Abstract

This research aims to answer and know the implementation of PPG (Pendidikan Profesi Guru /Teacher Professional Education) from various places by studying similar research results. The method used to assess some of the research results using an evaluation approach is the matching method. The matching method is done by matching and comparing the characteristics of the land with the criteria so that one particular conclusion is obtained. Furthermore, a systematic review is used as a Narrative systematic review to review relevant studies. The discussion results resulted in that given the importance of the role of a teacher to improve the quality of Indonesian education, and teachers need to be prepared in such a way as to become professional teachers, one way is to follow PPG. Internal quality assurance in schools is essential because it pertains to a school's confidence in complying to national education standards and achieving a nation's national education goals. In the discussion of this study, it is crucial to determine the degree to which Education Quality Assurance in primary schools is based on comparable research findings. The approach used to evaluate several learning outcomes is the matching evaluation strategy. In addition, the utilised systematic review is a Narrative systematic review, which carefully picks and conducts with discretion what the researcher has written about a subject or problem. As a consequence of the study's results, it was established that the education system and schools are responsible for ensuring that all students meet the criteria and using their resources effectively and efficiently. Especially elementary school, which is the foundation of education. Academic Quality Assurance is essential for attaining academic quality (teaching and learning procedures and curriculum) and structural provision (buildings and physical facilities) in accordance with predefined objectives and standards.

Abstract

This study evaluates several research results on the Smart Indonesia Card through the smart Indonesia program (PIP), how it is implemented and whether it takes place as expected or not. The method used in analyzing is this research is Mixed studies review / mixed methods review, which refers to any combination of methods where one important component is literature review. The data used in this study was obtained through literature studies by searching, collecting and reading various journals or articles about KIP (Smart Indonesia Card). After conducting a literature study and collecting data, then the data analysis process is carried out by referring to various references that have been used. The results of the research discussion show that the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Card policy in an effort to equalize education has run as it should, but in terms of its implementation in the field, there are still many shortcomings, as seen from indications that there are still many mistargets for students who should not be eligible to hold the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP)

Abstract

The current era of digitalization is experiencing very rapid changes. To adjust this, very fast adaptation is needed. Starting from the development of the younger generation in this era, we are currently in the revolution of industry 4.0. The industrial revolution 4.0 is marked by rapid developments in the IT world. The key is in several words such as automation, big data analysis, robot technology, artificial intelligence (AI), to the internet of things (IoT). While many are still adapting to the industrial revolution 4.0, the discourse about the next revolution is the Industrial Revolution 5.0 where in this era it takes knowledge, skills and character of the younger generation who are able to quickly adopt and adapt to the new technology. To keep up with this era, teacher professionalism is needed in order to educate students to become a young generation who are able to move quickly to adapt to the environment. Conducting Community Service through improving the professionalism of SMAN Mande teachers through assistance in the development of the Merdeka curriculum assessment instrument is one of the strategies to support as a support system to realize that era. A teacher with high professionalism will be able to increase the capacity and capability of his students, so that they can welcome the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and 5.0.

Abstract

This study assessed the influence of motivation, discipline, and work environment on employee performance at CV. Validity tests, reliability tests, normalcy tests, descriptive statistical analysis tests, simple linear regression tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression analysis, determination test, t (partial) test, and f test were used. Results showed that the t test tcount value is greater than ttable, which is equal to tcount motivation of 2.957, Discipline 3.284, Work environment 3.676, and ttable of 1.354. This suggests that motivation, discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study seeks to establish the effect of motivation, discipline, and work environment on the performance of employees at CV. Validity tests, reliability tests, normalcy tests, descriptive statistical analysis tests, simple linear regression tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression analysis, determination test, t (partial) test, and f test were used. Results showed that motivation, discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV, as demonstrated by a partial test (t test). The F test found a value of 65,947 and a probability value of 0.80, indicating that Motivation, Discipline, and Work Environment all influence Employee Performance at CV simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to validate the psychometric approach (using the Rasch model and confirmatory factor analysis) on the Indonesian version of the statistical anxiety scale (SAS) instrument. Sampling in this study used cluster random sampling with a total sample of 1651 which was divided into three regions of Indonesia (Western Indonesia, Central Indonesia, and Eastern Indonesia) with details of 457 males (27.46%) and 1,194 females (72.54%). The number of samples from the West Indonesia region was 922 people (55.71%), the Central Indonesia region was 605 people (36.76%), and the Eastern Indonesia region was 124 people (7.53%). The results of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) show that the dimensions/elements of the SAS instrument meet the criteria which are then continued using the rating scale model (RSM) approach. From the results of the tests performed, it shows that all items on the SAS instrument meet the specified criteria. Thus, the SAS instrument adopted in the Indonesian context can be used to measure students’ statistical anxiety. The results of the research conducted became the initial capital to increase students’ statistical anxiety considering that statistics courses are needed in completing studies, especially quantitative research.

Abstract

This text discusses in-depth study and tests the assessment of the adaptive portfolio. Assessments will consistently diagnose problems and how educators perform solutions from less than optimal learning. The matching method is done by matching and comparing the characteristics of several similar studies with criteria so that one particular conclusion is obtained. Furthermore, a systematic review is used, a Narrative systematic review, to review relevant studies. This text is about anticipating a new version of the assessment program into the current learning reform efforts. Portfolio development is more challenging than they expected. Portfolios can gather the information that can be used to evaluate student achievement in the classroom

Abstract

Legal education for early childhood plays an important role in shaping legal awareness from an early age, which contributes to compliance with social rules in the future. This study uses a normative research method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to identify and synthesise effective methods for teaching legal concepts in early childhood. This study analyses various previous studies that highlight Piaget's theory of cognitive development, Vygotsky's theory of social learning, and Gardner's concept of multiple intelligence in the context of legal learning. Several studies show that experiential learning-based approaches, gamification, mini-court simulations, and legal narratives are able to increase children's understanding of legal and social norms. A character-based approach and moral values, as affirmed by Lickona, have been proven to shape children's legal awareness more deeply. By compiling a conceptual synthesis of various pedagogical approaches, this study provides practical recommendations for educators and policymakers in designing more effective legal learning strategies for early childhood.
