon Wildan which requires solving and analyzing what factors can influence consumer satisfaction. The aim of this research is to test and analyze the significant influence of price, service quality and location on consumer satisfaction at Salon Wildan Banyuwangi. This type of research is exploratory and conclusive research, where conclusive research can be classified as descriptive and causality research. The population of this research is consumers of Salon Wildan Banyuwangi. The sample used was 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool is multiple linear regression analysis and uses exploratory and conclusive methods. The research results prove that price, service quality and location have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Salon Wildan Banyuwangi. The implications of this research can be a consideration for business managers so that they can optimize pricing, service quality and location so that they can increase consumer satisfaction and the business runs well.

Abstract

Rapid digital transformation requires organisations to have a workforce that is adaptive and responsive to change. PT Bumi Asri Lestari Situbondo, as a company in the field of aquaculture, faces challenges in managing human resources in the midst of ever-changing technological developments. This study aims to examine the influence of digital culture, leadership style and organisational commitment on workforce agility. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection through a Likert scale questionnaire. The sampling technique was proportionate random sampling, and data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the three independent variables namely digital culture, leadership style, and organisational commitment had a positive and significant effect on workforce agility. Digital culture plays a role in encouraging collaboration and the use of work technology, effective leadership style creates a supportive and communicative work environment, while organisational commitment increases employee loyalty and engagement in change. The findings suggest the importance of integration between digital culture, adaptive leadership and organisational commitment in shaping an agile workforce ready to face the dynamics of the digital era.

Abstract

Human resources are an important element in supporting the smooth operation of an organization. Improving the quality and acquisition of the company is determined by the employees in which employee performance is the main benchmark for the success of the organization, the goal of the organization always strives to improve employee performance so that the company is able to achieve its vision and mission. This study aims to find out and analyze the role of employee engagement, self-efficacy and work environment variables on employee performance in Kb Bank Jember. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a sample of 33 employees at Kb Bank Jember and uses a Nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique using a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire to respondents. The data analysis technique of this study uses instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypotheses and determination coefficients. The results of the analysis obtained showed that employee engagement, self efficacy and work environment had a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of Kb Bank Jember employees, and the results of the R2 Detremination Coefficient test obtained an influence contribution rate of 87%.

Abstract

Human resources play a key role in achieving an organization's competitive advantage. This study analyzes the influence of work experience, organizational commitment, and extrinsic motivation on employee performance at Dira Pontang Shopping Center. This study contributes to the human resource management literature by examining integrative models in the context of Indonesian retail which is still limited in research. The quantitative method was applied using multiple linear regression analysis on primary data collected through questionnaires and observations of 76 employees (saturated sampling). The results show that work experience, organizational commitment, and extrinsic motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance. These findings strengthen the HR theory by affirming the importance of a holistic approach in improving performance. The novelty of the research lies in the unique combination of the three variables in a local retail setting. Practically, management can improve performance through the development of training programs, strengthening organizational commitments, and optimizing the reward system. This study recommends further studies by adding mediator variables to enrich the model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran online, minat konsumen, dan diversifikasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Toko Juragan Tani. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen di era digital yang semakin berkembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 konsumen Toko Juragan Tani yang dipilih secara acak. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen (pemasaran online, minat konsumen, dan diversifikasi produk) terhadap variabel dependen (keputusan pembelian). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran online, minat konsumen, dan diversifikasi produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Di antara ketiga variabel tersebut, pemasaran online memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa peningkatan strategi pemasaran online dan diversifikasi produk dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Saran yang diajukan adalah agar Toko Juragan Tani terus berinovasi dalam strategi pemasaran online dan diversifikasi produk untuk menarik dan mempertahankan minat konsumen.

Abstract

Universal Tempurejo faces significant operational challenges, including unmet company targets and high employee turnover, indicating issues with employee performance. Given that employee performance is essential to organizational success, this study aims to identify its determinants. The focus of the problem is to analyze the influence of personal characteristics, work environment, work-life balance, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Universal Tempurejo. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, where primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to 217 active employees. The results of data analysis indicate that the four independent variables—personal characteristics, work environment, work-life balance, and compensation—simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The contribution of the four factors to the variation in employee performance is 68.7% (R2=0.687), while the remaining 32.3% is influenced by other variables outside this study. The main conclusion emphasizes that the management of PT. Universal Tempurejo needs to prioritize improvements in aspects of appropriate personal characteristics, a conducive work environment, a healthy work-life balance, and a fair compensation system to encourage employee productivity and welfare in a sustainable manner. ABSTRAKUniversal Tempurejo menghadapi tantangan operasional signifikan, termasuk target perusahaan yang tidak terpenuhi dan frekuensi pergantian karyawan yang tinggi, yang mengindikasikan isu pada kinerja karyawan. Mengingat kinerja karyawan adalah esensial bagi keberhasilan organisasi, penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor determinannya. Fokus masalah adalah menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik personal, lingkungan kerja, work-life balance, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Universal Tempurejo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 217 karyawan aktif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independen—karakteristik personal, lingkungan kerja, work-life balance, dan kompensasi—secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kontribusi keempat faktor tersebut terhadap variasi kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 68,7% (R2=0,687), sedangkan sisanya 32,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Simpulan utama menegaskan bahwa manajemen PT. Universal Tempurejo perlu memprioritaskan peningkatan pada aspek karakteristik personal yang sesuai, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja yang sehat, dan sistem kompensasi yang adil untuk mendorong produktivitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Salah satu inovasi dalam penggunaan limbah pertanian adalah budidaya jamur dengan memanfaatkan bonggol jagung sebagai medianya. Bonggol jagung merupakan bagian yang tersisa dari biji jagung setelah dipanen. Limbah hasil pertanian yang dihasilkan dapat memiliki nilai ekonomis yang lebih tinggi apabila dikelola dengan cara yang tepat. Setelah masa panen, jagung akan menyisakan limbah berupa bonggol jagung. Desa Sukokerto merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Pujer Kabupaten Bondowoso yang mayoritas masyarakatnya mempunyai mata pencaharian sebagai petani. Jagung merupakan komoditas utama yang banyak diusahakan oleh petani di Desa Sukokerto. Oleh sebab itu, mitra pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini memanfaatkan limbah bonggol jagung sebagai media budidaya jamur sebagai langkah inovatif yang mendukung praktik pertanian berkelanjutan, mengurangi limbah, dan meningkatkan keuntungan ekonomi. Akan tetapi, berdasarkan analisis situasi pada usaha budidaya jamur bonggol jagung terdapat masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra, diantaranya: (1) secara etika hukum bisnis, usaha budidaya jamur bonggol jagung belum memiliki legalitas maupun nama usaha. Sehingga syarat utama sebuah usaha agar bisa berkembang masih belum terpenuhi; (2) belum melakukan manajemen usaha (seperti: pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluranproduksi dan penjualan); (3) manajemen pemasaran yang masih menggunakan cara tradisonal dengan hanya menunggu pesanan dari konsumen perseorangan maupun dijual di pasar terdekat. Sehingga solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikanpermasalahan yang dihadapi mitra berdasarkan dengan prioritas permasalahan adalah sebagai berikut: (a) pendampingan dan transfer informasi dan pengetahuan dalam pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), serta pembuatan logo usaha; (b) pembekalan manajemen usaha; serta (c) pendampingan pemasaran produk.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing dan kompetensi wirausaha terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada UMKM Kripik Tempe Pecah 10000. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan konsumen UMKM Kripik Tempe Pecah 1000 yang mengikuti atau yang bertransaksi dengan UMKM Kripik Tempe Pecah 1000 melalui media sosial WhatsApp dan Instagram. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan digital marketing dan kompetensi wirausaha memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada UMKM Kripik Tempe Pecah 1000. UMKM Kripik Tempe Pecah 1000 disarankan lebih optimal dan meningkatkan dalam menggunakan digital marketing yang dapat mempermudah konsumen dalam melakukan transaksi pembelian atau untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai UMKM Kripik Tempe Pecah 1000. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran

Abstract

This community service programme employed a participatory, experiential learning approach to equip secondary school students at Sangkhom Islam Wittaya School, Hat Yai, Thailand, with basic digital marketing skills through the creation of digital portfolios. Thirty students, supported by three teachers, took part in interactive lectures, demonstrations, guided practice, project-based learning, and feedback sessions. Quantitative results from paired sample t-tests showed a significant improvement in knowledge and skills, with mean scores increasing from 55.40 (SD = 8.25) in the pre-test to 78.30 (SD = 7.10) in the post-test (t(29) = 11.25, p < 0.05). Qualitative findings reinforced these outcomes: students demonstrated active participation and creativity, reported greater confidence in applying digital concepts, and produced coherent portfolios; teachers also confirmed improvements in digital competencies aligned with the school’s literacy objectives. Overall, the programme proved effective in delivering practical and relevant learning experiences that significantly enhanced students’ digital literacy and entrepreneurial potential in line with the demands of the digital era.

Abstract

Retail business development shows strong potential in the current era. The retail industry delivers products and services while adding value to fulfill the needs of individuals, families, groups, or end users. Most products sold in retail cater to household requirements. The growing retail industry has made a substantial contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of product quality, price, and layout on consumer purchasing decisions at the Rindang Khatulistiwa store in Jember. This research employs a quantitative approach with a sample size of 100 respondents, using the Non-Probability Sampling Technique combined with purposive sampling and questionnaires as the primary data collection tool. The data analysis process includes instrument validation, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and calculation of determination coefficients. The analysis indicates that product quality, price, and layout each exert a positive and significant partial effect on consumer purchasing decisions at the Rindang Khatulistiwa store in Jember, contributing 85%.
