Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of empowering leadership application on turnover intention among Generation Z. This generation comprises young employees today and exhibits high propensities to leave, thereby negatively affecting company stability and performance. The study examines how various leadership styles can influence Generation Z's inclination to depart from their organizations. This study utilizes relevant data analysis from previous research. The results demonstrate that empowering leadership plays a crucial role in reducing turnover intention among Generation Z. Empowering leadership has been shown to promote positive perceptions of superiors, enhance self-confidence, and foster attachment to the company among employees. This research aims to provide insight and assist future researchers in understanding the relationship between empowering leadership and turnover intention within the Generation Z era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of human resource management at the Mandiri Pendidikan Putra Lowong Foundation. Data was obtained through a case study by directly observing the headmaster and teachers at the Special Education School of the Mandiri Pendidikan Putra Lowong Foundation. Training and development play a crucial role in improving the performance of the workforce in the education sector. This is important because the workforce may not be fully prepared for their tasks given the changing needs of society in the field of education. While administratively the workers may already meet the requirements, they still need to keep up with the relevant developments in education. The strategy for human resource development is primarily focused on enhancing skills, and participation in various training programs is mandatory. Furthermore, it is important to acknowledge that one training session is not sufficient. There are various types of training that can be undertaken to enhance skills and competencies. The results from the 2023 report indicate an improvement in the quality of teachers after participating in various training sessions and seminars. Overall, training and development of human resources play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of education and the performance of teachers. The results of this study indicate that human resource management has a positive partial effect on improving the skills of teachers at the Mandiri Pendidikan Putra Lowong Special Education School. With increased training and active participation in activities with students, teachers can more efficiently track the progress of their students and utilize their expertise more effectively.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan Zona Integritas menuju WBK/WBBM di Polres Sukoharjo telah dirancang dengan baik, diorganisasikan secara rapi, diterapkan dengan konsisten, dan dievaluasi secara regular. Pencapaian standar kualitas penerapan Zona Integritas menuju WBK/WBBM terkategori Sangat Baik dengan skor nilai 97,49%. Nilai ini merupakan nilai rata-rata seluruh indikator penilaian. Dari 36 indikator penilaian, sebanyak 33 kuesioner telah berkategori Excellent (rentang nilai >95%-100%). Sedangkan ada 3 kuesioner telah berkategori Sangat Baik (rentang nilai 90%-95%). Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa Polres Sukoharjo telah benar-benar bersungguh-sungguh ingin mencapai predikat WBK/WBBM

Abstract

Transformational Leadership in an organization has a significant influence on the success and dynamics of an organization. Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) as an organization is expected to increase the Village's original income and prosper the village community, based on the mandate of Law no. 6 of 2014. In the increasingly rapid corporate competition, several problems are often faced by business actors. In terms of capital in developing a business, based on this phenomenon, BUMDes are presented and built in the form of an organization with a spirit of togetherness in exploring and recognizing Village Potential. Therefore, one way to succeed in development in village income is to increase village income. The amount of village income is influenced by the performance of BUMDes in managing and maximizing existing assets in the Village. The purpose of writing this literature study is to identify Transformational Leadership in improving the performance of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The method used a literature study. The results obtained are to measure the influence of Transformational Leadership and Motivation on Community Performance. This study concludes that Leadership in the management of BUMDes in Semarang Regency can reflect Transformational Leadership.

Abstract

The digital world has inevitably entered various fields of human life in carrying out their duties as world leaders. Technology is an important tool to ease the human workload, including in this discourse is human resource management. Machine Learning is a technology that allows machines to learn and adapt quickly from given data without having to be explicitly programmed. Machine Learning has found its place in many industries and has great potential to improve the efficiency of human resources within organizations. This research is a literature review of several articles related to machine learning. The review was conducted from some of the recent research efforts that utilize machine learning. Furthermore, this review is derived from multiple literacies and includes an attempt at problem solving efforts that are divided into section areas from the perspective of each machine learning category. Machine learning can change the way the human resource management domain functions in an organization. It is making changes in all aspects of human resource management starting from human resource planning. Enormous data is available in human resource information systems (HRIS) available in organizations.

Abstract

Humans are gradually being substituted by of artificial intelligence and robots in virtually all departments in organizations. For some workers this might mean they have to find a new job, or a new orientation in terms of skills. Whatsoever, this revolution is upsetting the workforce. Human Resource professionals now have the responsibility of overseeing the placement of robots and AI, ensuring that everything goes smoothly, and intervening when problems arise. This thesis pertains examining the utilization in the workplace of AI, robot alongside man- power from the HRM standpoint. In the first section, there is a discussion on the introduction, objectives, the set-up of the problem, the delimitations and lastly, the concept of using manpower, AI, and robot at the workplace. In the second section, there is the demonstration of theoretical and the empirical parts of the thesis. This research is a literature review of several articles related to machine learning.
